Many plumbing services are closed over the weekend. We contacted ASAP Plumbing Services and the call was answered within a few rings. The plumber responded to our issue late Saturday afternoon (when most businesses would have been closed or gone home for the day). He assessed the issue and gave us a quote before beginning his work. We were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost of the service. He used a camera into the pipes to show us the issue, and had everything resolved within just over an hour. He also gave us a quote for additional services that would help us to avoid the same issue in the future. And he is also having someone contact us for remediation. Even though his schedule was packed, he found a way to fit me in within the week. Day of the appointment, he showed up right on time. Professionally dressed. Greeted me and my dog at the door like we were old friends, not a transaction. Before he even started working, he grabbed a towel and laid it down next to the shower so nothing would get dirty. It's a small thing, but it tells you everything about how this guy operates. He diagnosed the shower valve issue fast, fixed it, and the water temperature was back to normal immediately. The bill?
