After what I thought was stellar service (as seen by my initial review), I'm now highly disappointed with All Seasons. After advising Brian that the HVAC unit was inoperable two days after his $950 repair, my only response from him was to suggest that I try hitting the breaker. After several attempts to contact him - no success. No return message. It was only after I filed a complaint with Yelp, did he decide he finally reply to my week-long attempt to contact him. I had to have another company come in to provide another inspection. This company actually invited me onto the rooftop to review the issues with the unit. It is beyond repair. The induction motor should not have been replaced (as it was not going to resolve the issue). As quickly as I made my initial stellar review, I am providing this new update. read more

Had an overnight emergency called at 12 am didn't expect an answer but to my suprise chris (Brian's son) answered. Brian was here here the next day at 6 am and got everything resolved in under 2 hours. And no issues 6 months and going. Thought we might have a problem with our furnace even though it was still working. I called later afternoon and said it was not an emergency and they were out the next morning. Everything was ok just making a noise due to the cold. They checked and cleaned everything and just charged for the cleaning. Nice to have someone who is dependable! I got this company's phone number from the owners nephew and boy am I glad that I did! The guy that pulled up was courteous and professional and was able to fix it without charging an arm and a leg. It's been in the 90s the past 3 days and my home in Thornton Illinois has been in the mid 80s where it almost becomes impossible to sleep even with floor fans blowing right at you. I called on a Friday early evening he took down all my info and said he'd be by the next business day. I'm assuming Monday because today being Saturday (most places gouge you on weekends "emergency call") not this company. Like I said earlier professional courteous and got right to the point and began diagnosing within a minute of being there.
