The staff were very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. There's also a cool climbing wall treadmill in the upstairs area that was a lot of fun. The bouldering area was also very well cushioned. I'm not the biggest fan of bouldering but I felt very safe bouldering here just because of how well maintained and cushioned the mats were. As a person visiting the area, I didn't have a regular climbing crew - I came solo and the autobelays were more than enough to satisfy my climbing need. The autobelays covered a solid range of levels and there were more than enough to cover my climbing needs. The other routes also looked interesting - and it's clear that the route setters have done a very good, thoughtful job in their setting. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a climb in the KC area!

Dan and Stan are very patient and love to laugh. You can tell they really love what they do. If you are looking for a unique way to spend your morning or afternoon, this is it. They will take kids 8 and above. You may get a few sore muscles, but you don't have to be particularly athletic to enjoy this. They usually partner with Olathe or Shawnee Mission Parks and Recs, or they have a calendar on their website.

Not to mention the sauna, run club, competition nights, etc. The auto-belay system makes the gym beginner and solo-climber friendly. There is so much value to a membership here. I came for the coffee, but stayed for the culture. There is such a friendly community that goes to this gym that I always feel like home when I step into these doors. Truly a gem in Olathe. The temperature down in the underground is always perfect, never effected by the extreme changes outside due to the fact that it is 10 stories underground. This facility is the one I frequent the most in town.
