When I first arrived I stood there for 20 minutes until I was helped even though there were 4 people at the desk (only one of them was helping a patient). After a long wait, they put you in a room and make you wait again before the doctor sees you (they literally forget about you). After begin seen by the doctor I had to wait another 30 minutes before getting my prescription note at the front desk. I spent 3 HOURS total to be seen and helped. On many occasions there were 5/6 people hanging in the front joking around and talking. They move sooooo slooooowwww and take their time to move around the office area (They moved like the sloths in Zootopia). They have no regard for the patients and the professionalism is absolutely null!!! The only positive part about this was the doctor was very helpful and made you feel comfortable; he was very informative and had a great personality (that only took about a 15minute examination). I would not recommend this place because of the staff service. (The physician care was great.) read more

I called this place 3 days in a row and left 4 messages never got called back when I come in (I have to take a drug test at this location unfortunately) the people don't give much information but a clip board and while I'm waiting they just talking shit about nurses and other employees that they work with it took over a hour for me to piss in a cup. A disaster of a medical facility that needs to be shut down - don't go there! The front desk staff are friendly and deserve better than that place; they should definitely be given jobs elsewhere. But the "independent contractor" physician needs to find another career, and the hospital board needs to be dissolved for allowing such an atmosphere of incompetence. I went in for some medical care and was given a blood test and told to call in for the results in a few days. I called in for week after week as they continuously told me they couldn't find the results. I finally came in after a month, come to find out they don't test the results at their hospital (which they didn't tell me so they wasted my time) then told me they again couldn't find the results and couldn't call the other company they sent my blood to because it was a weekend so come back during the week. So I went back again the following week (all the while my symptoms are getting worse and worse) waited for over 2 hours to get my results (I never got them) then was finally seen my a "doctor" who yelled at me for being there, said I didn't "belong" there, chastised me for expecting blood results, told me I might have cancer (which scared the living daylights out of me, but I found out later from a real doctor it was a misdiagnosis and completely misguided) but gave me no guidance on how to proceed except to leave their facility and find another doctor. Fortunately, I was able to go to another urgent care and get the simple treatment I needed, and I'm fine now, but I know others in our community don't have that privilege. I'm not sure why all the negative Reviews. As a professional nurse I was more than pleased with my outcome, as well as the provider and the medical assistant. People have to realize a wait time in an emergency room is 4 to 6 hours versus a urgent care. I highly recommend this urgent care. read more

I have to say I made a huge mistake by going to this urgent care. I have always went to the Reliant urgent care near LAX. This urgent care in Montebello wait times are horrible. My vital signs were taken in the x-ray room. Good thing I was not pregnant. They only had one doctor who was clearly overworked and rushing. The doctor was physically rough during my physical, and his medical assistant diagnose me before he did because I heard them talking in the hallway. If I need urgent care again I will definitely make the drive towards LAX. That way I can be properly examine. I will not have a doctor being rough in my mouth trying to see if I have strep throat nor forcing me to exhale by pushing my shoulder down while listening to my breathing with a stethoscope. I do not recommend montebello-Reliant urgent care AT ALL! read more

For starters I love the fresh clean look of this facility and has up-to-date equipment. But the most important thing is the doctor and the staff are wonderful here. I miss when doctors use to sit down and talk to you and really care about you and today I found that here with Dr Suarez. He was very cool and very professional and told me what I had. The office is well staffed with professional staff that are attentive and very friendly. The wait wasn't long and the process was thorough. I had went here early Sunday morning to do drug screen for my employer. When I first got there the drug screen tech wasn't there yet but I couldn't wait cause I had to be at work but told them that I would be back by noon. I get a call from the manager who said he was personally going to take care of me and was apologetic about my inconvenience. As he looked into my drug screen testing it turns out that I had to go to a different lab to do my drug test. I want to thank the manager and the staff for being incredibly professional and helpful today. If I lived closer this would definitely be my urgent care of choice. read more

Worst wait time ever!!! There's no excuse for this amount of time for a simple drug screen. I arrived at 3:25pm and it's currently 4:30pm and so far nothing. I use to perform drug screens as well so I know there's no excuse to have a patient wait so long to be called for testing (since no doctor is needed) and all that needs to be done is collect specimens, sign and seal. FYI as I write this taking my time to give them a chance to make this right I'm still currently waiting. It is now 4:40pm. Still nothing. Will make a comment to new employer to find another place to be send for drug screening. read more

I got in line at 5:30pm on a Tuesday for rapid covid testing. I knew the wait would be long but I did not think I would be here for over 2 hours. People with appts were seen first which is understandable but where's the professionalism? I'm standing here in line reading all these horrible reviews from people within the past couple of months thinking to myself this can't be true, Oh but it was. 6:40pm rolled around and the staff moved everyone inside into their physical therapy room. Instead of leaving us outside or more spread out in the facility they has us all in one room with people coughing, I can see a man in the other corner with his mask off. This made myself very uncomfortable. The coughs were loud I know the staff heard it I wish they would have asked those people to move to a different area. 30 minutes go without acknowledging any of us. They went up to us one by one and made sure we all were there for COVID rapid test but yet again when you go to the front the girl asks "for covid test?". No shit Sherlock. While I am watching people get signed in they are given a clipboard that is not sanitized (I saw them give it right to the next person) ALL the pens are re-used. I just think it's bizarre that stores like Marshall's, target, and fast food places are being more sanitary than an actual medical facility. The testing process was great. Friendly nurse, easy swab, and super fast. I did spray my seat down before I sat in it because of a prior review I saw that they did not do so themselves. Overall I am disappointed. Take as long as you want but be professional and act like a medical facility. If I had seen them taking EXTREME precautions I would have felt much safer and understood the wait I think people around would have too. I see Raquel replying to recent reviews so I hope something is being changed. But from the looks of it nothing has. read more

