My husband and I purchased a Groupon for a couple's massage. I have no difficulty at all booking the appointment. We arrived about ten minutes early to our scheduled time. The entrance was clean and tidy. I simply showed the Groupon to the man working the front counter and that was it, they were ready to make us back. THE ROOM WAS FREEZING!!!! The room we were in was so cold that my husband wouldn't get undressed. We had two therapist come in and they started both of our massages quickly. The massage itself was... meh in my opinion. I've had much better and worse. My husband on the other hand was not impressed at all. He said it was a complete waste of time and money. The hot stones were great! The therapists did have to leave the room to get the stones but that wasn't a huge deal to me. The walls throughout the building are quite thin, so you could hear everything going on outside the room especially with no music playing. The music started about 3/4 through our massages. Once our massages were over, we walked out and we were handed cute little Dixie cups of water, like the ones from the dentist office. My husband and I walked out to our car so we could see if we had cash for a tip or if we were going to put in on a debit card. EVERYONE standing in the entry gave us dirty looks was we walked out so badly that my husband didn't want to tip them at all. I went back in and tipped on my debit card and that's when everyone working there finally smiled and said thank you. All and all, it wasn't the worst massage ever but I will be doing more research and going elsewhere before returning. read more

After a 4 day streak of workouts, my body needed a massage badly. I've heard and read a lot of good things about this place. Even bought a Groupon. I wasn't able to use the Groupon but that didn't stop me. I booked an appointment right away. She was able to squeeze me in same day. I literally called around 3 and was seen by 5:25. Due to COVID of course you have to wear your mask. There is no one up front to greet you but they do have a camera with a lady that speaks to you through it. She welcomed me in and told me someone would be right with me. Soon enough my massage therapist came out. Her name is Cindy. I was pretty amazed with the size of the facility and room sizes. I chose to have a deep tissue massage because I knew that's what I needed. She new exactly what areas I needed work on and the exact pressure that was needed. I can tell she was using a bit of myofascial or trigger point therapy on certain areas of my back. It felt so amazing!!!! I honestly couldn't believe how on point Cindy was. Every area I needed work on, she hit the spot. She also massaged every vertebrae one by one and on each side. That I've never had done before and omg there are no words to explain how amazing it felt. I normally don't want work on my quads because its always been a painful area but she did amazing. Right pressure and released a lot of soreness and pain. I am definitely going to come back to Relax Zone. Their pricing is decent and Cindy is AMAZING at her job!!!!! read more

This place is very relaxing, but they make you take off all your clothes. I mean the whole naked body thing. Even undies. This was my first time here since I got a Groupon certificate and I felt kind of uncomfortable when they told me to strip down. Of course they leave you for a while to get settled and on to a bed under the sheets and then they knock on the door and come back. Of course I've had massages before where they say it's ok to leave undies. Some say just take off tops . It all depends what kind of massage your getting I guess. They told me that they don't want clothes to get ruined when they are using the oil. So I'm not sure if I'll be back and this place. Overall massage was ok very relaxing. read more

After calling to confirm they would take the groupon rate directly (i.e. They make more money), once we arrived they would not honor the Groupon rate. I mentioned that I would then go online to purchase and she said, "no. We only take 10 Groupon a day". She also confirmed she was the same person I spoke to on the phone 10 minutes prior. Totally false advertising to get us there and then charge more. Plus they charge $1 to use your credit card and suggest $15 per hour tip. Don't be fooled by low advertised prices!! read more

