I'm always pleased with the final product (cut & color). My stylist, and the staff, are always friendly, patient, and professional. Sometimes when I go I have 1 or both children in tow, and get so envoys bringing them. But the staff are all very understanding and find ways to preoccupy them so that I can get my hair done in peace, and really haven't minded the energy my children have. It's nice that they offer beverages and snacks while you are getting your hair done, as we know it can take a couple of hours to get our hair done depending on the type of services. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5, is that some of the parking lot now has a no parking zone leaving limited space. But, I know that is out of the salon's control.

She uses Square for her payments. I called them to complain and they said I had to deal with her. Very disappointing service and frankly she is less than quality in her business practices.