Horrible! The process the of filling out paperwork and then calling me into a room didn't take very long about 15-20 min but after that it's been horrible! I got here at 5pm it is now 6:30 and I still have not seen a doctor. She has made her rounds because it has 10 rooms going in a circle and she always skips me. I know mine is not a big emergency or urgent but I will have been waiting longer then any of the other people in those rooms only reason I came was because it's the only doctor open since I get off work late but please if there is somewhere else you can go DO IT! told me i had to schedule an appointment for covid testing and fill out documents online and check in online when i got here. i did so and i still had to wait and was told people weren't added so the wait time isn't accurate and i still have to wait in line and basically my appointment doesn't mean anything i'm considered a walk in. don't come to this location you'll be waiting in line for hours even with an appointment. people even left. i waited 5 hours just to be told they don't take my insurance. this place is a joke no management no structure no communication. read more

Needed an earwax impaction cleaning and all ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) doctors that I called around the area were not available. Urgent care centers are able to do cerumen impaction cleaning procedures as well, so I decided to give this location a call. They were friendly over the phone with immediate availability. When I got there, I filled out some paperwork and was in the patient room within 45 minutes. I interacted with several people throughout the process. An assistant took my weight, height, temperature and asked me a few questions about my symptoms. I was then led to a different room (#10). There, I was greeted by Dr. Jennifer Kwok who made sure I was being given the correct treatment. A lady dropped some liquid in my ear to loosen up the wax that blocked my hearing. After about 15-20 minutes, a gentleman came in to finish up the extraction procedure. They basically push the wax out by squirting some other liquid into my ear. The wax that came out of my ear was the size of a bee! I still can't believe that thing was sitting in my ear, blocking my hearing. He made the procedure an extremely comfortable one. Dr. Kwok later came back to double check his work. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this location and would recommend it to anyone. They also printed out an information sheet for me to read up on my situation so that I would be duly educated about it. Parking was easy to find. read more

I have been coming to this office for workers comp due to an injury. It is quite a drive for me but the staff and doctors in this office really take their time to make sure that things are running smoothly, even going out of their way to get paperwork and appointments set up. Ashley and Dr. Rony, as well as Eddie, has always made me feel welcomed and does their best to make sure that I am well informed and comfortable. I have rescheduled my appointment due to tight work schedule. The lady on the phone had told me that I will get discharge if I cancel my appointment again so I have to make sure I go to the next scheduled appointment. She's super rude and had no sense of customer service. If u can't even communicate well over the phone, how could you handle more people like me with no fixed schedule. If I could rate this place a negative zero, I would! First of all, this place has no sense of urgency. They know there will be a number of patient waiting to be called but they don't have the courtesy to check on patients waiting for a long time.. i got here 15 mins prior to my appointment time. I waited for 45 mins until I decided to speak up and ask how much longer because I was about to walk out. The lady I spoke to was so rude and grouchy and only care about what was going on with her life instead of apologizing for the wait. I hear them apologizing to other patients but not to me.. I'm not sure if there discriminating me just because I'm not Mexican. Believe me, I don't have a problem with Mexican but from the way she talked to me and looked at me. She might have to look for another job because she doesn't fit at this field. The opportunity in this facility is the slow service and lack of organization. They could've scheduled me at 530 so I don't have to wait. If I didn't speak up, I would have to wait longer. Now I'm sitting in one of the rooms. Waiting game again... Bad experience at this urgent care!!!! I went in with an appointment at 6pm. Didn't see the doctor until 7:15pm, and I wish that this was the bad part, but unfortunately it wasn't. I went in with a clogged, itchy, painful ear that had come out of nowhere two days prior. I thought it was wax so I had been trying to treat it myself but realized that it wasn't getting any better and went in to this place. I saw a doctor whose name I can't tell you because she had no name tag, and didn't introduce herself. She looked at my ear and said that there was no infection, but that it was very red and inflamed. She told me to go home and wait for it to go away. I asked if there was anything at all she could prescribe, or any advice she could give me on how to speed up the recovery because it felt awful. She told me to hydrate. I left there, and did some research, and it turns out there are a whole bunch of things you can do at home such as put a couple of drops of peroxide or rubbing alcohol in your ear. I did the peroxide and it felt slightly better and thank god I have a friend who is a pharmacist that came over with some prescription ear drops (which I assume I could have gotten from the doctor if she knew how to do her job). It's been a little less than a day and I feel almost 100% - no thanks to this place. Complete waste of time! Don't go here! read more

This urgent care really gave me ease and comfort when I had to go in for some x-rays on my foot. I was in a lot of pain and Ronnie took VERY good care of me. He was very gentle with my foot, which turned out to be a sprained ligament, and made the process as painless as he possibly could. He explained to me what he was going to be doing every step of the process. There were no surprises. He talked to me like I was a friend and that really took a lot of my attention away from the injury and pain. The staff there was extremely friendly and welcoming. They seemed to understand that I was having a pretty bad day due to my injury and really made me feel calm during my visit. They were very accommodating to my needs. If i'm ever in need of urgent care again, I would definitely return to Reliant Urgent Care for help. They not only treated and cared for my injury, but they took care of my all around well being.
