This is the worst tree service company I have dealt with. The owner did not inform me when they will come. They came unannounced. Instead of cutting the tree into chunks and lower them down, they fell the entire tree which left many deep trenches. A 3 foot long, 7 inch diameter branch was stuck in the ground. When the tree fell, it shook my and neighbors houses like an earth quake. It took more than 10 hours for us to clean up the mess. The owner came back, told me "it is a beautiful, beautiful job", very nasty, unprofessional, and only interested in getting paid. read more

He was polite and he didn't seem to mind my hanging around to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction! Excellent, Excellent job. Called to say they had a cancellation that morning at 7:15am to see if we wanted them to take the tree down. They arrived by 8:00 am to begin work. They had a very large oak tree down by 12:30. The team cleaned the street and my mother's yard up after the tree was down. I would HIGHLY Recommend Rob, Joshua and team if you need tree work done.
