I have been going to Star Nails for 10 years going on to 11 years. These owners are very kind, they do a fantastic job. Nice people yet bad manicure. Easy location with parking and a good price for gel mani-pedi $75 yet my gel manicure lasted less than a week! And my pedicure was just ok - some nails not fully covered. They are nice people and kindly took me same day. However, my fingers were stinging terribly with whatever was used to remove the old gel and the new gel they put on my fingernails chipped within 5 days!! My gel manicure usually last 3 weeks. Perhaps they do better when not so busy. They were very backed up with appointments, behind schedule and seemed rushed bouncing back and forth forth between clients. I decided to help by filing my own nails to speed things up for their schedule and mine. read more

A lovely couple run this business. Having gotten vaccinated a couple of weeks ago, I thought it was time I ventured into the world other than to go grocery shopping. I got a nice mani-pedi for a reasonable price. I brought them a bunch of flowers, mostly I suppose to make me feel better about what happened in Georgia. This is my new favorite nail salon! I moved to Falmouth a year ago and I was still traveling to the nail salon I had been going to for 10 years which was now a 45min drive...It was time to find a new place. I new it wasn't going to be an easy task since I'm very picky and I was right, I tried 3 different nail salons in Falmouth and 1 in mashpee and each one was either out right disappointing or just ok at best. I was starting to lose hope until someone told me about star nails. I never new it was there since it's a little hidden but I'm sooooo happy I gave it a shot! It's cute and small and it's owned by a lovely couple! They are both sweet and welcoming and took great care of me and my nails came out perfect! Maybe the best gel manicure I have ever had - Sean put on three coats very thin so it looks so natural, and high-gloss top coat! Sean and his wife are so friendly and they are honest and accurate about when they give you a time they can do your nails. Great price, excellent work, relaxing...great place! read more
