I created an appointment, however, I unfortunately chose a "gel manicure" instead of the correct "acrylic-full set" that I usually get. Definitely a mistake on my end, however, the nail technician was able to explain to me the error in my booking and how she does not work with acrylic. I instead opted to have my daughter get her nails and toes done. The process was very easy and Vladlena made sure that she was comfortable, however, by the time I got in the car my daughters toe-nail polish was coming off and by the time I got home she only had polish on 4/10 fingers which was a huge disappointment due to the fact that my daughter was very excited to get them done. Moving forward, I really hope this issue can be rectified.

This is the WORST salon I have ever been to. They don't sanitize their clippers and use them client after client. I came here for a gel manicure and ended up asking them to take it off because it looked worse than if I had painted my nails myself. You could see the brushstrokes. The cuticles weren't evenly cut. The nail filing was uneven. And when I complained about these issues they said "well your cuticles are uneven and there's nothing we can do about that." Who blames the client for their own mistakes?! Then they tried to say I had chosen a bad color and wanted me to wait while they redid the whole thing. I stayed there for 2.5 hours and walked out with nails in worse shape than when I went in. Her sense of humor made the whole appointment fun and relaxing. I also got my eyebrows, chin, and upper lip waxed, and everything was done with great care and precision. My husband also enjoyed his visit, getting a mani/pedi that included a seated massage, which added an extra touch of relaxation. The service was top-notch from start to finish.