I received a 90 min massage for the first time from here and I can honestly say I was not disappointed. The staff is super nice and the masseuse is very polite and constantly checked up on me. She would tailor the pressure and massage to how I was feeling. I highly recommend Relax Zone and will be booking more massages in the future. If you go in as a couple they usually have a male and female also come in so its very comfortable. Randomly my sister and niece came down to the Temecula area and we decided to get a $25 foot massage for an hour, little did we know that it consisted of a full light body massage and foot massage. They were able to fit all of us in one room with each other which was amazing and we had three masseuses working on us simultaneously! It was wonderful because we all had the same massage at the same time! I had a slightly different massage as I am pregnant. They were very educated in prenatal massage and also disclosed the risks and benefits of the massage prior to me getting the massage. The aromatherapy was absolutely amazing as well, it was the sweet but relaxing scent of lavender and the music played was so incredibly relaxing and sultry it put me in thee best of moods. Oh did I mention that your feet get to soak in warm water while they do the body massage and then they massage your feet and back to a body massage afterwards. The lotion they use smells so good too and it's very hydrating to the skin, it's been hours since my massage and my skin still feels amazing! Last but not least, if your planning on using a Groupon - save the hassle and just go straight to the business, no need to go to Groupon when the business will give you the same deal without the complication of a third party, but remember Groupons are for first time customers only! I was given a deep tissue not a Swedish massage and after having purchased a Groupon was given a receipt with an additional charge and a penned in tip amount. The employees did not speak English and insisted I pay the additional amount before handing me over to "the boss" on the phone who said if I do not tip I will not be "serviced" again. Wow, first and fore most I should be able to tip the amount I would like and had already paid for the massage through Groupon! A few weeks ago I bought a Groupon for this place for a couples massage. When I called to make an apt, the lady was asking what time i wanted that night. I asked for 7pm & when she asked what kind of massage we wanted, I let her know I had the Groupon. Suddenly they didn't have ANY appointments until the following week. So I had my husband call like 20 min later, he asked for an 8pm couples appointment, did NOT mention the Groupon, and surprise surprise, the appointment was booked! So we went that night and presented the Groupon. A man and woman argued in their language for a few minutes while my husband and I sat in the lobby area. Then the woman left to get the room ready and the man stood at the counter staring at the Groupon paper for a good 5 minutes, and at one point made a phone call in his language while still holding & reading the Groupon. Finally they called us back and we got undressed for the massages. My husband said his massage from a woman was great. I had a man and not only was it not very good, but in the middle of the massage, a DIFFERENT man came in, they exchanged words in their language, and then the new dude took over my massage!!! I could totally tell the difference in their hands, but unfortunately it wasn't any better. They never said anything to me or offered any explanation, I think they were just hoping I wouldn't freaking notice!!!! On top of all that, at one point one of the dudes lifted my sheet while I was face down and then asked me to turn over face up. I have NEVER had ANYONE, male or female, ask me to turn over and expose myself while they were holding the sheet up in the air. I'm not super shy or body concious so I just went ahead and flipped over, and he draped the sheet back over. But I don't see why he couldn't just have me turn over under the freaking sheet like every other place I've ever been to. This is my favorite place to come my hubby brought me here about a year and a half ago for my birthday, then we went again yesterday. The first time it was just me by myself the massage was excellent and they worked all of the knots out of my body. The second time we did a couples deep tissue with hot stone... OMG I was having a ton of pain in my neck and shoulders. The lady doing my massage found all of the kinks in my back and worked them out. My hubby is pretty muscular and solid and the little lady working on him was able to apply enough pressure to his back as well. I have to say thank you so much relax zone!!!!! We waited no more than 5 minutes before we were in a room. We had Wendy and Amy. Wendy does a great deep tissue! It was very relaxing and while you can hear muffled noise when people walk through the hallway it didn't bother me! Hot stones were also included and it was nice. My mom and I had a couples massage done today and it was okay. I really wanted to love this place. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and nice but it seemed like he was the only one who spoke decent English. The two masseuses who worked on us didn't speak English other than the handful of words they need to know to get by. I tried to explain to one of them that my mom and I preferred to skip the legs and instead have them spend the remainder of the time on our scalp and head but she replied with "sorry, I don't speak English." I really feel bad complaining. This doesn't necessarily mean I won't return I just think I would ask the front desk guy to translate for me before I go into the room. I just feel like I had to share my experience so that it helps other customers. I can also tell that the masseuse we received we're not professionals. Other places that I have gone have their individual license hung up in the room with their name on it and i didn't see any of that at this place. However, it is a decent massage for the price. I would go back again, I would just do things a little different. read more
