We called this company to help us remove a live raccoon from our attic, he charged us for the consult and did nothing. He advised us to catch the animal ourselves and call him after, he also charged us for this. We asked if the animal sought our attic to have babies and he said no that raccoons have offspring in Spring, he does not know what he's doing or talking about, she did have babies and now he will not help us get them out. He should have looked when he first can but he obviously didn't. We have called another, more knowledgeable company and we're told this was not the correct way to safely remove this family from our attic. We feel awful and this person should not be advertising he is a reliable animal remover. Don't hire him! read more

Four bees buzzing by the water hose a few weeks ago turned into a full on angry swarm. Bees and I have always had an issue, we don't communicate well. If I even think it stings, I'm taking off into a full on sprint. I called Reliable Animal Removal and they came out right away. When they arrived, they assessed the "bee situation" and explained my options on removal. He chose the less aggressive option due to me finding bees in the house. They will return tomorrow to further asses the "bee situation". Hopefully, these bees will RIP. They were very professional and up front about pricing, services and guarantees. I had a family of raccoons living in the crawlspace above the ceiling so I called these guys and a few hours later Chris came and did a free inspection. He advised my husband and me to board up the holes which led to the outside that the raccoons were crawling into/out of. My husband had done this already a few times but I guess there was always one still inside of the crawlspace so the raccoon would make a new hole trying to get free. I'm thankful for Chris' advice to keep trying and that he was honest and gave his time for free. I highly recommend this company if you have an unwanted rodent in your space. My cat brought a large roof rat one night into my bedroom. I contacted Luis who quoted me a price that was below his competitors, and he gave me advice on how to trap him myself. But the rat was smart and could manage to get the bait without triggering the traps I bought. Plus he was large. After 2 days, in desperation I contacted Luis again and he came right over. We could not find the rat so Luis left several different traps. The rat was not fooled. It took awhile but eventually the rat came out, I called Luis, he came right over and caught him directly wearing long gloves. Luis is a very nice guy who has done this for years, reasonably priced, always available and will do anything to get the animal out of your space, starting with removing the animal live but if needed will kill. I can finally sleep peacefully in my own bed again. I do not believe I would have had this high level of service from larger companies and I am very happy I chose Luis when faced with this distressing problem. You won't be disappointed! read more
