I ordered the "best" out of good, better, best options of the Valentine's Day flowers for my wife. This bouquet cost me $172.00 and did come with a dozen red roses but as you can see also features a few wilted twigs of baby breath and some sad looking greenery. The vase is small and there's much to be desired for the overall presentation. This photo was taken on the 16th only 2 days after delivery and the roses are already wilting. The bouquet pales in comparison to less expensive, lesser hyped up versions from other local flower shops. I would have no issue spending the money I spent if I got a product deserving of the price! I'm so disappointed that I purchased from a local Binghamton small business. I'll stick to my go-to in Johnson City! read more

Received this arrangement for Valentines day. Flowers were "old" looking- browning, drooping, wrinkled. Water in the vase was discolored and had plant debris in the bottom- like you get when flowers have been in the vase for quite a while. "Arrangement" itself was not put together well- looked liked flowers were just randomly placed. Sent Facebook msg and photos on 2/14, followed up with email & photos on 2/15 & no one has gotten back to me. Will not use this florist or recommend them to anyone else. I've purchased flowers there for years. I buy roses every year for my wife, daughters and stepdaughters. The roses this year didn't look good. So..got a bouquet delivered today..was supposed to be on mother's day. The delivery driver dumped it all over the road..and when I received it..it was half dead! It was a $90.00 bouquet and was supposed to be purple and a bunch of roses! Not a purple flower to be seen..1 rose..that is brown! Was told that if I put up a negative review ..that I would be arrested!!! Well..heres the negative review..take a look at the pictures and see what I got from my daughter spending 90.00. I don't even know where to begin.... we ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day to be delivered on Sunday, 5/9. -Sunday evening around 5PM I realized they weren't delivered since I didn't hear from my mom. I called the flower shop and they said that they were delivered to a different address. The address that they said was on the receipt but clearly was not right because I was looking at the order receipt. (luckily the incorrect house they were delivered to called the shop to let them know and they picked them back up.) Ken told me multiple calls were made to let us know of this error.... NO CALLS WERE MADE, and NO VOICEMAILS WERE LEFT. -They ended up sending someone to the correct address this time to deliver flowers, but this time not the correct flowers we ordered. Yet again another call was placed on Monday afternoon and we were assured the correct order was out for delivery. Monday comes and goes and no flowers... you get it, another call made another excuse. The person we spoke to stated they didn't know if the correct flowers were on the delivery vehicle, but they usually work till 8PM. And if not delivered we can call back and ask for a refund. Sure enough they were not delivered. -Here we are this Tuesday morning, calls were placed to them where basically somehow this is our fault for, them delivering the flowers to the incorrect address and secondly for them not being the correct flowers. Now, if we'd like the correct flowers, my mother can take time out of her day to drive to the flower shop for them to correct. Well, Ken I'm not in the Binghamton area and I don't think my mom should have to go to the shop and pick up the correct flowers when this wasn't even her mistake. I completely understand that Mother's Day is very busy for flower shops. But not once did we get an apology for any of the mistakes, nor was anyone on the same page with the information that was being communicated to us. I am so impressed with the work that "Q" and his partner did on the funeral arrangement for my Grandfather. The flowers were beautiful and fragrant. They had a huge selection of options and were completely willing to customize to our specifications. The best part was that the flowers that they used were seasonal so they were not exactly what was pictured in the catalogue, but the arrangement turned out even more gorgeous than the picture. It takes a lot of talent to improvise. The flowers were delivered on time as promised. I would definitely use them again. In fact, even though I live all the way in Brooklyn - I plan to call them to place orders for my Mom and Grandma from now on. Received a floral arrangement from Renaissance and as soon as it was delivered, I noticed the roses were weltering and the flowers were already dropping. I called the next day to complain that my flowers were dying after one day and spoke with a representative who assured me he would talk to the designer about a replacement. Spent A Lot of money on flowers for my bouquets that were NOT what I asked for. Wanted orange, purple and yellow calla lilies, sunflowers and any other fillers NOT WHITE. What did I get MY wedding day...white roses,baby's breath, CARNATIONS, 4 sunflowers(one broken) and some buttercup looking things. Groomsmen- supposed to be purple calla lilies - orange sprayed roses with sparkles.....seriously. My bouquet was pretty but not what I asked or paid for,supposed to be wrapped in black, was wrapped in white. My girls flowers supposed to be wrapped in grey, wrapped in yellow. WHITE AND YELLOW NOT MY COLORS. No contact for months nothing.....even when my bridesmaid stopped we were promised everything will be ok. Not impressed! I ordered flowers in person at the shop, to be sent to the Albany area for my daughter's birthday. I gave Renaissance four days notice and was told there were no problems. Late( in the day before they were to be delivered) I got a call from the shop telling me that the florist in Albany wouldn't deliver them because Renaissance had just called in the order. Nothing like waiting until the last possible moment! I cancelled the order and found another florist who delivered them on time without a problem. However I had to return to Renaissance to tell them to refund my credit card charges that they had not done when the order was cancelled. This is very bad customer service and an even worse business model. read more
