The staff members at Relaxed Clarity in Broomfield were all very nice and informative. I had printed out the necessary forms from their website, filled them out at home and then brought them to the appointment. Definitely do this, it will streamline the process. The doctor discussed with me in depth my medical issues and how marijuana could potentially be helpful for me. I was impressed with the level of professionalism at this office. I am glad to know that Relaxed Clarity takes the application process seriously, and truly has the patient's well-being in mind. It's not just some sham appointment set up so that anyone can obtain a medical marijuana card. They are legitimately interested in determining if medical marijuana is actually likely to be of help to the patient. I use the Relaxed Clarity office in Broomfield where Dr. Eisenbud & Ms. Joan are located . Dr. "E" is so thorough with all my documented health issues. I wish the primary physicians & specialists in their fields were even half as dedicated as these folks are. The appointments are right on time, office is clean and the best part is that you can feel how much they care. If you ever need your medical mmj card you would love these folks. Joan even helped...well she did everything for me online. Most convenient med card experience ever. I made an appointment for a renewal (not first time application) and whether it was just the covid experience or normal op, these guys were professional and fast. My appointment was at 2:00 in the afternoon, and they called at 2:05. The whole call took roughly 10 minutes between check in and talking with the doctor. They followed up about 30 minutes later with an email containing instructions for online application to cdphe. That took about another 10 minutes, and I was done. Appt fee was $100, and cdphe was $26.33, so overall $126.33. Waiting now for confirmation from cdphe so I can print off my card. Not bad for less than an hour in my living room. In fact the thing that took the longest was making the appointment and filling in my information online. read more

Just went through the process of getting approved for medicinal cannabis use and it was a very positive experience. I understand from other reviews that this office can get very backed up so I made an early apt, had all of my paperwork prepared in advance and was a little early. I was there for an hour and a half total and was prepared to wait but it's not unlike any other doctor office experience I've had in that regard. Make an appointment online, have with you the things you will be instructed to bring, 15-20 minutes of filling out the forms, pay your money, and chill until your turn to be notarized. See the doctor and then last stop is check out where you receive the mail ready packet stuffed with your paperwork. One stop shop. Heads up : Relaxed Clarity only prescribes the 6 plant limit. You will need to use another clinic if you want the 99 plant plan. read more

And so, I am going to try to relay my experience at Relaxed Clarity, honestly: And as precise, and "clinical" as possible, to convey to patients, and future patients, what their experience may very well, be like. First, I have been a patient of Relaxed Clarity for many years now. EACH TIME, you should expect to wait at least an hour, to see the doctor. However, each year, the wait gets longer and longer..... The waiting room is furnished with less than 15 fold out chairs, and I have seen a fan in the summer: But it is not exactly climate controlled. The staff, though it has changed with each new doctor,.... (3 New DR's to this date, since I signed up as a patient); Has always been a very kind and friendly staff. My most recent visit, VERY unfortunately, has forced me to make the decision, to NEVER GO BACK, To Relaxed Clairty, As long as Roselia Schlichtig Conrad DO, is there. I am a VERY kind and professional person, especially when concerning my medical appointments: And the Dr's "bedside manner", was absolutely AWFUL! The 2 previous doctors, at Relaxed Clarity, understood, and TOOK NOTES on my condition. And the newest.... Roselia Schlichtig Conrad DO , acted as if she had NEVER SEEN MY FILE, and very "authoritatively" demanded every detail again! I am at least professional enough, to READ the notes, of each client I am about to have a session with! She "grilled me", as if the 2 PROFESSIONAL, and Qualified Doctors, at Relaxed Clarity, never existed!! As if I had to "PROVE" my disability (All Over Again)! *In Tone, words, and demeanor* Which is most disappointing, because when I saw her, taking other patients into her office, I was delighted that Relaxed Clarity would finally have, a REALLY GOOD DR., that had a heart, for her patients, and desired to take care of their needs...... WRONG! THE WORST PART!....was having her INTERRUPT, Not Let Me Finish ONE sentence, TALK DOWN to me, and act HEADSTRONG, into making her point.......which was essentially, saying....... I am stupid for not going to mainstream Medicine, to have a DR., offer......Surgery.....or....Pills....... (Which are my options, there, for my condition) Absolutely unbelievable! Her JOB, and ANY DR. that takes over Relaxed Clarity, in the future is, (which judging by the turnover, will be a new one next year, LOL!.......) Her Job is to understand her patient, and approve they want "Alternative REAL Medicine" SOLUTIONS!!!! Not to try to throw us into the Contemporary Medical Establishment! What a scam! This "Doctors Office" is a joke and you will certainly be wasting your time and your money. I made an appointment weeks in advance and I ended up being seen by the doctor almost 2 hours after arriving! They make you pay prior to being seen by any doctor so no matter the outcome, they get your $65. The less than gracious staff move with the efficiency and standards of customer service akin to a slow post office. After waiting my two hours, I then found out that they do not award increased plant counts, which is why I came here in the first place. A true and complete scam operation! I've been going to Relaxed Clarity for the last 3 years. The industry is clunky, but RC does a great job of adapting with the times. Great staff who helps you with the application before and after the exam. Both Dr Eisenbud (seriously) and Dr Salazar are very nice and knowledgeable. Only drawback is the wait time. Plan for at least an hour, and bring something to do in the waiting room (and a jacket ) read more

