8/25/26-8/26/26 8/25/26 I received a call from Sean…read moreinforming my elongated cushion ran into a snag when replacing. The stone itself was much taller and needed height adjustment. This would need gold to supplement. Fortunately, I had a ring resized two sizes down so had some extra gold material that he used for a trade in. Then they were able to add some height for the new stone. 8/26/26 I checked in with Sean to see if the ring was ready. He informed me he was not in the store today but the rings should be ready to pick up. I called the store to confirm it was ready for pick up. When I received my rings, I was simply over the moon. My missing stone from my eternity band had been replaced. Looked like its old self again. My cushion was now resized so now I can wear it without falling off. Last but not least, my problem child elongated cushion stone replacement- it is absolutely beautiful with the new stone. I could see a shadow on one side where the added height was and the inner ring lining is now polished vs before it was matte. I'm not going to be too picky about this one due to them having to work on a ring that I had custom made in India. The fix is not Going to be perfect. Different techniques for revisions etc. skill will be different than the original designer. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience here. I feel confident in returning in the future for my jewelry repair needs.

It came with an appraisal stating a value of $14,000. Shortly after, I returned to have the ring resized and was told they also buy gold and jewelry. I brought in additional items and was given store credit. Later, I returned to use the remaining credit and was told by the owner that I had no credit left and would have to pay again. There was no clear record provided, no transparency, and no effort to resolve the discrepancy. I was essentially told the credit didn't exist anymore, and I had no documentation to challenge it at the time. In 2026, I scheduled an appointment to sell the same ring back to them. I clearly stated on the phone that I was bringing in a ring originally purchased from their store. When I arrived, they inspected it along with the appraisal, then told me they were not buying diamonds due to market conditions and lab-grown diamonds affecting resale value. This should have been communicated when I made the appointment. Instead, I wasted time going in for a meeting that should never have been scheduled. Overall, my experience with this business has been inconsistent, poorly communicated, and unprofessional. While they do carry attractive jewelry, I personally do not trust their business practices or transparency.
