Wow this place is really neat! Not a super big store, but they are very organized and have a variety of style, ranging from a old to new trends. I've separated my review with selection of clothing, fitting rooms, pricing, and customer service. I also added a little PLUS section for what I've seen them do to clothes they take in. Selection 5/5 I've come here twice and have bought at least 1 piece of clothing. They have a good selection of higher end brands, from Banana Republic, Loft, Ann Taylor, Talbots, New York and Company to name a few. They also have a few clothes from Forever 21 (mostly from their contemporary lines which is said to be made with better quality), Hollister, Aeropostale, and American Eagle. There are also off brands which I've never heard of! As stated they are very organized and have a rack for small, medium, and large tops, a rack on the wall near the register for dresses (which are also organized), a rack of pants, and a rack on the opposite wall of the register with skirts. They also have a rack of active clothes near the front of the store. Anyways to wrap that up really well organized and clean. Tips: I noticed the store mostly has higher end brands so if you are brining in clothes that is a warning to you. * I haven't really looked at the bags, shoes or active wear department. Fitting Rooms 4/5 The fitting rooms are fabulous! They have a hook for love it and leave it. The reason why I gave this a 4/5 is because the "door" is a curtain. I dislike them because they don't fully close or it can be difficult to fully close them. Other than that thought, it's very clean. Pricing 4/5 I would have to say that the pricing for most of the items is fairly cheap for most items plus you get an extra half off for the color tag of the month (for August it's blue and for September it's green). Each monthly sale for the tags starts on every 2nd of the month. However, I have been to several consignment stores and have seen cheaper prices for the higher end brands, I would say about $5 to $6 less. Don't get me wrong though, this was only on a couple items I had picked out. Tip: Sign up for their email list, you'll receive an email for any early access to monthly tags or any promos such as $5 off a $30 purchase. Customer Service 5/5 I have to try on lots of clothes, I'm sure I'm not the only one because I am very small 4'11 and 100 lbs so sometimes even small won't fit me. So as per usual I grabbed a lot and was kindly asked if they can start a fitting room for me. I continued to look some more and was asked again after grabbing a couple items only this time. The ladies there are really attentive, but they don't hover over you or make you feel uncomfortable like some stores. I always get a really warm vibe from everyone who's helped me so far. Plus they don't make you carry a lot of clothes until your arm starts to hurt and have to ask or look for the fitting room! PLUS When I went into the store a second time, they were steaming the clothes before putting them out which is great because most stores don't do that and the clothes smell funky or you have to "disinfect" it yourself. read more

I stop by here whenever I can and I never leave disappointed. Tip #1: Try to stop in on Mondays. This is the slowest day and people have been coming in all weekend dropping off their "new" clothes. Tip #2: Bring in clothes for trading for the upcoming season: Example: In March start bringing in spring/summer clothes. Tip #3: Go here before an event: Vegas, a Christmas Party, NYE, or even a date night. There are lots of dresses/outfits that are inexpensive to reasonable for just such events. Tip #4: This store takes purses, jewelry, hats, sunglasses, scarfs, and other accessories, so don't be afraid to go through EVERYTHING, not just your closet. Tip #5: Don't bring in jankity crap. I think I found my new favorite consignment store in Folsom! My gf and I were on a Saturday shopping excursion and by excursion I mean...we were consignment shopping and looking for good deals! I have driven by this place several times (Peets coffee is close by and I never really thought to check this place out) but never really ventured in until today. The moment you walk in you will notice how clean, well organized and spacious this place is. Luckily for me and my friend, we were seriously the only two people in the store so more freedom for us to roam and explore all the good deals! The pieces ranged from "really cute" to "oh dear!" but that's everywhere you go to...consignment or not. Clothing is organized by size and type. Jeans and pants are along the left side of the wall...more high end things along the right side. I actually found a handful of cute dresses and a blazer I loved. If you're on Yelp, you get $5 off $30 purchase (which I tried to take advantage of). I got two dresses (one for work and one for play) on sale at $11/12 each and a necklace & earrings for $12! I did really well! I was really impressed with