Arco told us…read moreit was an electrical issue - the electrician (which we paid for) confirmed that it was NOT an electrical issue, and Arco had to come back two more times before telling us that the install was completed incorrectly. This was supposedly an ongoing issue they had with a number of other installs. The unit outside was installed on a slant from day 1, the AC unit was not sealed, so it leaks cold air into the basement. The two other professional services we've had out to maintenance the units have both commented on the poor quality install. If you need HVAC services...Look elsewhere.
