The same thing happened. Zine decided to return the third time and replace the problematic sections that were separating from the foundation. It is now the middle of October and I continue to have the same issue. He said he'll return and has not yet. He has suggested that I need to paint | seal the stucco. I want to do that but first need to know that it does not separate from the foundation so I don't waste my effort. Update on Oct 24. Zine came out to meet with me today. I now understand we had a miscommunication. He said he is a man of his word and I believe him. I will post photos of the new work and results. Edilstone responded first to our search for a tiler, confirmed the diagnosis, and had such attractive tile choices that we decided to retile the floor as well as around the tub, though we decided to keep the tub itself. The estimate was reasonable and they kept to it at the finish. They even worked on it on Mothers Day to get it done as soon as possible. The result was beautiful, with large textured modern tiles, giving the feeling of a full renovation for much less. We recommend them highly.