the various brands they carried. Lots of Anne Taylor loft, forever21, gap, old navy, express, espirit, athletica, michael kors, etc. I plan to sell some of my clothes when I go back next week! Looking forward to all the cool things I can sell, trade or purchase! Did I also mention how I loved the dressing rooms?! So roomy and spacious...lots of mirrors! One of the ladies checking over numerous clothes & shoes I brought in to consign was not very welcoming or friendly and acted "bothered" & rushed. Extremely "Picky" over what she would take and all my clothes and most of my shoes were in great condition!! Some of them were Barely worn, & most were in current style. I mean how does one consign shoes without getting the soles a bit dirty?! LOL!! When the tops of the shoes are like brand new!! I know better not to take in anything that wasn't in good/great condition. She then proceeded to remind me they have 8,000 consigners, (I know that is due to they're are hardly any consignment shops around, one closed in Folsom, one other store is in business) I understand they can only take so much in when the store is full, but how about show some appreciation for your customers! One shirt which was a French designer, she said it looked a little frayed at the edge, but she didn't understand that it was the "Style" of the Shirt!! Just a few items were taken. I'm addicted to this store. I been here several times now and I always walk out with quality pieces that are pretty much brand new. I dress pretty professional for work and I have found great pieces for work and weekend, casual wear that's still quality. I'm actually really thankful that they have standards for what they will accept to consign. I can go target or old navy anytime and buy new but It hurts a little to spend more on higher quality stuff. This store allows me to have quality pieces that are new to me! I bought an Express jumper for $90 in the summer for a wedding and found the same exact jumper in my size but in a different color at this store for $17! RUDE workers, will not return! Went here with my friend and was hoping to give some of our clothes. When we got there the workers were rude and judge mental. They told us that they weren't excepting summer clothing (which is understandable) but the attitude included was unnecessary. In the process of going through clothes the older woman acted as if our clothes were not good enough because they were not "name brand" and were lightly worn. She told us that she wasn't accepting certain brands including target? If you plan on bringing clothes here make sure they've never been worn and they're of a high brand because we were told they only accept clothing with tags and not worn. Is that not defeating the purpose of a consignment store ?? My experience here would have been fine whether or not my clothes were taken, it was the attitude and disrespectful remarks that will be keeping me and my peers away. read more

Alright - it's obvious that this place doesn't need any more help, as the reviews speak for themselves, but, I just have to add to the list of great reviews. I took in a bunch of stuff to sell that my mom no longer wears. I went to visit my mom in central California, and took all the clothes she no longer needed/wanted with me. I called ReLoveIt, and spoke with Melanie over the phone for a while. She is super friendly, and made everything feel comfortable. When I dropped the clothes off, I worked with Rachel, and she was just as sweet as Melanie. They treat their customers very well, and unlike other consignment shops, they actually appreciate the business! I'm a guy, so...I wasn't shopping around, haha, although I did notice how clean/organized the store was, and how nicely everything was displayed. This is a fun store where I usually find something special. The owner remembered my name on my second visit which was surprising. She is always so kind. I can't say the same for the other woman who works there who has a bit of an attitude, but I just ignore her. keeping in mind that i only write 5 star reviews, i had to write a review for reLOVEit. I've only had one experience with this store but I was completely impressed with so much: probably the brightest, cleanest, best merchandised consignment store i've ever been in. Everything was clearly laid out. I could actually see the fitting rooms (they weren't hidden in a dingy corner). And the products are neatly and pleasantly displayed, even the jewelry cases were well thought out. The lady behind the counter was pleasant and seemed actually happy to be doing her job - always a plus! I got a purse: the price was a little higher than I like to pay, but it is a high quality purse and was well worth it. I especially was impressed with the shoe selection. Buying consignment shoes is sort of creepy sometimes, but these all looked well cared for. There were several pairs that I wished had been in my size. This will not beat my favorite consignment