He took it to All Around Auto and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. It was clear we'd have to rent him a car to drive home in and leave mine there as parts needed to be ordered and our vehicle was not first in line (they of course had other customers!). It took a week to get the parts and then a day to install the new fuel line. They were communicative and helpful thru the entire experience. It was an expensive fix, but it felt fair for all they had to do to fix the issue. Pro tip: pay in cash so you don't have to pay the credit card use fees.

Based on small-talk with the mechanics, some of them work at multiple locations and they seem more like contractors? To be honest, I've had two slightly poor experiences, once with an employee who blew me off and another time when the work wasn't quite done properly. I'd dock half a star for that. However, each time the manager or owner, who I believe is named Glenn, was able to set me right. (Older gentleman with a beard). He proceeded to call me 10 times on the company line before switching to a no caller ID number and calling me a further 50 something times over the next two hours. These phone calls continued until I had to get the police involved. Stay away from this place, they are not mentally well.
