Three days later I noticed one was dying because of an aphid inspection…read more I called them and they said bring it back for exchange. 30 min later I showed up and was told they do not do exchanges for plants as they are living things and if my dog peed on it they would have no way to know. When I insisted I had talked to someone and I expected them to honor the phone call, that person came and let me exchange my plant. Poor training or poor customer service, either way not a pleasant experience.

The "snow removal" consists of clearing out the three-car driveway, that's all. According to their latest bill they have worked TWO HOURS cleaning out the snow in front of this driveway, then had to come back the next day, and worked another HOUR AND A HALF doing the same job. Also, luckily I was there over the holidays, and see that they also billed one hour for a day they didn't work at all. Needless to say, I have called and told them that their billing is fraudulent and that I don't need their so-called "snow removal" services.
