I called and only had the option to speak to a robot which hung up on me because their menu options didn't match what I needed. I called the customer service line and they tried calling them and they were only able to leave a message. I called again and tried leaving a message but their VM was FULL and I was hung up on AGAIN! So now I have to drive an HOUR just to pick-up my glasses! Visionworks get your shit together!
