I ended up being there for a little under three hours, but it was well worth it as they figured out my problem and found the most cost effective way to handle it. The entire time I was there the man who greeted me would check in and update me on any progress being made, would chat with me, was very kind to my baby, and offered me both refreshments and even a blanket when my baby fell asleep. After she fell asleep he even took care to be quiet when coming into the waiting area.
