This was my first visit to the area and naturally as I was vacationing I sought out a massage experience. This was the type of massage that the practitioner uses their feet to work your body. The massage therapist that worked on me was there alone. English was not her mother tongue so I struggled getting my message across with the service I was looking for. I will say it was a good treatment. At one point the sheet that covered me came off my back as she worked with her heels. She eventually returned the sheet to cover my back but not before tearing off a couple of layers of skin from my upper left shoulder with her heal. Wow & Wow!!! My sister and I were out in Murrieta at the Hot Springs and decided to look for a massage off site. I had Sandy and I have never had a better massage. I have had over 500 massages in my life and this was the very best. She used the right pressure and checked with me about the pressure to make sure it was comfortable. I also suffer from vertigo, and she was sensitive to that by not moving my head without letting me know, and offering a pillow to support my head so I wasn't laying completely flat. I live in Orange County but will be making trips to Murrietta to see her. She worked on my face, head, shoulders, arms legs and feet. I got the 90 minute massage and do wish she was closer. I can only review my experience with Sandy, but my sister got another gal, and we were in the same room and she was beyond happy with hers as well. It was the worst foot massage I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, I can't even say that what I received was even a foot massage because I could only feel the person barely rubbing on my foot. When it was time to turn over, I saw either a small mushed dead bug or a bugger on the towel and pointed it out to the person and she did nothing to replace the towel. It was my first time here today. I was greeted after walking in by a lady with a heavy jacket. The waiting room was so cold. I was taken in the first room for a full body massage. The room was warm in the beginning but it got cold, and its colder when you only had a towel on you. I had to keep my socks on that's how cold it was. The massage was great, and the masseur was able to get all my tightness. After I had my massage I came out of the room it was freezing. Will I come back not anytime soon. I was lucky to get a one hour massage app. Within 15 min. Of calling as I was only in the area for a couple of hours. The convenience of booking app. Was great. It's a small massage place, and the front lobby is pretty. Once in the massage room felt very relaxed and comfortable. One of the best massages I have had at a small "spa"... If you want something eh then here's your spot. The saying you get what you pay for is clearly here because the price lures you un however the experience is ok. The massage was completely back unless you mention you want attention to your feet or legs or neck. Given it's mostly back the massage started off with the lady's knees in my back and I motioned her to stop because she wasn't light and then she continued with only using her forearms and elbows. That's fine for a bit because I know they have to find ways not to tire their hands out but the whole time on my back was just an elbow to my back or a forearm. I asked for time on my feet and that was awesome because she couldn't use an elbow. While I was face down I noticed that they don't sweep under the tables so either close your eyes or keep looking at dirt. If you have allergies wouldn't recommend. Overall it's an ok place, there are better places in the area if you spend a little more but if cheap is what you're looking for this is the place. read more

Came here this evening, despite reviews. Was greeted quickly and walked into room. Discussed major neck tension so decide to go with deep tissue. The entire massage was amazing until having to answer the phone multiple times and greet people coming in. Apparently "full body massage" doesn't include feet, arms, hands, and neck?? When I asked why those areas weren't touched/massaged the masseuse looked at me like I was crazy and disregarded answering my question. Told her I was still tense in my neck and she ignored me even though we still had a solid 15-20 mins. Would have been amazing otherwise. My husband came here on 9/27/20 feeling tight and requested a deep tissue. He came home and shared that he didn't feel relaxed and in fact felt more pain. Upon going to bed later that night I saw he has a tremendous amount of soft tissue injury to his back. This is not a therapeutic massage and I would not recommend this facility. read more

Fellow Yelpers, you failed me on this one. I was super excited to try this place out. Having been on a lock down for almost all of 2020 I was super excited to get a massage. I called in and booked a 90 minute massage for the following week. When I showed up for my massage, I had NO clue people would be in the lobby getting a massage! They were clothed but had towels over them and on their faces. The lights were off and there was definitely no AC being used. Uhhh, I quickly became weary about the whole thing. There were two ladies working the massages. Both ladies were very polite and nice. One lady began setting up what would become my massage room. It was an actual room. Ok, at this point I decided maybe I had jumped to a bad conclusion. I entered the room and it was also dark. The air was stagnant and hot. I removed my clothes and laid face down as I had been instructed. The lady who administered my massage entered the room and asked