I was so glad I found them after two other companies came out to measure and never even got back to me with estimates! The best part of the experience was working with Gary on the design of my new pool, spa and backyard and seeing everything come to life via digital renderings. I even decided to paint my house the color that Gary made it in the renderings because it looked to good! I appreciated that they were willing to adjust the design a few times early on based on my wishes and my budget. Rembrant Pools and Spas came referred to us by a friend who knew Gary Houck, an employee and pool designer for the company. We met with Gary to express what we thought we want in terms of ideas for our new back yard pool and landscaping. From the first design, Gary knocked it out of the park for a more unique look from other pools we have seen over the years. We broke ground in early November 2018 and we were completed in Mid-February 2019 after a couple weather delays. We could not be more happy with the end result of the entire project. Jorge Silva, owner was present during the process from start to finish, stopping by to check on the process or explain the next steps. Everyone of Jorge's staff was excellent in their work, staying focused on the particular job they were working on. They were also very mindful of the rest of the home and picked up after themselves after each day of work. Jorges brother, Javier also works for the company and he too was excellent throughout the job, stopping by frequently to perform an aspect of the project or to follow up on something that was recently completed. I enjoy plants and dabbling at landscaping and Jorge was helpful in explaining plants and what would work in our yard. He also took us to some completed projects in other communities to show us plants and how they would mature. This was helpful as iwas not as familiar with plants conducive to the desert climate. Jorge allowed me to pick out some of the actual plants and then would pick them up and plant them. We are now about 3 weeks after the completion and Jorge, Gary and Javier have still been available for questions and follow up. We are so happy with our backyard and appreciate the work that was done from Jorge and his staff. Jorge the owner of Rembrandt is awesome to work with. We started are pool journey like most with #1 wanting a pool. We had no idea what goes into building a pool, and designing one. Jorge, was able to walk us through the process seamlessly. The timeline for our pool from start to finish was around 4 months, which was in the middle of covid. My husband and I felt confident with Jorge and his company, and if we had any concerns Jorge was just a text away. The communication was key and Jorge didn't mind us texting him with any questions through the process. Rembrandt Pools designed and created a fantastic pool and spa for us from scratch in beautiful Palm Springs, CA. This was our first house and we love it but the backyard had no pool and was rustic rather than the modern oasis we wanted. We were cautious so we had 5 pool companies bid on the project. Gary was responsive from the start and took the time to understand what we really wanted. Rembrandt not only had the best design and was the most responsive in the bidding process, but they also had a very fair price. Gary's design was beautiful, modern and unique while incorporating all the pool and spa features we asked for and adding his own great design flair as needed. They also worked to design and install a great outdoor kitchen and replace our broken-down patio covers. We were concerned because we were asking to build a pool during a very busy season, but Rembrandt not only fit us in their schedule but started ahead of that schedule. Jorge, the owner, was not absentee as I've heard many are, but was on site regularly and was always available to answer questions and keep us updated along the way. The transformation from rustic retreat to modern Palm Springs oasis is now complete. Our friends and family are amazed every time we share this outstanding space with them. They got HOA Approval in only one day, and the city permits in about a day or two. From the time they dug the hole in the ground, until the day we had water in the pool was only 4 weeks! Jorge is who I was dealing with he had his workers come to my house Todo my back yard they did a great job at that but when they left my house with the trailer of trash dirt and concrete witch I wanted to make sure it was properly disposed of followed them into the desert where they dumped my trash on the side of the road and charged me dump fees.. do not recommend them to any one they are a illegal and shady company that trashes our desert read more

Pool construction is good but cannot recommend them for pool maintenance. Save yourself the trouble and hire a legitimate pool maintenance company that does their job right. The company assigned someone named Alex to maintain pool and spa but would never show up on the scheduled days he was supposed to work. Not sure who Alex thought he was but he is being paid to do a job and his work reflected poorly on the company. I have a salt water pool that he would never check chem levels or salt levels. Scary how this guy total neglected the pool water. He can lie to his boss all he wants but I have his every visit recorded on video. read more

We have been using Rembrant Pools for about five years. Jorge Silva is the owner and go to guy who installed and designed the pool and the entire back yard including pavers, a bar and kitchen area and pergola. We were so happy with his work that we later had him redesign our courtyard. He designed a unique round water feature, continued the pavers and redesigned the shape of the courtyard space for landscaping. His pool service man, Javier, is smart, efficient and does a fantastic job overseeing all of our pool equipment. I would definitely recommend Rembrant Pools and have to many of our satisfied friends.
