I recently had my first cut here, could not be more pleased with Brandon's work! I was a patron of Capello and Bella A'more salons in Williamsville for the past several years, but recently moving closer to the city I wanted to find a salon closeby. I am always reluctant changing salons, as the skill of the stylists varies greatly in small city salons. Also finding a salon that can give me a cut that looks great is extra difficult (I have curly hair). It takes alot of skill and experience on the part of the stylist to give me a cut I feel is not just decent but outstanding. Brandon was really nice, and he knew exactly what to do to give me a style I was happy with. I didn't need to walk him through the cut at all, he obviously is talented and has years of experience. The atmosphere of Relle is amazing, you will feel like a valued client when you step through the doors. Also the product line is amazing. I have been using organic hair care products for a number of years because the quality is so much better than non-organic brands, you can totally feel and see the difference in your hair. This is my new favorite salon in all of Buffalo, I would even say in all of WNY. I have lived in the Rochester and Syracuse areas, and I always sought out the best hair stylists where I was located. Relle is simply the best of the best around here, if you accept nothing less than greatness in everything you do including your hair, this is the salon to go to. read more

My whole experience with salon was amazing. As soon as I booked they got right back to me and ask for a picture of my hair and the color I wanted so they could be prepared, I really appreciated that. The pictures of the salon do not do justice to how pretty it is on the inside, I felt like I was in Toronto or some big city. Even the smell of the salon was truly amazing. My hair stylist was Sarah. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The end result was beautiful, my hair has never looked so amazing or looked so healthy. She also gave me tips on how to care for my hair and how to help get it so smooth. You can tell she really cares about her clients and her work, making sure every detail was perfect. I am a relatively new transplant to Buffalo from Chicago and struggled to find a stylist here. By the time I found Samantha at Relle, I was due for a much needed trim and highlight touch up. I wanted my long hair trimmed into a more styled cut and blond balayage. Samantha advised me she thought highlights would blend in better to my already grown-out balayage from a year ago. My main concern was for the color to turn out lighter but most importantly natural looking and Samantha delivered! She did an amazing job and I love the cut and color. I'm definitely going back and I'll be a long time client because Samantha is amazing! The salon is also the perfect blend of trendy yet comfortable and relaxed. I was in Buffalo last week for a wedding. I had wash, blowout, halo extensions added, and hair styled. The salon is very nice & super-clean. I was offered hand sanitizer when I arrived. They enforce social-distancing but atmosphere was still comfortable. Their products are top-notch (even bought oway moisture hair bath + hair mask - amazing for my long, platinum hair). It was VERY hot & humid outside (had to walk 10 mins in formal gown to venue from hotel) and my tousled curls lasted all night. I'm from San Francisco, but have lived in Cincinnati, AZ, NC, & PA, so I know what good salons are. Relle is definitely worth 5 stars! Relle Organic Salon is the best place to go for a really good hair cut. But beyond that, it's the most relaxing salon around. The atmosphere is perfect. Soft music, stylish decor, clean, simple. There are no noisy, chatty, chaotic customers and staff- just you and your hair guru (and perhaps one or two others.) In my case, my miracle man is Angel. He has been my stylist for years and he knows exactly what to do to keep my locks healthy while giving me the look that fits me. I love to go there. I walk out feeling confident. Recently, I got a perm that was so soft and gentle no one would ever know that my hair was not naturally full and bouncy. I recommend Relle very highly. read more

Irina gave me a cut, partial two-toned highlights with toner, and a blowout. I'm so very pleased! I moved here from LA a few months ago and was anxious about finding a hairdresser in Buffalo. Irina matched my tones perfectly and the cut is gorgeous. The results match if not exceed what my LA dresser can accomplish. I'm also a big fan of organic hair color lines now- they don't use ammonia, smell lovely, don't sting, and leave your hair softer and shinier. The price was reasonable as well for high-quality work. I had stumbled upon this salon in my search for a natural, non-chemical keratin treatment. Having read a little about the salon I was intrigued, thus I made an appointment and the results were amazing. I had never had a keratin treatment done before this time and was super happy with the results. My hair was soft, silky, and straight with the greatest benefit of all being no dangerous chemicals deposited into my hair. The keratin treatment has lasted quite some time, even with new hair growth. This is a long overdue review because I have been getting my hair cut & styled by Angel for almost 2 *decades* (which is weird because we are both only 29 yrs. old) ;-) Then when he moved to Relle I started receiving my gorgeous color treatments from Brandon. They are both extremely talented and a pleasure to spend time with and my hair has always looked amazing. Once you experience the use of organic products, especially color, you will never go back to the awful, toxic, smelly traditional hair color products. I found Relle Salon from all the great reviews. I wanted a natural solution to my hair color and this salon provided that. I had my hair colored and styled by Brandon and he gave me the natural color that I was looking for with greater conditioning and longer lasting. I have been going to Relle since it opened. Love Brandon's amazing eye for color. I always get compliments about my hair color. Also, he listens and gives you a great cut. Due to scheduling reasons I had to go to a non-organic salon over the holidays and a lot of memories came flooding back. How difficult it is to cover my obstinant gray, and how exceedingly dry my hair would get every winter. So glad to be back at Relle with Brandon. Sara at Relle is awesome! I started going to Relle because of the organic experience. My hair was so dead, and would not grow. Sarah cut my hair, recommenced products, gave me recommendations on how to use the products and my hair is growing! My color is always perfect. My cut is always perfect. I have been getting my hair cut at Relle for a few months now, and each experience has been wonderful. I have interacted with most of the staff, and Brandon and Samantha have both cut my hair. I went in yesterday to go pixie for the first time, and Samantha did a BEAUTIFUL job. I didn't go in with a picture, nor did I have a clear idea of what I wanted, but Samantha took the few points that I did give her and turned it into a great cut. The only service I ever get at Relle is haircuts, but I only go here for good reason. Angel has cut my hair since I was in grade school and the experience shows. Also Tanesha, the other stylist I go to at Relle is just as professional and capable.