for what kind of pressure I liked. As previously mentioned, it had been a while since I received a massage and I was aware that I had a lot of tension in my back. I asked for medium pressure.... Like Goldilocks, I thought that would be just right. The lady immediately clamped down on my neck. Agh! Ok, change of heart, I told her I wanted light pressure. She lightened up a bit and within a couple of minutes I was in pain again. The massage was conducted with pretty much 3 of her body parts... Her forearm, her elbow and her fists. Oh my goodness it hurt. I repeatedly had to ask for lighter pressure. She apologized, but it continued to happen again. It was dreadful. My body was tensed up throughout the "massage". I felt like I had to brace myself everytime she touched me. It honestly hurt. I hung in there thinking it would get better. The whole time I was face down my mind was racing. Should I get up? Should I walk out? Was it rude to ask her to stop? Should I remind her about the pressure? Yikes! So many thoughts. My massage was supposed to be a time for relaxation, not to have my mind racing. I would say she used her forearm about 70%, elbow 20%, fist 5% and hand another 5%. There definitely wasn't any technique involved. She stopped working on my back and moved on to my legs and arms. She definitely didn't add enough lotion or oil and all I felt was friction. The time spent on my limbs was minimal. I would say no more than 15 minutes between 2 arms and 2 legs. This was supposed to be a while body massage but there wasn't much massaging not did she ever have me flip over. It was primarily a back massage. She left the room and I wondered where she went. She returned with a somewhat warm towel and placed it on my back. I could feel the scratchy texture of the towel. It definitely was not soft. What made it worse is that she scrubbed the towel on my body in order to remove the oil. The lady then told me that was it. I got up and got dressed. I looked at my cell and noticed an hour had gone by.... I had booked a 90 minute. I am definitely not complaining about receiving a 60 minute but I just want to put it out there so you could make sure you follow up if you really wanted a 90 minute. Also there were only two masseuse at the time and both were busy with a massage. That meant that when the phone rang, one of them would take the call... During the massage. If you're looking for a serene, tranquil, relaxing massage this is not the place. I walked out light headed and sore. Definitely feel worse than when I went in. The first time I received a massage from this place it was pretty decent. The pressure and thoroughness was good. They offer full body and also foot massages. I've noticed that if you choose full body, they don't massage your feet, which is strange. The second time I had a massage there it was not as good as the first. I think the first time that I went, Hellen massaged me, then the smaller lady. From reading reviews I think her name was Sandy. Then I went back a third time hoping that Hellen would be able to massage me, since she was pretty good. She proceeded to do my massage but applied so much pressure on my leg that I believe she damaged something. It's been over a month now and my leg is still hurt. I've had knee pain when trying to stand. I've never had this type of pain after a massage before and she left me with bruises both times that she's massaged me. I recently started using a percussion on my leg to hopefully relax the muscles or at least get better blood flow. It seems to be helping a little. It doesn't hurt every time I stand or bend my leg as much. I'm young and do it need to be dealing with knee pain, especially from a massage. And yes, the massage parlor is cold, and I've also experienced the masseuse leaving the room to answer the phone. 2 people at least should be working at all times. read more

I have to say I go to a lot of asian foot massage places and I have proof due to the reviews I leave. I'm 6'3" 220 and I was a massage therapist so I think I know what I'm talking about. Here goes... This place is for sure for hurt people. I have a real bad sciatic nerve pain which makes my right leg tense up. I always have my gf massage it out for me and she gets real tired, and I feel real bad. Lol anyways I had a great deep tissue massage. She took her time getting to my leg but it was worth it. She really massaged my neck and shoulders with slow fluid movements. She always asked if the pressure was enough and to tell her if anything felt painful. I definitely respect that. The atmosphere was calm. Her name was Sandy and she just does a outstanding job. I highly recommend her because she will definitely know what's up! I am always in chino hills, but murrieta will always be home due to growing up here. This place is a hit or miss - I find that one time was great and the other was just okay. It really depends who you get. The facility itself is a little musty - cobwebs in the corners, and towels smell far from fresh. It's also a little difficult to find. I was a little concerned the entire time about the cleanliness but tried to let it go and enjoy the massage. The massage itself was very basic, repetitive and did little to alleviate my tension. This is my first time here and it was a good experience . I booked my massage the day before during my down from Yosemite. Booked a head/neck/shoulder/feet reflexology massage for 1 hour for $35. When I got to the place, I was greeted right away and told to lie down on my back on one of the three tables in their lobby area while soaking my feet in a wooden bucket filled with water and lined with plastic. Didn't need to remove my clothes or anything. The massage was awesome! She did such a great job applying medium pressure. The last 20 or 30 minutes I was lying on my stomach where she massaged not just my head/neck/shoulders and feet but also my back. I plan to make another appointment here soon. read more

