Horrible customer service. Came in and checked in without a problem.. Nine patients after me than checked within an hour and half and were still waiting. Two patients that checked in were called in. I asked receptionist why they were caled before and when I was up, she than states there are now 5 people ahead of me. I asked how is that possible when I came before all these people. WARNING!! Please reconsider going to another facility for COVID-19 Testing. I was sent per request of my employer to get tested. I chose this place because it's close to home I could've picked anywhere since I was paying $175.00 cash to get my results in 30 minutes. I was rudely turned away by the front receptionist a little on the chubby side, sorry I didn't get her name. Well she turned me away and said no appointments until tomorrow. That was around 3:00 pm she said you need to schedule your appointment for tomorrow online. Drove home and then shared what happened to my wife & son and they said that is not okay you should call back. I called back to ask about the COVID testing Maria answered the phone and I explained that the receptionist said NO appointments for today when I first arrived at 3:00 pm Maria said we DO NOT turn anyone away for COVID testing just make sure you arrive before 7:00 pm closing. Maria confirmed with Lupita and I was asked to go back to get tested I arrived approximately at 4:00 pm left home at 6:00 pm. I waited and no results so I left home since the nurse who took my test verified that my email was correct this is were they will be sending my results. I called about 6:55 pm and Eve answered I informed her that I had been at the facility a few hours ago and my COVID results had not been sent to my email. No reply from Eve stood quiet for a few seconds and then hung up on me. I called right back and my call went straight to voicemail, second attempt same thing so I decided to drive out to the facility. When I arrived it was closed. I am supposed to report to a job site at 6:00 am with my results and I don't have them and now I have to notify my boss that I cannot do my job because I have no tests results. Now I will Gabe to wait until tomorrow morning at 8:00 am for facility to open to get my results. WOW-WOW what is happening to people no more care, proper customer service. It's time to close and forget who is calling. Eve's responsibility was to hear me out, then ask to please place me on hold while she finds out what happened to my results. This would have taken her 5 minutes to give me some sort of excuse or some answer, but just un-heartedly to hang up and send phone to voicemail that is a cold women and does not belong in a place where you need to have compassion, care, understanding and patience for people that are coming in for stressful concerning health reasons. Kindness would be very nice and welcoming but NO not here. read more

This is the 2nd time I visit this urgent care with my sons and the staff is awesome! Today Alonso took my son's vitals, checked his weight and height, and situated us in our patient room. He was extremely pleasant, courteous, and treated us with dignity and respect. He is such a nice person! He asked us questions, waited patiently for our answers, and then advised us about the doctor. Thank you Alonso for such great, professional, and compassionate care that you provide to your patients!!! First time using Urgent Care services. Took my child here for a high fever and strange spot/sore on face. Wait time was amazing... only maybe 30 mins tops till called back. Staff was very nice and Dr was great!!! She introduced herself and was very pleasant. She listened to my concerns and throughly examined him. I'm so glad I decided to take my child here, made me feel much better. Definitely will utilize this service again. From the time I got there until I saw the actual doctor it was only 30 mins or so.For this particular visit, Dr Medina and 2 of the RNs or CNAs (both young men) were very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. VERY unpleasant, unprofessional medical establishment. The girls that work at the counter are horrible; they talk to patients with a sassy attitude and engage in personal conversations amongst themselves even when you are standing right in front of them. When I was waiting, I overheard them even referring to each other as "biatch".... really? They sounded like they were out at a bar! They need serious training about how to be courteous and professional. As far as the wait, I was one of 3 patients and it still took almost an hour to be seen. This place was ok. It's nice that they're open on Sundays. Not the cleanest not too crowded. People in front desk are nice. I came here because my son needed medical attention but not bad enough for ER. They accept medical. The wait time was terrible I checked in at 10:03am and I'm still here at 1:30pm. We finally saw the dr. And he said that he is just slow with computers but when we came there were only 3 other patients... so he is very slow but nice. Now we are just waiting again for our prescriptions so I hope I can be out of here before closing time at 5pm read more

I understand it's urgent care and there will be a wait, but I went in and they took care of most patients waiting prior me. It took two hrs and 30mins to be put in a room and another hour waiting to see the doctor. I come out to see what was taking so long and the waiting area was empty. There was so many people that came after me. So decided to leave, I felt that my son wasn't important to be seen before any other patient. I understand that some patients need to be seen right away, but everyone was seen prior. That's ridicules! read more

Be careful when paying a co pay with your debit card. I went here for a work related injury and the clinic charged my card. When they realized it was a work related injury and not an appointment, they gave me the run around and ask to send them a brief explanation on what happened at the clinic. I left a message with your company and the office manager called me in the evening. I expressed my concerns and frustration. He said the office follows CDC guidelines but my husband said no one was distancing nor did he see anyone disinfecting the office. He was in your office e over 2 hours for an injury and came out of there with COVID. You shouldhave had people wait in their cars or outside and page them with it was their time to be seen. Unfortunately now our whole household is sick. In all these month no one in our family has had this virus. Now we can help our elderly parents. Praying that others didn't get infected. Explained the process to me and I received my results as I was driving away from Popeyes (if you know, you know) I would like to thank the young lady that did my swab. Don't expect to be seen right away unless you have a worker's comp case. I went to urgent care with my toddler son. Both of us needed to be seen by a doctor. We were there as soon as it opened and were third in line. After an hour of waiting in the lobby I noticed numerous people come in after me and get called in first. I asked the receptionist why and she said because they had worker's compensation cases. Obviously all this place cares about is making money since they can milk the workers comp more than the insurances. Too bad their priority isn't trying to help their sick patients feel better. After reading reviews on yelp of other patients having to wait 4+ hours to be seen, I was convinced I wouldn't be seen anytime soon and left. I've waited less going to the emergency room. Will definitely never come back here again. read more

I took my wife to the place yesterday for flu like symptoms including fever, she got worse after taking antibiotics. When the girl checked the temperature, she didn't put the probe under her tongue and didn't ask her to close her mouth, so she got no fever! I knew it was wrong because I am a nurse, I asked her to follow my instructions to check again and temp is 102.3! When the gentleman do the flu test, he just put the culture swab in in the nose very little and the result was negative, I doubted it. After I told Dr DO my concern, fortunately he gave the prescription for flu. After starting to take it, my wife got better and no more fever this morning, the evidence was that she did have a flu! So please do VS test carefully and professionally! read more

Reliant Urgent Care has been great to me. The staff is amazing. They were so friendly and showed that they genuinely cared about my injury. I came into the location with a bad attitude due to watching my husband go through workers comp and having horrible experiences over and over again (not at Reliant, other doctor).
