The service techs were always polite, knowledgeable and courteous. If there was an issue with our units, they would suggest a few options we could do and the prices were never outrageous. This past weekend, we had an issue. The outside temps reached 117F, and we woke up Sunday morning to a leak in my kitchen...the furnace is right above the kitchen area and it was pouring out of a pot light..what a mess...I got on the phone with Brian, and he gave me a few solutions and we made an appointment for them to come out..they couldn't come out on Sunday but we were scheduled for Monday! I spoke to him a few times Sunday, sending pictures and explaining what was going on and we followed his suggestions and within a couple hours, the leak stopped!! I am so thankful that I was able to cancel my Monday appointment. Everything was running perfectly...I am super happy with the service Brian gave me. Shaun and his team will keep your home cool in the summertime and warm in the winter. My air went out one very scorching, July day. Shaun came out the next day to check my system and had me up and running shortly after. I was only low on freon. I contacted him a couple of summers later. He asked me to look at my unit to see if it was frosted. It indeed was. He told me to completely turn the unit off so it would defrost overnight. His quick thinking saves us from having two nights of misery. When he arrived the next day the unit was defrosted and he was able to look at it and get it back up and running. Had the unit not been defrosted he would have to either wait until the next day, or turn on the heat to defrost the unit quicker. That little gesture to call and ask me to check my unit saved us so much time and effort. I trust Air Handlers for my HVAC service needs and you should, too. They are extremely affordable and one of the most professional team around. They have a yearly maintenance plan that I purchased where they come out to look over your unit for issues before they get serious. This too has been very beneficial.