I have been coming here for years but this is my first check in. I felt I needed to after reading some of the reviews. Sandy is AMAZING. I could barely walk into place but after getting worked on by her, I am walking out like a normal person. I've been coming here for at least three years and I usually get Sandy. She combines Thai technique with deep pressure, mixed with Chinese acupressure. I never have to tell her what's wrong with my body. She knows exactly what it needs when she starts the work. Sandy did my massage and she was very good and kept asking me if the pressure was good and tried to briefly explain what she was going to do. Overall the massage was good and I enjoyed it. My husband and I both went for a 30 minute foot massage. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The two women who massaged our feet were also friendly. We thought 30 minutes for a foot massage was going to be a long time, but 30 minutes goes by fast. The place is a bit dark as other people have mentioned. I think if it were a tiny bit brighter it would still appear calming. Peaceful music plays on very low volume in the back room. Maybe it would be more relaxing if the music were a little louder. I also think it would be nice if they had some relaxing scents to add to the atmosphere. Maybe something floral or earthy. Battery operated tea light candles could help zen the place up too. They start you off with soaking your feet in hot water for about 5 minutes I believe. Then they massage your head and neck before they do your foot massage. The lady will ask you if you want your massage, soft, medium, or hard. I asked for medium which was quite soft. She will massage your feet harder if you ask. They also massage your legs during the foot massage which is nice. I went here with my mom for a pre Mother's Day massage and paid $35 for an hour long foot reflexology massage but what I got was about 10 minutes of head/shoulder/arm massage, 30 minutes of foot reflexology and 20 minutes of the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. That woman got down! She got every knot in my body. The massage was an okay massage but the customer service was HORRENDOUS. When I called to schedule an appointment the woman who answered was very rude and short with me. I brushed it off. When I came in for my appointment she said two words to me before taking me to a completely dark room not saying anything and leaving. I wasn't sure what exactly she wanted me to do so I waited until she came back. When she came back she got angry that I was not ready. After the massage I went to pay with a different lady who was equally as rude. After she told me my total and I paid she quickly said "her tip?!" My Husband and I with our infant are visiting from Hawa'ii. Today we were able to have a couple hours to ourselves and itched for a long over due massage. After spending a day reading reviews we decided to give this place a chance. As reviews stated, Crazy Panda Massage has reasonable prices for a foot massage, also includes a massage to the neck, shoulders, and arms. Already being later in the evening, they were able to see us right away. As we arrived around 7:50 pm it was very dark and empty. It appeared as if they were closed. When we entered they didn't say much and it was a bit quiet. After setting up and getting us situated I noticed the two women was moving like robots, just going through the motions... My lady left me to answer the phone then passed the phone along to my husband's lady leaving us alone for a minute. As we started she asked for the pressure and we both said, Hard/Firm. It was going quite well until we got down to our feet. I had a long rough day and was looking forward to relieving some of the tension. Majority of the time I felt she was only rubbing in lotion rather than finding the knots and getting them out. Not once has she asked me about the pressure during any point of our session.. As I was becoming a bit frustrated my husband had asked me how the pressure is going and I responded with a "Fine". Not only could I tell that we were both frustrated, towards the end they did give us a bonus by having us flip onto our belly and they stepped/kneed our legs, back, and neck. Just as we thought this was making up for the weak foot massage we ended up getting more uncomfortable with our throats being stabbed by the table every time they applied pressure to our backs. As they moved higher our shoulders was in a shrugged position and our chin was pressing against the rough and and small hole for our face. Mentally and physically we weren't quite sure how to feel. We really wanted this experience to be relaxing but we ended up leaving a bit more tensed than we had coming in. I believe every employee should test out their products before having their clients jump onto a massage table. The quality of the bed isn't the best. Overall experience was disappointing. Had a great massage here but I don't like that the massage beds are right by the front door. You hear everything outside the building plus people walking in and out. I will say that these little ladies have some power in those tiny hands. I always feel great after my massages. I recommend this place for reflexology.
