Robert was a pure gentleman. We definitely had a rat problem, however, I needed to make necessary repairs which Robert took the time to point out before I could mitigate my problem. Robert took almost an hour with me and my wife to fully walk around the entire property and attics to access the issue. He gave me a few traps and placed them in the immediate areas to help with my current situation at NO CHARGE and felt at this time he didn't want our money because he felt until the repairs were made he would be just taking advantage of an unfortunate situation. NO ONE could find out how the rats were getting into two of my renters apts. and after several companies tried, Robert told me I probably had a broken pipe in the wall so he would have to do a smoke test. Sure enough, he found the point of entry under 2 a/c vents that had to be cut back to repair the hidden pipes underneath. The whole issue was finding the source. Once that was done and the few stragglers were caught the problem was solved. I was very skeptical but they were great at convincing me and I'm glad they did. I originally hired because of the reviews, reviews on here actually. I know I have rats in the attic, so I called Rat Control of South Florida. I was charged $375 for a smoke test and a 30 minute walk around the house to tell me I have rats in the attic; so I am not really sure what I learned. No traps were put out, nothing to control the population or even try to control the population; even after I asked twice to even put traps up in the attic. I was told to call somebody else to control the problem. read more

After the hurricane we saw that a tree that had fallen against our house had exposed a huge hive of bees. Thousands of bees were living in the eaves of our house and there was no way to clean up the fallen tree or debris around the area. I did a search for bee removal companies and Rat Control came up. I called and Robert showed up within the hour to assess the situation, which was worse than I had thought. By the end of the day, they had sent someone to remove the hive and instructed us what to do after the bees all left. There are no bees there now and we have been able to secure the area. Great job! Had an africanized bee colony in a wall near our property. They attacked some goats and stung them hundreds of times. Made an emergency call and had the bee man on site in less than thirty minutes. These bees were super aggressive and definitely not honey bees. He was able to solve the problem and did a great job. read more

We called the company for our Rat problem, after we tried everything and did not work. Robert came and told me a story about a doctor who must make tests before makes a decision for treatment. He suggested a so called "smoke test" to see if the sewer has any leaks. Being in a 80 year old house obviously there was "leaks". He told me that I have to call a plumber to fix the "leaks" first. Packed up the "fog" machine and asked me to give him the check previously agreed upon for $320. He did not put any poison anywhere or did anything. I feel ripped off.. read more

Gave us a bit of education on the process of removing rather than poisoning the hive to have a permanent solution. He was very professional and made me feel very confident on the issue and resolution. We just moved into our house just weeks before with our newborn baby. When I saw our unwanted guests I freaked out and immediately looked on yelp for help. They did a great job of getting rid of our three unwanted guests and they are discreet. They found the place where the pests came in, closed that open pipe, patched the roof and then disinfected the entire house. We haven't seen any signs of entry since. Thank goodness!! They are pricey but worth it!! On a separate note, make sure you get your home inspection service to put in writing that your house is clear of pests.
