This is a review 8 months later. Within only 4 uses( we…read morebought for our children) and well under a year of purchase, the bouncer will begin to rip at the seams with only the use of small children. I would be careful when purchasing for a company to rent out, it may not last at all. As the company states, you only get a 90 day warranty. So if your buying it for personal use, I recommend using the heck out of it within that time period to ensure there are no defects in the craftsmanship. Otherwise, the company will agree that the seams were sewed incorrectly (bunched) and offer their $13 glue to help, and ensure the integrity of the bouncer is not compromised. Oh and $100 back. Cool gesture I guess for a $1,000 purchase we are now afraid to use. Let's slap a band aid on a gash and hope it won't bleed anymore later down the line. Let's see how long glue keeps something from continuing to be tore when pressure is applied as it is supposed to be. All in all, the problem lies with me and they attempted to help. Just beware purchasing the Rental Lite Rainbow Modular Bounce House when money is limited in this economy. It does not last!

We were desperate considering we had 40 guests coming and no where for people to sit, eat or have shelter from the sun. By 5pm that same day we had a tent, tables and chairs. They truly helped us out when 8 other companies couldn't and or wouldn't.

From the day I tried to work them till today, it has been nothing but a debacle. After calling them 4-5 times and finally letting them know I was upset that my calls were not being returned, Laura called me back. I sent Ms.Laura a very accurate drawing of what was needed at the convention. She said it would not be a problem and gave me a quote of $100. I agreed, gave her my credit card and she said it would be delivered at the convention. On the day of the show when we showed up to set up, nothing was in place. After repeated phone calls and not having our calls returned, we had to make do by using existing pipe and drape and calling a friend for extra drapes. The monday following the convention, I called Laura and she said she was sorry and would refund me the money. At this point I had been charge $225 which was $125 more than the original amount. After waiting a whole 10 days, I disputed the change with the credit card company and had the money refunded to me. The owner of the company called me and apologized, meanwhile his own employee called my partner and threatened to never give them a break at the convention if they did not pay the money. There are plenty other companies in town and I would never ever do business with them again.

The tent was set up with a tree limb resting on the top of the tent. Big risk of a puncture. I never bothered to look at the tent while it was being set up or before the men left, given my positive past experiences. BIG MISTAKE. Patched holes covered the entire tent, with 2 loose patches that would have allowed rain in. There was also mouse excrement under one of the tables. It was not presentable. I sent pictures of the patched roof, tree limb and excrement to Colleen, who managed the rental, hoping I would get a response. Never did. I showed the young men who took down the tent (after my event) the poor and unacceptable condition of it. They agreed and said they would relay the message. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard back, hence the reason for this poor review. This rental was very expensive. I would have expected a call from the owner. Poor customer service.

After they finally show up they complain about first getting a parking place then about having to carry tables and chairs down to the setting for our wedding. It wasn't until some of the ladies helping us with the wedding started carrying the tables down the stairs did they finally start to help.

I have worked with Flower City Rentals for 4 years. This year we had the worst customer service…read moreever and because of it will no longer be using this company. We rented a blow up slide as always from them and had no communication the week of about when they we would be dropping off or to confirm the order. I called them the day of and they acted annoyed that I was calling to see what time they would be coming. When they finally arrived they set the slide up backwards so the kids would be sliding into our fence. When I asked them to turn it around they did but were clearly upset about it. Since we rented a waterslide it needed to be hooked up to the hose. They had nothing but difficulties hooking up the hose and actually broke the piece that was to hook up. I saw the set up people all look at each other like "Oh Crap" they said they couldn't get it but kept insisting they had to go and then left. When my husband got home from work he confirmed the waterslide was not going to work with how they left it. I called the office which was closed, I then immediately emailed them letting them know we were having issues. My husband and neighbor were able to get something to work but not perfect as we now had a water shooting out of the connection but there was water on the slide. My husband and neighbor also had to move the deflated 18ft waterslide from side to side to get the trap underneath the waterslide because when the set up crew adjusted the slide they didn't fix the tarp which was no longer underneath at all. On Monday I received and email from the company insinuating I was lying, requesting pictures and said they would give me $50 since we were able to use the waterslide. When the same guys who set the waterslide up came back to pick it up one went to the bathroom in my neighbors yard (all of which was caught on ring camera). Even after all of this the company said too bad. Good Customer Service and appreciation for repeat clients goes along way. This company has neither and clearly doesn't care about anything but making money. They have now lost ours forever and don't suggest anyone rent from them.

We ordered the side walls because of rain and wind forecast (it poured!) and we were very happy as they all had arched clear windows with panes. The 10 round tables and 84 padded chairs were also in great shape and did not sink into the ground. The communication was spot on, he responded to every question and add-on, the porta potty was clean. I am so pleased that we chose TL Tents & Rentals and several people at the event asked for their number for future events. My daughter used Spatola's for her wedding and there were many red flags. She ordered chairs and…read moreround tables for the wedding. 1. The day before delivery, the company contacted her saying they could not find the 14 round tables. They said they could bring rectangle tables and tablecloths, since she had already ordered linen tablecloths for the round tables. She said we needed 10 rectangle tables. 2. The company was to deliver the tables and chairs Friday, the day before the wedding, between 12-2pm. They arrived at 7pm. 3. Upon arrival, two of the workers were obviously high. 4. And they brought 8 rectangle tables, not the 10 she ordered. When my daughter called to tell them she ordered 10 tables and not 8, the woman on the phone argued with her. My daughter was calling from her rehearsal dinner. 5. Because of the substitution of rectangle tables instead of round tables, the company did provide tablecloths. Just cheap plastic ones. Because of the company not being able to "find" the round tables she ordered, the reception looked more like a cafeteria and not like the elegant reception the bride planned. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company at all.

They came when they said they were going to, did an excellent job of setting up, and were here when they said they would be for pick up. The crews that set up and broke down were some of the friendliest people I've met. The person I worked with called me right away to discuss my needs after I emailed him. He was informative and helped me find the best/most affordable option for my daughter's grad party. Overall, the entire experience was positive. My neighbors will definitely use them next year for their son's grad party, and I plan on using them for my son's party in 2027.
