My husband bought me a tennis bracelet with 4.84 carats, four prongs, seven inches, F/G color, and very slightly included. It was a little too long for me, so she was able to take a link off at no extra cost and it was finished in less than 30 minutes. My bracelet is such a timeless (stunning) piece that I can wear every day by itself or stacked with my other bracelets. I'm just in awe of its beauty and can't believe it's mine. I'm happy I was able to find my bracelet here and support a family-owned business. They care about the happiness of their customers and it was apparent today. Service was horrible!! Went in there and the lady started give me a bad snarky attitude... i was intending to buy something too... AND I am super easy to convince to get something... i asked her if she could do some custom work on my watch... she literally told me it takes her 4 weeks to do for something i thought was rather simple ... ok so we declined that .... I make a small talk comment about if her earrings are better than claires and she gets offended saying she doesnt know anything about claires, when no, lady.... i just want to know why i should buy YOURS instead of claires!! Please dear lord please just give me one reason to buy your diamonds... and then she couldnt give me one ... because she rather tell me about how my personal belongs are not safe in her store, even though she has ARMED Security guards that are apparently are sleeping on the job. My knowledge and familiarity with NGY Jewelry started when my boyfriend (now husband) brought me here to look at engagement rings. I was introduced to May and her family who own the store and design jewelry as well. I was blown away at the size of the store as well as the beautiful, unique jewelry they have on display. Always friendly and helpful, they fixed my engagement ring after I got engaged. I had 2 of the teeny accent diamonds fall out and they not only replaced the diamonds, but tightened all of the prongs on the entire ring as well. I got my husband's wedding ring here, he got my wedding present from NGY, as well as a CZ sterling silver ring to wear on the honeymoon while we did snorkeling and adventure stuff! They also clean my ring every time I come to visit and say hello. I've had my wedding present necklace fixed when I broke the chain as well. This review is long overdue! My now-fiancé and I went to NGY for the first time last August because of it's impressive Yelp rating. We knew we wanted to go to a small private jeweler to get my engagement ring, but I am very picky and wanted to make sure it was the right store. May is THE BEST person to help you with jewelry shopping. She listened to what I wanted, we looked at a few different bands and diamonds, and I swear we had picked my ring within 15-20 minutes of being there. Even though it was easy for me to pick my ring quickly, they had such a wide selection of bands and diamonds, so anyone would be able to find their dream ring. We learned so much from talking to May, and she gladly answered all of my questions. She wrote everything down for my fiancé to ensure that he would know what to ask for when he was ready to buy it. Also, when he bought it, May showed him this gorgeous ring box with a light in it which gave it even more of a "wow" factor when he proposed. It was BLINDING! Since we got engaged in November, we have come back 1-2 times per month to get my ring cleaned (for free!) and they do such a great job and it only takes a minute. They know us by name and always are so kind. They also remember such specific details about us, like our ring sizes and little stories we tell them. We always recommend NGY to everyone we know.
