During our drive to Lake Okeechobee for a few days of camping, our RV had a blowout. As I was…read morepreparing to replace the bad tire with our spare, two kind people stopped to help. First, a lady riding a bicycle stopped, and a few minutes later a man stopped and ended up doing all the work. We were eternally grateful so we tipped the lady and kindly thanked the man. Once we started driving again, Karen started researching places to get a new tire. We called several places with no satisfaction. The only place we found that had the RV tire we needed was LaBelle Tire Center, so we headed that direction. As we arrived at the shop, I was greeted by a guy that was super polite. I told him we had called about replacing the bad tire, so I retrieved it and jokingly said can we get this repaired? Since the tire was beyond repair with large holes in the sidewall, he laughed and took the bad tire in to have it replaced. Within 30 minutes, he had the tire replaced with our spare. He not only mounted the new tire, but he checked the air on all four and even helped me put the spare back on its mount. When I went in to pay, the man at the counter was super pleasant and helpful making our bad experience into a good one. As we were leaving, another shop guy even guided us back safely so we could get back on the main road. As we continued on our journey, I told Karen that was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with this type business and if we ever have the situation where we need that type of service, we will literally go out of our way to return to LaBelle Tire Center in LaBelle, FL.

An amazing young man called us right back and figured out our situation. He came as quickly as he could which was not easy as there are very few turn arounds on AA. With the help of the Road Ranger ( who was also incredibly helpful), he took the tire off, switched tires for us to safety drive to the tire shop where he finished the job. I can't say enough about Charles, his expertise, friendly and helpful attitude, he turned a bad day into a palpable one. Thank you Charles for everything!!

The collision center said Stonewall was talking nonsense, I had an appointment and they could take the car. I had to get in-between Stonewall and the collision center to sort it out. It was easy for me to sort it out, I dont know why Stonewall had such a hard time. Next thing, I get a text from Stonewall asking me write a review. I did and described the issue. Probably five seconds after posting the review I got an angry phone call from one of the owners of Stonewall who was angry about the review. He basically shouted me down and I eventually just hung up. There is just way too much emotional volatility here and not enough professionalism.
