My experience with Pasha Jewelers was unfortunately not good. I spoke to Sandy about a ring guard for my Sapphire ring. She showed me a lovely ring guard and I bought it at the price she quoted as well as a titanium ring for my husband. 4 days later I received a call from her telling me the price was wrong and the new price was $325 more because of her error. Words could not explain how GRATEFUL I am to Pasha Jewelers. My fiancé and I first visited Sandy and Sandra, the two beautiful sisters who run Pasha Jewelers, in early December. I had been to eight different jewelers that same day, none of which had any pear shapes. To be completely honest, I felt like the other jewelers jacked up their prices without the quality or designs to do so. Because of this, finding Pasha was a breath of fresh air! Sandy and Sandra put customer satisfaction above all else, making sure they give you the best price for your dream design. Not to mention, they have a wide selection of stones and settings; they even make their own jewelry, most of which reminded me of gorgeous pieces I had seen in ELLE and VOGUE Magazine. These two truly have an eye for beauty! The story I'm about to tell you has made me a LIFELONG CUSTOMER. My fiancé and I will coming back here for our wedding bands, anniversary bands, and any type of ring upgrades or future gifts. I have never in my life felt so taken care of by a business. It all began after our first visit to Pasha. Sandy showed me my absolute dream setting shortly after we'd arrived: a double halo pear with square-shaped diamonds. She didn't have very many pear-shaped diamonds to fit the setting (which wasn't a shock since the style isn't very common, and every jeweler I had visited prior had no pear shapes whatsoever). As a result, she only had us pay for the setting and loaned me a free white topaz so I could wear my ring that same day. She definitely understands how impatient we women can be. ;) It took less than a week for Sandy to gather a nice selection of GIA- and EGL-certified pear-shaped diamonds for my fiancé and I to pick from. After we make our selection, Sandy takes my ring into the back to have it set with the new stone. Now this is where the trouble begins: I was in a rush and Sandy could tell, so she and her sisters did their best to rush the jeweler to set the stone. Unfortunately, he somehow dented the setting during the process, causing one tip of the pear to cave inward and making the ring look quite crooked. I didn't notice until I was halfway home; I was heartbroken. I texted Sandy immediately and she let me know that she had already left (a close friend of hers was flying out of the country that same night and she had honestly stayed extra late for me already), but she told me Sandra was still at the store and asked me to return there immediately. I don't think I've U-turned faster in my life! I could tell the jeweler wasn't very happy about having to work on my ring again, but Sandra was ADAMANT that he do his best. Somehow he didn't see the dent the way I saw it, because every time he brought it back out for inspection, it didn't seem to be any better. I left unhappy. Sandy was quick to text me later that same night, apologizing for the jeweler's mistake and letting me know she wanted to make it up to me by creating an ENTIRELY new setting with even BIGGER and BRIGHTER diamonds, made by another one of their jewelers. I was weary at first and didn't want to get my hopes up, as I was still heated from my exchange with the other jeweler. I agreed, and we arranged for me to drop off my ring shortly after New Year's Day. My new ring took a total of one week, and I have to tell you, I was BREATHLESS when I saw the final results. And the best part? Despite using higher quality diamonds to make my new setting and having to go through the process of welding something completely from scratch, Pasha Jewelers replaced my setting COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE. Sandy let me know that she was so devastated to hear that I was unhappy and wanted to make sure I got my dream ring. How amazing is that!? Sandy and Sandra truly know how to run a business. They are NOT out to make a quick buck, but rather, they're determined to create lifelong customers out of one-time proposals. My fiancé and I are so amazed at their quality of customer service and can't wait to see them in a year for our wedding bands!
