When the limousine arrived it wasn't the limousine that I had originally picked out for my daughter. The limousine was VERY dirty inside and out. The limousine looked like it had been in previously accidents. The kids and my adult cousin said the heater didn't work, the driver couldn't drive properly. It took him an hour to pick up three extra people in the area. Keeping in mind I only had the service for two hours. He was on the phone the ENTIRE time including upon arrival which i witness myself. He sit and hesitated both times "pick up and drop off" to open the door for the girls which had to be address. He didn't know how to work the cd player so that the girls can listen to their music. He ignore my adult cousin several time when she kept trying to give him direction. Again on the phone. I called the owner which is sooo UNPROFESSIONAL kept stating that he didn't remember the conversation that we had about me paying to rent this particular limousine which he and I and My daughter looked in together in the pouring rain. The only limousine that she and I was interested in because of the ceiling colorful lights, drinking glasses and a newer limousine which he stated he had just gotten, not to mention I brought non alcoholic beverages for the kids to drink, but again NO glasses in the wrong limousine. The owner act as if he didn't give a sh*t. I ask if he had a copy of the receipt he then said he is out of town. bull crap! And just kept saying he didn't remember the conversation we had about this particular limousine and that he didnt write it down.. How do you know if you are out of town with no receipt? Such a lier. THE ONLY LIMOUSINE WE LOOKED IN! The one she and I was very well interested in that I payed for. Don't know if he is suffering from dementia or Alzheimer's but he needs to own up and accept his responsibility for his mistake as a man and be honest. It's not about the money it's more so about the poor poor limousine service and my daughter happiness.

Apparently there are several Welcome Centers coming into Savanna. There is an official one at an…read moreold train depot with all kinds of info but this one was smaller and had a wing shop attached to it but we bought our "hop on and off" trolley tickets here good till 6 pm, cost was about $32 each but there are 14 stops but once you get the lay of the city..you can walk it so...? The driver tells you about Savanna as they drive you around. Our driver was very "southern" in her speak...didn't exactly need a translator but she said some things you had to think about to understand! As an example at one of the monuments the bones of the person is under it. She said while remodeling the monument they found the "bones up down under it"..ok then! Another is when asked how are you? One can say "fair to midland" which is a saying in reference to quality of cotton.. who knew? The old river front had building were cotton and other plantation items were off loaded; now they are trendy shops, hotels and restaurant BUT in the same old brick buildings..cool!

I had a medical necessity to go to bathroom at about 9:45 am. Bonafide medical. When I went to the bathroom, the maintenance man who was cleaning the bathroom would not let me enter and very rudely, I mean mind blowingly rudely, told me the bathrooms would not open until 10 am. He then purposely locked both the men's and women's bathrooms at 9:45. I went outside to the huge sign giving "the rules" and nowhere on it did it give an opening or a closing time for the bathrooms. I stood right there expecting him to come back at 10, and he did not. In fact, he never did come back. In the meantime a family with two little boys showed up with the 3 yr old trying to hold himself because he had to go to bathroom. I finally was able to get in a bathroom at a nearby hotel after telling them about my surgery. By this time I was furious. I went back to the Welcome Center, tried the bathroom doors and they were still locked. By this time it was about 10:30 am. I went straight to the Welcome Center to complain and guess what? It was not open although the posted opening time was 10 am. We had been in Savannah for a couple of days and this was the only hint of rudeness I encountered. But, oh, boy. Considering it was the WELCOME CENTER of all things it certainly took the cake.

The staff were very helpful, but they also maintained and upheld boat safety. It's important to know what's going on in Savannah when you are there because if there's a big event at the convention center, get congested and you may be waiting over an hour to get on the ferry. There's a schedule that they have posted on their website, which is pretty accurate.

My boyfriend called the gentlemen to make sure he received our reservation. When we arrived at the tour bus station, we called him to see if he was nearby because the area was very busy and we didn't want to miss him. We waited for our tour guide for 30 minutes. When my boyfriend went to try and find him in the parking lot, I could tell that he was very rude to my boyfriend because his face was red when he returned.He usually turns red when someone has embarrassed him or has been rude to him. Because of who he is, he tried to ignore the gentlemen and just move on. When we walked up to the bus, he never greeted us. He just opened the door to the truck and placed a step-stool beside the van. As we were climbing into the truck he started to become confrontational with my boyfriend for no reason. The comments that were made were extremely inappropriate. At that time, I was ready to leave. I felt unsafe and the truck was horribly dirty. Before we left the area, we went into the tour center to let them know what had happen. The employees stated that this is not the first time that they had heard of something like this. Apparently this person has a reputation with not refunding his customers when they have not taken the tour because incidents like the one I am describing above. This person needs to be stopped. It is absolutely disgusting the way he does business and I will not tolerate it. No one gets to treat people that way and get away with it. We have contacted Savannah Tours and no one has bothered to call us back, which is very disturbing.