Called in last Tuesday, got in Wednesday. We showed up about 30 minutes early to do the paperwork. It was pretty busy, and about an hour wait. Everyone was cool, and there was plenty of coupon books to browse while waiting! I have plenty of horrible medical issues, so the time with the doc was pretty short and sweet. I've been going to Relaxed Clarity the last few years and for the most part it's been a decent experience but last week I booked a 2:40 appointment and waited almost an hour before being able to proceed to the back. Why? Because at 2:40 they have a 45 minute lunch break and it caused a five person back-up. Here's a hint; don't book anyone between the hours of 2:30 to 3:15 and back-ups like this won't occur. And please don't say you offer Veteran's discount as that only applies to "new" patients. I made an appointment through there site, no problem there. Went and checked in way before my appointment. The receptionist gives no instructions on what has to be done. Thankfully, I've been there before and knew the protocol. 10 other people waiting ahead of me. One of the patients was so loud and obnoxious they had to ask her to quiet down. Waited an hour and twenty minutes to see the person who took my money and signed papers. She was a whack job as well. Waited two minutes to see the doctor and was done in there in less than 5 minuets. The guy who gave me my paperwork at the end was very unfriendly. I don't know if I'll be back next year. do not go here... i payed 120 for the appointment initially the doctor is requiring permission from my jefferson county misdemeanor probation officer to approve my licence. they nearly got me revoked and put in jail for "failing" my uas they will take your money and not offer to fix anything currently waiting to subpoena her into court so i don't go to jail. canna health on broadway did however fix this in time for me not to be filed on for court. probably going to allow it to happen just to expose this center.... go to canna health read more

Had an overall great experience!!!! The process was clean and easy to get through. Dr.livingwell was very nice and listened to me and made sure to answer all of my questions. The only problem I had was with the receptionist ( glasses, short dirty blonde hair, heavier set) she was very ride and wouldn't answer any of my questions, and that's beside all of the dirty looks she gave me. What a poor experience I had with this clinic this year...they have gone down hill big time. I went in for a renewal Dr recommendation and I can't believe how un-informed and un-aware this guy was. I had my sit down visit and the Dr reviewed my medical history for cancer and asked me a few questions. He told me point blank that he had no experience or knowledge of using Phoenix Tears type full flower oil as a treatment option. all I received was a phone number to a guy in Pueblo who might make the oil and have more information. So he says "I think you'll need a 24 plant count to achieve your treatment goals" So I just saide fine and then on the way out the door, they tell me you'll have to pay the extended plant count fee for that. I paid $80.00 for my 10 minute Dr visit, he knew nothing, yet he suddenly might be more knowledgeable or aware for $400.00 and a license for more plants??? its either a bait and switch sale or outright extortion... from a doctor who was virtually blind to what he is doing and a clinic trying to bilk a patient in need of true and valid care. read more

