I walked into relax, the back in severe pain, my neck back and shoulder area. It's affecting my sleep how I feel when I wake up. I walked in the door and got excellent service. Very nice gentleman named Jonathan helped me measure for the correct pillow for a side sleeper pillow. The pillow was expensive however I woke up with no back pain after sleeping almost 12 hours. I haven't done that since I was a kid. Relax the back provided section service and I didn't mind paying the price of the pillow was around $250 but it was worth every penny. If you have problems or suffering in pain, this is definitely that you need to make. I'll be back for a chair soon ! read more

Went here to get a contoured pillow to help with my sleep posture. I got "fitted" for a $140 Tempur-Pedic pillow. After sleeping on it for four nights, neck pain I'd never had before came on in the worst way. I had to stop using this pillow, and the pain went away. Wild that I came to a back and neck place and left with problems I never had before. Of course, they waited until after I swiped my credit card, and the transaction went through to tell me it was a final sale. After calling and complaining, I went back in for another pillow. They told me store credit was my only option. So they fitted me to something else that was $90 more expensive. This place is such a racket. They don't allow for refunds, so I'm locked into spending even more money there on another pillow. Needless to say, I don't trust their guidance after the first experience with a trash pillow. I'm certainly not dropping more money on another pillow that may or may not work out for me. I also find it insane that they won't allow for returns because they have to "destroy the pillow," but they are more than happy to sell you a used demo pillow off the showroom floor. Stay away at all costs. Amazon is cheaper anyway, and at least you can return your stuff there if it doesn't work out. Scam artists. read more

I visited to get a much better office/desk chair. Being an I.T. professional, i spend a great deal of time in my chair. Jonathan hooked me up with a fantastic, supportive, adjustable chair. He answered each of my questions, no matter how dumb I thought they were. He spent a lot of time with me and even had a desk for me to wheel up to and sit in "working" position and even adjusted it to me right there. That was exceptionally helpful as guessing what my seated working position is is usually way off. My chair is on its way and I'm very much looking forward to ridding myself of my Staples chair and having a piece of furniture. Having a chair that will last and be supportive and comfortable. Having had shoulder and back surgery, these things are key when you're older. I ended up getting a Temperpedic bed, a Lifeform office chair, and a foot rest. My wife got neck, foot, and core stretch/easing things & a really comfortable contour seat insert. The bed & the chair were delivered very conveniently & I love them as much as I hoped I would. The chair is the most comfortable one I've ever had. If you're thinking of buying a Temperpedic I would recommend getting it at RtB because you have a long time to decide if you like it, & if you return it, you get a refund. WOW- what amazing service from JOHNATHAN!!!!! First off we had been moving the last two weekends and my husband was extremely exhausted. Purchased a zero gravity chair (floor model) for pending shoulder surgery and discovered it was not appropriate due to disc issues in lower back. RTB waived the no return and allowed me to purchase a bed instead. Both gentlemen were very accommodating including getting the bed delivered (on short notice) before my surgery.
