I almost never post reviews unless things stand out as really good or really bad, but the staff at Les Schwab tonight definitely need a shoutout. I had to get new tires around a month and a half ago, which is always stressful. This morning, the indicator light came on and I saw that one of my tires was down to 20 psi while the others were around 32. I was running late to work, so I figured it would be an afternoon problem. Unfortunately, I also worked late, and by the time I got in my car to leave work, it was down to 17 psi and I only had 8 minutes until Les Schwab closed. I got there right at closing time, looking for an after-hours key drop and thinking I'd drop off my car, take the bus home, and pick it up tomorrow. To my immense gratitude, they said they would take care of it tonight! I felt bad for keeping them past closing time and asked if they were sure, and they assured me it wasn't a problem. I also watched them very patiently and diplomatically handle another customer who was both angry and ignorant. 30 minutes later, they had not only repaired the tire in question (of all things, there was a WOODCHIP stuck in it, which the tech said he had never seen before), but they'd filled up the other three which had dropped in pressure due to the colder temperatures. Best part of all? It didn't cost me a dime because it was all covered under warranty! Having to replace and repair tires is always a huge financial stressor- alleviate it a bit by getting your tires here and getting their warranty. The customer service will NOT disappoint. read more

My daughter took my car in to investigate a noise and was told it needed alignment, lower ball joints, control arm bushings, left and right lower control arms, rear brakes (pads and rotors), rear calipers (both sides), front struts, and rear shocks to the tune of $8300+. Thankfully, she didn't have the work done. She brought it home to me and I inspected it, Put rear breaks on (rotors and pads) and found nothing else wrong. Just as a double check, I took the car into my regular mechanic and had him go over the car and he also found nothing wrong. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP! read more

Took my ford edge in and was told by their "mechanic" that I needed new struts their leaking oil bad and control arms were rusted also would need new shocks for the rear that it was unsafe to drive. Took it home and took the first strut out to replace it and it was perfectly fine. I will give credit where it is due the control arm was rusted and probably could of been replaced so I did. But that was the only thing needed replacement the best part is when he came out he had his gloves covered in oil and said the struts are leaking bad as you can see. I forget the front desk guys name but he was very helpful because the first alignment didn't really anything as I replaced the arms and had taken off the front struts performed another alignment and he didn't charge for that one. Just be careful on their reccomendations, as I was waiting the same mechanic came in and told the woman that she shouldn't buy 2 new tires and wait 2 weeks to get paid to get the other 2 because it will destroy the tires and she will need 4 again. Fortunately as he left I told her yes it's not great but you will be fine running for two weeks just make sure you get them. read more

Highly recommend! My husband and I hitched our trailer up for our daughters annual birthday camping trip only to realize that one of our tires on our trailer had dry rot cracks on the sidewall. We called them 30 minutes before they closed and was able to get us in. We can not thank you enough for helping us out and not turning as away so close to your closing time. THANK YOU! I took my car in for a complimentary tire rotation. I've had good experiences at the location with that service, as well as getting new tires. While there, they did notice that something related to the axle was worn on one side and in need of replacement. They completed the job and I was on my way. The next day, I noticed an issue with my vehicle and took it in, feeling a little irritated since I'd just had it in. Being down a vehicle is quite an inconvenience for us. Come to find out, the very issue they found on one side showed up on the other side, too. But they did me a solid and fixed it in a jiffy and brought my car to me at work and told me they weren't going to charge me. I was so grateful. read more

I have been sitting here for 3 hrs to get 2 tires swapped out on a work van (I brought the tires) so ya a real simple task in and out... except the 2 ladies working the front were waiting on some kind of authorization which I'm still confused on , because we are paying today and not on credit account , so rather than ask questions they thought it best to just let us sit here while we thought our vans were being felt with, while they watched what I'm assuming was stupid pet fail videos,and by the time I leave I'll have waited 4 hrs , and still I have yet to receive an apology or anything close to it, it's a running theme here because last week I waited two hrs for them to finally come Out and tell me that they did not have the necessary tools to take off a tire that was torqued to tightly ( A tire shop that couldn't remove a difficult tire?)and that I have to pay them to drill the lugs and replace the whole hub assembly, so I took it to Big O and they had it off in FIVE MINUTES , why my boss has us do business here is a mystery, probably cause he sends us here to do the waiting and doesn't have to witness the ignorance and lack of effort to serve the customer with pride and honesty read more

Simple balance and rotate turned into the wheels not being put back on properly and almost losing a tire. Lost lug nuts and a damaged wheel and they acted like i was bugging them to fix it. Poor work for a tire shop really i wouldn't go back to them read more

I took my car in for new tires and an alignment on Saturday. They told me I needed new shocks and strut so I said to replace them. When the tech gave me the keys he said it would make some noise but it was "normal"and it would go away shortly. As soon as I left it started making a loud clunking sound. I only live down the street so I decided to keep driving to see if it would go away and it only got worse! I called the office and they said they were already closed but to take it back Monday. I expressed that I thought it was unsafe to drive like that and they assured it wasn't. After talking to several people and a quick Google search it apparent something is loose and since they mentioned there would be a "noise" they were aware something wasn't right when I left but because it was almost 5:30pm when I left they just wanted to get me out of there and also to tell me it wasn't unsafe to continue to drive just shows there lack of concern for anything else that could be damaged due to there negligence. I wish Google would let me upload a video because it's unbelievable they would let me drive off like that. read more

The absolute worst! I would give it 0 stars. We took our truck in on Tuesday. It was squealing and told them the brakes needed to be fixed on the back. The Manager himself told us that the brakes were good and that it was our control arms and ball joints were basically ready to fall off. $2200 to fix. Our warranty covered $900. Out of pocket $1200. They called us this morning to tell us to come pick it up. The truck is still squeaking!!!! This is where it gets bad. What!!!! We brought it in and told them it was the brakes they say they are good. They proceed to make us feel as if our truck cannot be driven for a possible second opinion. Then we pay and the truck is still broken! They now want to charge us another $472. UMMMMM! The Manager tells the guy to give us a $75 coupon. The Manager doesnt even come to the lobby to talk to my husband. Obviously my husband was upset. Wouldnt you be?? Brought the truck home and now after 4 days we still need our brakes fixed. The original reason we brought it to Les. Absolutely will NEVER be back and I will tell everyone how they screwed us over!!!!!!!!!! They also to top it off did not reset the "suspension system warning" so now everytime we turn on the truck it comes up and we are reminded of the situation. read more