store, but that place is in my neighborhood and I go there all the time. This is a small shop in a strip-mall center...so watch for it. Ladies in this store are super helpful and friendly. But what's best...is this little shop has some great stuff. On my very first visit I found a great skirt at a reasonable price. I'm sure if I would have had more time I would have found something else wonderful. My first visit I found two dresses for work that are amazing! The first one was a brand that was only made in SF and the material, it was soo soft and is very cute. The second piece was from Calvin Klein and it was 13 dollars! Very professional looking dress and it was brand new! I have a few purses that have been in my closet FOREVER and have hardly been used. One was Michael Kors and I felt bad I outgrew it really quickly. I brought it here and it sold so fast! The girls here explained the whole process very well on how the process works. They had to explain it a few times for me but they didn't seem to mind lol. I plan on coming in every week because trust me, you will find treasures in this store! read more

I brought several items that were very nice and within five minutes they told me no they were "to full" I had I asked if they had even looked at the items and what would appeared to be owner said "yes" and they were "dated" Actually, most of the items were actually purchased within the last 24 months! I resell all the time with Reinvent in Roseville and the The Moth Hole But I thought I would give this place a chance since I was going to be in the Folsom area. I did score a cute pair of boots but if your going to consign I would go elsewhere. I had many things and they did not even offer to help bring things out of the car or take them back to the car. Somewhat crowded with racks and somewhat dusty but the owner is quite pleasant. However, her employee, who you are likely to work with in transactions, is very unfriendly. On my visits to the shop, she rarely smiles or greets customers and in the exchange of currency for clothes sent, she does not treat you like a partner but more like she doing you a favor. I dropped off several nice, never worn pieces (Banana Republic, BeBe, Coach, etc.) that sold. She didn't even want to review the monetary value of the results of the items sold with me. I'm thinking "What the heck is the problem?" This is business, nothing personal, lady. I should be allowed to reconcile my account w/o being rushed, right? Her attitude is so unnecessary, that I decided to not return to the shop again. The awful attitude overrides the prospects of me having a channel to sell great items that I cannot use or fit. I will go to other consignment shops in the area. If you are ok with a nasty attitude from the employee who clearly is not familiar with the term "customer service", Godspeed. Otherwise, avoid her all cost. Nice pleasantries are rare from the employee but are required for me. Maybe, I'm crazy for expecting that. I'll chat with her boss, but I don't think this is an isolated incident and likely not to change. I'm amazed that none of the reviews seems to mention the employee's attitude. read more

Set up an appointment. Showed on time to drop off a box...probably about 200 items including designer jeans, nice tops, some fall and summer clothes. First off, we weren't expecting a lot of money or much at all. It took 40 minutes for her to rustle through the box which we had nicely folded up. We expected her to take things out and give them a thorough look over. Then I come back in from the car and she only takes FOUR items! She gives me $19.75 for them which was fair. Then after saying at the beginning she could take whatever she can't keep to Goodwill...at the end tells me I have to take my box back home or to Goodwill myself! Not an issue, but why offer different at the beginning? In the end a very nice person, but after that experience...I wouldn't come back...maybe to buy...but not to sell anything. She didn't want much because she caters to older women and also said what I brought in was maternity items...they were mediums and large...not maternity. I have to first say that I had only gone to one other consignment store before coming here (formerly called by another name and has since changed to ReLoveit). I didn't know what to expect because it seemed small but I was pleasantly surprised. The merchandise is clean and well displayed and the prices are great. Every time I have gone in there I have found what I am looking for. Once I came in specifically looking for a jean jacket and I found one for 14 bucks! I've have also purchased great pants, cute dresses and jewelry. This place has a nice mix of name brand and off brand items. And it's not totally chaotic like I feel when I am in a Crossroads. It seems they are more picky about what they take then they are at other places. They also have high(er) end hand bags and a nice array of shoes and other accessories.
