Eventually my refills were gone and it was time to bite the bullet. A friend recommended Dr. Lipperd, so I called to make an initial appointment. First, I was really happy that this is basically a stand alone location with a private lot. No parking decks, elevators, or long hallways to deal with. The waiting room was pretty crowded, but everyone seemed to be called in a timely manner. I met with a nurse, a nurse practitioner, and then Dr. Lipperd. All three were friendly and seemed to actually care. After discussing my medical history and current and past medications, I felt VERY comfortable with the entire group. I received a text yesterday reminding me that my appointment would be at 10:30 am today and to "pls arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork". I have never personally been to his clinic and was recommended to him by a relative who was nice enough to book the appointment for me. I googled his address and when I arrived and waited to get in, I was informed that he was now located at another location across the street. I drove there, waited in line to have my temperature checked, and was informed again that I was at the wrong building and needed to drive a half mile to the actual location of his office. My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived and signed the sheet at 10:32. They informed me that I was too late to my appointment to be seen because I needed to really be there at 10 instead of 10:30 even though my appointment is at 10:30. I explained about the confusion with the address. They said they understood, but it didn't matter and that I would have to reschedule for another day even though I have waited 3 months. If in the message the said that it was 100% necessary for me to be there at 10 instead of 10:30 then I would have of course come at 9:45, but it only passively asks you to arrive early to fill out paperwork, which I WOULD HAVE DONE HAD THE ADDRESS ON HIS GOOGLE LISTING BEEN CORRECT! It no where says that it was a mandatory time of 10am in which case you should have it say "MUST BE HERE AT X TIME TO BE SEEN" in which case my appointment should have been at 10 instead of 10:30. We also had 3 months leading up to this appointment so if it was so important that I have this then why not email me the paperwork to have finished beforehand? I have never had this happen with a doctors appointment in my life and am completely thrown off at how unprofessional his staff acted. Very poor scheduling and handling of me as a new patient. I will not be back and do not recommend anyone to go here if this is how they handle their own error by not updating their address. I can't imagine how they would handle me if I had a genuine medical concern so please try anywhere else. He is apparently an amazing doctor, but that's moot if his office handles their business this way.

I was able to make an appointment online easily and upon arrival at the office late in the…read moreafternoon had little to no wait time. My appointment was at 3:20pm and I was out before 4:00pm. I saw Ann Froemming while there, she and her assistant were both extremely nice and helpful. They both made discussing my treatment and the options for it very easy and relaxed. I was able to have most of my needs addressed in this appointment with the ability to follow up if desired. I also needed a referral which they handled in house and the office for the referral has even already called after only one day since the appointment. I would recommend the office for medical dermatology needs!
