I came here on the recommendation of a friend. There is ample parking and it is close to major roads. The space is beautifully decorated and the name relaxation shows in their decor. Their furniture is top notch. My pedicure was very good, I have had better calf and foot massages but ny nails were done well. My manicure, on the other hand, does not look like it was done by a professional, I think I might have even done a better job...polish on my cuticles and polish too thick in places. I was visiting from out of town and needed a manicure. I read the reviews which were all very goo and decided this would be a perfect fit. i got powder dip on my natural nails and tips on two of my nails. This was followed by a paraffin and massage treatment. The massage literally lasted less than a minute! I still was happy because my nails looked nice. I came home and was folding towels and lost the powder dipped nail on my natural nails. Less than 24 hours later, I lost 3 more of the nails ( I was cooking!). I have had my nails done for years and this is a first! The whole experience cost me $110, too. I highly discourage anyone from using this facility. read more

I don't often leave reviews but felt the need to for this service. I'm sure & I hope the quality I received isn't reflective of the entire business however - after only four days of getting my dip manicure done here, my hair started getting stuck underneath the dip... you know how annoying it feels when this happens. But it's only supposed to happen weeks after the service. Not only that but my dip pedicure was peeling off after 1 day of the service. My dip manicure is jagged, chipped and uneven at the cuticle which I've never even seen happened before. I had them do a simple design & I felt bad because they did try to satisfy my request but it looked so bad I literally went to a different nail salon a few days later to get it removed. I definitely wouldn't go here to get designs done on your set. Don't think I'll be coming back but just wanted to share my experience :( read more

I messaged this business and they got back to me within 10 minutes, informed me how much they would charge me for my nails, and the difference between long and short. When I arrived the man who I had exchanged these messages was quick and helpful to get me taken care of. I am new to Franklin so locking down a nail artist is super important to me. Tip took very good care of me, she paid super good attention to me and followed my inspiration perfectly from memory. She was super nice as well. Made a last minute pedicure the day of. Glad they were able to fit me in. Clean salon. My pedicure was okay, I gave them three stars because the gels on my toes were very messy, cuticles were clean but the polish wasn't the best. What bothered me the most was the shape of my toe nails. If I come in with square toe nails, I'm not exactly sure why I would want rounded? Or at least ask. I asked at the very end to please make them square and they barely attempted so I filed them at home. Also, I know that English isn't their first language which is completely fine. But some of questions they asked me were rude. And it may not have seemed like that to them but it came off very ignorant. I'm only critiquing them base off my experience. I wouldn't say this may be with everyone. I still tipped him over 20% but there are some things that need to be worked on. read more

Came here after yelping a salon with good reviews which seem decent but never trust a salon with only a few reviews. Don't get me wrong the receptionist/front desk person has good customer service and they have more options for sns colors but I want to like the set I got but paying almost close to $60 I felt that they could done a better job. Sometime I felt the girl was rushing to finished the nails. What I meant by that is a few of the nails are longer then the others the coffins shape isn't all uniform and narrow like the previous place I went to and some of the nails has dent from it was being filed too much, some of the nails are showing white where colors supposed to be and when you're looking at it you can see some lighter spots from where the sns should've of been better covered. read more

I went in and was greeted by a gentleman at the front. He asked what I was looking to have done and I told him a manicure and pedicure. He had me wash my hands, pick out a color and then a woman escorted me to the pedicure chairs. She was super sweet and seemed very fun. She performed my pedicure and then moved onto my manicure. My only concern was that there was no lotion at the drying station (the bottle was empty) but it was closer to the end of the day. This was a very pleasant experience. Every employee was so genuinely nice and polite and I rarely see that at a nail salon. I would definitely return. read more

The nail tech charged me $55 and let me walk out with my nails looking like this. I let her know I did not like the shape but she insisted they were fine and would make a sarcastic laugh when I asked to fix a certain area. She said "they just need gloss". She then called a different nail tech over to agree that they looked good. The process was so fast and the powder placement was sloppy. I thought, just trust the process (don't always trust the process). If this is the best she can do, then this is then best she can do - but don't tell me they look good, because they don't. Blown away. On a Friday afternoon I walked in and was helped immediately. The salon is tidy, clean and quietly relaxing. No back and forth talk between techs and no TVs at all! Two water features, low lighting and soothing music... I had the hot oil pedicure and almost fell asleep with the massage. So very calming! My tech, a young man, was gentle with my ingrown toenails and his polish job was flawless. I've been to about half a dozen different nail salons in two years in Franklin.