Have been using CO MMJ about 10 years and have used RC's center in Colorado Springs several times, most recently 11/2017. Scheduling online is very easy and staff is efficient and professional, if not terribly friendly. Not that they're mean, just sort of jaded-seeming, like ER staff. Not much warmth. The doctor, who comes down from Denver area, is doctorly/fine. He is professional and actually interested in you and your issue that brought you to MMJ. He doesn't just mumble a few words and sign the paperwork; he wants to feel comfortable MMJ is right for you. The upshot of this professionalism, and RC's obvious desire to stay in business over the longer term by strict compliance with the law, is that they can get backed-up and feel not-super-easy to the client. That's good: they shouldn't be push-overs, or the state wouldn't take them seriously. Which they do: I received my card 20 hours after my appointment time. That's impressive. So, get your act together before you turn-up. They say they don't need medical records, but if you can easily get them, do -- at least the 1st time you go. Documentation always makes things easier. But, if you don't have paper, still go if you're sure you have one of the conditions the law covers. So, look-up the law and read it to be sure that you qualify. Also, now that you can do it all online, do that before you show-up at RC. It streamlines the whole process and allows you to receive your card ASAP. My first card took 6 weeks and 2 applications (because I wrote the dates in the wrong format!) and cost somewhere around $100. This last one was a snap online and cost $16.10. Meanwhile, 2 days ago, 1/4 oz recreational was $111 at Maggie's Farm, while an entire oz is $108 for medical members at Native Roots. A medical ("red") card pays for itself very fast, even with the $100 RC presently charges -- especially because Native Roots and many other dispensaries will reimburse it all in product as a bonus of becoming a member. So, if you qualify for medical, get your card for the good of yourself and your family. The process is not a bit painful, just typically tedious. Hey, you're dealing with CO state bureaucracy. There's nothing RC can do about that because they're for-real, inside-the-lines medical providers. Think of it as going to a no-nonsense, seen-everything, big-city ER, but with no blood and much less waiting. read more

Best experience ever! Have a real bad rare severe condition, checked around for a while to find the right place who would be more than able to just put a stamp on a piece of paper. Stumbled upon Lance, as I had found a place before that that seemed appropriate -Dr Cohen in Boulder, however they told me they didn't have anyone who was familiar with my condition. Then I found Lance from RELAXED CLARITY! Exemplary customer/patient services, I'd written a long detailed explanation of my situation & he sincerely cared, helped me to get in with Dr. Gottesfeld, very quickly, who is a VERY sensible man- wanted to help wean me off of opiates instead of stopping cold turkey, that'd been a shock to my whole system, I couldn't even get my long time original pain management Dr. to agree to wean me off & I'd considered her as she cared most... anyhow, I'd prepared for a long wait, was smart & printed/filled out paperwork before I got there, only to find that I'd left the papers home! I was worried about nothing as even with people already there, I still got in with the Dr. just a few minutes after filling out minimal paperwork! Glad to have found a real Dr. not just a guy trying to rush you through, very credible, sensible, patient, caring man & you won't find me to leave reviews very often, only if I think I can help out somebody else who's trying to make a decision from reviews, their staff was very helpful as well being that I'm in a lot of pain, sometimes unfortunately, I'm also a pain..they all seem genuinely interested in providing top notch care, & some employees even stayed late after work in order for me to come back for a Dr's note! Lance, Dr. Gottesfeld, Staff, everybody was indescribably above & beyond what I could have hoped to expect. I'm leaving this review because good customer service is rarely a concern it seems these days, & if I find anywhere that deserves, I make it a point to let others know & save them some time. Oh yeah, & they do provide extended plant count to those whom it applies. hope this helps someone find what they're looking for!
