I like how clean this place is and the calming environment it provides. When I walked in, I was impressed by how nice and clean the place was. Even the restroom was nice. The way they renovated the interior, you can tell they wanted to provide a decent environment. Services are Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, and Acupressure. If you don't know what you want, feel free to ask the lady what they recommend! They are flexible with what they can offer. She is a certified massage therapist as I saw her certifications at the front of the lobby! She is very nice and welcoming so you'll feel great being there! The Smile Massage Groupon my husband purchase for me can't be redeemed. They said they stopped using Groupon in February and charged me full price when I went for the massage. I had notified them beforehand I had the Groupon but they didn't tell me the policy until after the massage. The massage was good. read more

We walked in and the lobby was torn apart with dust and building materials everywhere. The man on the ladder sanding the drywall called back to a woman, she quickly hurried out and was pleasant. We told her there were two of us and we both wanted an hour massage. She showed us to our room. We heard her make a phone call and it sounded like she was freaking out looking for another person to come in because there were two of us. We laid there for about 10 minutes before she walked in back in and another lady came rushing in behind her. The massage was mediocre. It almost felt like she was shaking me to wake me up instead of giving me an intentional massage. The room was small so she kept banging into my arms and speaking to the other lady massaging my boyfriend. My boyfriend liked his massage but was irritated because his "masseuse's" phone rang a couple times. She left the room to answer it, which I appreciated because I was sick of hearing it buzz. And then she walked back in the room and continued the massage with one hand...while holding the cell phone and talking! I purchased from Groupon for 90-Minute Swedish or Deep-Tissue Massage Session with Aromatherapy and asked I wanted to chose Deep tissue. She started fine and then 10 mins into it, she was mumbling about it being groupon and only swedish is offered. I kept quiet and dont wanna argue and just relax whatever variation is offered. 2. She didnt even offer Aromatherapy part of the purchase saying groupon is less price. 3. She started to touch inappropriately and when I asked her to continue regular massage, she finished at 75 mins and was arguing it was done and it is groupon and not full value. I don't want to argue and get to a bad mood. 4. She didn't even offer water after it is done. Even with all this happened, I gave my card and said I would pay 20% tip on original price (not the reduced groupon price, the original price). Then she said since you purchased groupon you have to pay the difference as well plus the tip. I was saying thats not how it works and no and I would pay only 20% and she swiped my card for 40% and forcing me to sign. Then I wouldn't sign it at all and finally she again swiped for 20% and started cursing me. She just threw the pen at me to sign. read more

OMG, I just had one of the best massages from Rosemary tonight!! She was absolutely amazing! I had been here when they originally opened several years ago and it was not a pleasant experience. The massage was rough (not a deep massage - nope, I mean rough, like I'd been beaten up rough) and no one spoke English. They weren't even pleasant when you walked it. It was awful. But tonight that bad experience was completely washed away with a 180 degree difference!! Thank you Rosemary - you're awesome!! I'm not sure but I don't think it's owned by the same people any longer (thank heavens!). There's a different name and a smiling face that now greets you! Tonight I was really sore and had a very knotted up shoulder. I'd been having constant pain with my back and now the shoulder. I just needed someone to massage it out that was close. I knew they had evening hours so I bit the bullet and called to see if anyone could get me in. Rosemary was so pleasant and said she'd be happy to see me!! But I was still skeptical after that old experience there. As it turned out, I had no reason to be!! I asked Rosemary to focus on my shoulder - which she immediately did. What I didn't tell her was that I'd been getting shots in my back for 3 compressed discs and 2 extrusions and none had worked. I still have a lot of continual pain. WOW! In no time she found that area and really worked some magic! And I do mean magic because I walked out of there with almost no back pain - something I haven't experienced since last October!! I will definitely be going back and I will be recommending her to my friends and neighbors. She is a REALLY good massage therapist - and she speaks beautiful English too!! As a healthcare professional myself, I bear too much stress from work and load it on my own body. I have been to many body and foot massage spas including massage envy, Spa Castle in Carrollton, and Siena massage in Frisco. The body massage at Frisco Body & Foot Massage is by far the best. The therapist Rosemary is also a physical therapist, therefore she really knows how to massage the insertion of the muscles to relieve the pain. I had lower back pain for 3 months and I could not even bend my waist. I have tried acupuncture. I have tried taking days of Ibuprofen and applying ice to my lower back every night. And the chiropractor that I see once a week told me that I need an MRI for possible dislocated disk. Each session at the chiropractor did not offer any pain relief regardless he tried to decompress my lower spine. I was so disappointed. I was in so much pain that I was desperate to get a massage hoping for some relief. I walked into this Chinese massage place by Lebanon and Preston and it is life changing! Thirty minutes into the massage on my upper shoulder blades, I felt the pain in my lower back is fading away. After one hour massage is completed, I was able to have ZERO pain at my lower back! This is amazing! I feel great and able to do my routine workout again. Beyond that, you can not beat the price of $50/hr! Worst experience ever! I had to call 911 and get the police involved to get my card back. After I finished from the worse massage ever with Rose, I was nice enough to put 5 dollars tip on my card, the lady started fighting with me and would not give me my card, she said I have to put at least 10.4 according to their policy, I told her it is up to me how much I put, then I said I do not wanna put any tip because of your behavior and attitude, she would not give me my card, I called 911 since this is stealing, just before the police about to arrive she put my card outside the door, but I still had to explain it to the cops.
