I had an awesome experience with this spa. I called one day in advance and booked massages for two people. They were easily able to accommodate us. The massage tables were ready and waiting when we arrived. They use a covering for the table and the face pillow so it feels very sanitary. The full body massage was fantastic. Perfect amount of pressure. I believe they use a mix of techniques so if you prefer a specific methodology (Swedish, deep tissue, etc), you may have to ask. The standard massage included a hot stone treatment as well. I wasn't expecting this, but it felt wonderful. Their prices are extremely reasonable and likely the cheapest you will find anywhere in the area. 60 minute massages for two people was $100 total. Other places charge double that or more. Today I experienced what was probably one of the best massages I've ever had! I called on a Saturday afternoon, made an appt for a few hours later and they took me in right away when I entered. The man at the desk was very friendly. He confirmed that I wanted the 90 minute session which was 60 minutes of body massage and 30 minutes of foot reflexology. My masseuse Amy was very nice and made sure the pressure she was applying was ok with me. I was so relaxed and it felt amazing. The music played was very calming and the place was clean. It's a small place so you hear when people enter and occasionally some moans and groans from fellow clients in the rooms next to you, there are simple dividers between each massage space and they are not enclosed. Amy massaged my bare bottom! I was not expecting it but had no problem with it since I do enjoy a booty rub! I'm used to the masseuse tucking the cover into your underpants but she pulled mine down slightly so she could have better access to my upper thigh area. I was totally fine with it but just FYI. Say something if that's not your cup of tea. I was so stressed out when I arrived there and I felt so much better at the end. I think it's funny how she helped me sit up at the end and encouraged me to wake up...so they won't have folks trying to continue lying there afterwards, I get it. We visited here for a couple's massage. Scheduling was easy, the spa is clean, the staff is friendly, and the massages themselves were quite good. The masseurs gave us privacy beforehand, checked in about pressure levels, paid extra attention to trouble spots, worked quietly, and went the full hour (hands on from buzzer to buzzer). It's no frills, and in our area we could clearly hear noise in the reception area (phones, incoming customers, etc.), but this is just a minor complaint about a well-run place. The rate ($50/hour) is competitive for the area. Tipping in cash is expected, and they do have an ATM in the spa. Xing Long is right off the Sawmill, and there is a pay parking lot attached to the shopping center. read more

had the worst massage ever. my hair, face, hands, feet, legs, and arms are covered in oil that won't come off. flower, the lady who massaged me, use such a heavy hand and kept pinching my skin. and she had such long nails, that they kept scratching me. she did not speak English, and was too disconnected to realize that she was hurting me. she barely spent any time on my shoulders, opting instead to massage my tendons in my knee, which hurt a lot. I kept moving my legs to indicate that I didn't like that, and then afterwards she tried to say something about pins in my knees. she also kept using her oddly pointy elbow to massage my spine, which also hurt. on top of this, she failed to realize that my foot long scar on my left arm means that she should ask before massaging it, or check with me that it is okay to rub it. she only rubbed, did not massage. she put the oil on my face, the rocks were a bit too hot, and kept trying to put them on sensitive spots like my hands. she refused to massage my shoulders. the extent to which she was rubbing made the friction start to burn me, and now while writing this, I am itchy from whatever oily stuff she slathered on me. she used at least 20 pumps of that stuff on me, no joke. she kept putting it in my hair, and trying to rub it into my scalp. and I already feel acne coming on from the oil she put on my face. at some points, she physically got on the table so she could put all her weight on my neck and arms. when she did speak, it was in broken mumbly English with the thickest accent in Ardsley. I am more agitated and upset than anything, and i shelled out 110 for an hour and a half of irritation. I feel like a really pissed off sardine right now. read more

PROs: This place was clean, smelled great, nice music that echoed through the space. I didn't make an appointment, but the wait was an easy ten minutes. I felt relaxed (mostly)... CONs: The gentleman there came in and out of the "room" a couple times, I think to reposition the fan, normally this wouldn't bother me, but that day I just wanted to feel comfortable in my own bubble. The prices change (specifically for men, as I overheard during my session) he was with two other women. They're in-house flyer also had different prices, and didn't list as many options as the rates posted on the wall. This place does *NOT* know reflexology!! My 30 minute foot massage was less than satisfactory- not to mention shorter than thirty minutes. I think my body work time bled into my footwork time. Not okay. I still walked away with pain in my feet! A reflexologist with a little (basic) education on the topic would know that if there is a spot with pain, there is a chi blockage and to go lightly, but throughly. Even I know that! Unimpressed with my session, the therapist did NOT get my lower back pressure points to relieve my lower back pain (reason for visiting, btw) Sadly, I wouldn't go here again, I'll be trying another Asian spa, and hopes y money is better spent there. read more
