Year after year they fail to upload the annual fire alarm inspection report to Brycer Compliance Engine which provides the inspection report to the Naperville Fire Dept. Condo building inspections are done every October and there is an additional fee to send an email to Brycer with inspection report. Every year, at end of November, Condo Association gets calls from City of Naperville stating they have not received the inspection report. Condo Association has to call Total Fire & Safety to have them send it. Again every year, at end of December, just like today, Condo Association gets another call from City of Naperville, and now this year from a contract/attorney office to get the inspection reports sent in ASAP or face fines. I called Total Fire & Safety and got attitude and talked over. The Condo Association has looked into changing inspection companies, but they are all over priced which enforces the monopoly of overpriced service for these types of business.

Justin came by and even used my tools to fix the leak. When it came time to pay, I was charged $249 and I signed for that amount. He was here for 30 minutes or less. Later, I received a call saying I had been charged the wrong amount and they needed to deduct another $100 from my credit card. At first, I thought maybe the total was supposed to be $349 and they only charged $249, but I clearly signed for $249. I've already reported this to my bank. Not sure what the mix-up was on their end, but if I signed for $249, that's the only amount I should be charged.

Picture it, It was around 7:30 PM in January (Today) and it is starting to snow and drop cold! Well I called the "other" heating company I worked with for many years, yet I was told by the Manager: "I am at home and it will have to wait until tomorrow afternoon". Ummmm, I have an elderly mom who cannot wait until tomorrow, so I got on YELP, called some friends and again Claudio Heating was recommended since its not far from me and the guy was honest. Extremely happy I did, I love YELP, and as an Elite 11, I take it very seriously! Mr Claudio (yes the owner) was extremely fair with pricing and wasn't looking to kill me financially (mind you I just paid mortgage) and his estimate was not even close to what I thought I would be paying.
