man today was a hell hole, went to autozone to pick up a filter for a 2012 mazda three with the…read more2.3L I4, got my filter and oil and went home to change it, put the filter on, fit good, filled up the oil, and as soon as i started it the filter blew off blowing oil all over my brand new garage floor, called the autozone, went back, the guy gave me the wrong filter, he had the AUDACITY to ask me if i "seriously didn't realize it was the wrong one" i told him, "i work at hillside tire and service in sandy, i do this every day and i have NEVER gotten a filter wrong in my career there". Autozone do us all a favor and pick better employees, he was VERY rude about HIM giving me the wrong filter, and i appreciate the big apology from the older guy, he was much nicer than him and apologized over and over again, give yourself employees more training!!!

Massive disappointment. Ordered a sprinter oil cooler kit. Took them a while to ship. The kit is…read moreessentially a Mishimoto setup, with Dave's nicely machined oil filter adapter and high quality Mishimoto oil cooler. The lines ended up coming with thin nylon covered hoses, not the stainless depicted in some of the illustrations on his website. The mounting hardware doesn't fit, with pieces that differ in his installation video for the same model sprinter. Spent many hours bending, cutting and fitting his "kit". Even the mounting bolts and spacers had to be replaced. Wrote 2 emails about my issues and got no response. In the installation video, "Bryan" says this kit can be installed in about an hour. I am an experienced home mechanic with a good of tools and it took 8 hours to get it to fit. Don't buy anything from this outfit. I quit watching his videos and wouldn't recommend Dave's Auto Center to anyone.

Radio - they did not have nor could get. They gave me the phone no. to another place "South Bountiful Auto Parts", Had a nice conversation with them and let then know that one of their competitors sent me to them. They had the radio I needed for $35 plus some shipping. Anywhere else that I looked they were$180 plus. PT Cruisers were a popular car 2000-2010 (1.3 million sold) but hard to find odd "stuff" for now. Arrive in the time we agreed to and works as it is supposed to.
