I called GoWithoutJunk last night to have a sofa removed - Otto accommodated a next day pickup at an extremely reasonable price compared to other services I checked out. When the sofa didn't fit through the sliding glass door (to a flat exit through the back gate), he and his colleague creatively made it through the front door, down STEPS. I was also impressed with being both professional and amicable. I have them loaded into my Contacts for future jobs. Very professional! I was very impressed because they showed up right on time, worked quickly and very thoroughly. They even cleaned up the area! I had old, wooden outdoor furniture to clear from the yard and they hauled it down 22 stairs to the street where their truck was parked. Disaster averted! Otto and his crew were tremendous. I placed a call to them @ 10:30 p.m. on a Sunday night and the truck was there w/in 30 mins. By 12:30 a.m. they had hauled out all unwanted stuff & returned in the a.m. to assist w/ getting wanted stuff to storage unit. We were able to make our 8:30 a.m. move out! When 1-800 Got Junk DIDN'T SHOW UP at 7PM after I took the entire day off work to wait for them, I called Go Without Junk. Otto, the manager immediately sent two very nice conscientious young men who worked their tales off removing our bamboo-yard trimmings, paint cans, misc trash etc. etc. I looked at my window to see the guys sweeping up every last leaf! I needed two dumpster loads of construction debris hauled away from my business. I spoke with Otto to arrange the pick-up. He was very professional, polite, and courteous. When it came time to have the junk removed I dealt with Tony and Mojo. They were fast, friendly, and did the job perfectly. I would definitely call Go Without Junk again. Their dumpster sizes are roughly 10x8x4.5'. This figure wasn't on their website but helped me compare price with other companies. We used Go without junk to clean a hoaders apartment and they convinced me to let them take items I would have donated and received a tax credit for since they said they work with a charity who would take the items. There were MANY. A brand new vacuum, really nice futon frame, all kinds of appliances, a carpet steamer, and on and on. This was on June 5. I called last week to complain and ask where my receipt for the items was and I was told they would email it to me. Well it's now July and not a peep. They also managed to take things I said to leave in certain cupboards. So be very aware and make sure it is only junk or you'll be in my situation. I would definitely not use them since on the 2nd trip they made me wait all afternoon for the final pickup and even acted like they were doing me a favor when they took it. It wasn't cheap and they got me for $690.00. Live and learn! read more

My Stepmother had just passed away and I needed somebody to clean out her condo. I read the reviews for this company and decided to go with them. I gave them one days notice and they were able to fit me in. They showed up exactly on time. Otto and his crew of 4 other super nice guys started the cleanup immediately and kept on going for 5 1/2 hours until everything was gone. They found a few photos that we had missed and they brought them to me to see if I wanted them. I was so grateful that they found these old photos and showed them to me before throwing them away. These guys are really caring and do a great job. There were no hassles and everything went smoothly considering my stepmom lived on the 3rd floor of a condo building and they had to haul out a lot of heavy furniture. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who wants a no stress, hassle free way to get rid of stuff. They even swept up the floors where there was 40 years of dust built up. A postcard was left on my mom's porch awhile ago and I hung onto it. We went through a tremendous amount of work clearing out my mothers home since she passed away a few months ago. Even after cleaning it out, donating 30 boxes and having a 3 day estate sale, there were still some 'treasures' that remained. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. 'Otto' on the other end of the line was friendly and happy to work around my schedule. Today, Frankie and Eric came to give me an estimate and were available to empty out the garage immediately! The estimate was reasonable and I liked that they would take the items and sort thru them - knowing some were still donate-able, some were recycle-able and some would go to the dump. Frankly, I had become just too tired to deal with the last garage full and was happy that they would take care of the items the way I would have wanted to myself. After loading up their truck and sweeping out the garage we were done. I found both Frankie and Eric to be friendly and very helpful. I would use Go Without Junk again with confidence!
