I spoke with oil place boss, Joe, who refused to pay to replace bottom oil pan which is only way to even change oil now. It was 30,000 mi since theyd changed oil, which again we tried unsuccessfully several times over a one year period so i was talked to by Joe likee an idiot. Yes we shouldve taken sooner but he wouldnt even consider that his guys caused problem to begin with. So, now my husband will be going up there to try & resolve issue. I will share my problem to anyone mentioning having work done here. I will update review if resolved but will not be going back here. Ladies if using this place save yourself some time & have a man bring your vehicle for service or dont use them at all.​

I get a call that the work was completed but that my radiator is now leaking. It wasn't leaking when I brought the truck in. I spoke with the manager and he stated that the mechanic told him it was probably caused by too much pressure being placed in the radiator due to the water pump leaking and they could replace it for $800. I said no and picked up my truck. My truck now leaked alot more than it did when I brought it in and any true mechanic will tell you a leaking water pump cannot push more pressure than the radiator takes. I went and bought an OEM radiator and installed it myself as I have NO trust with those guys anymore. For the mechanic to state it that way makes me wonder if HE put too much pressure testing the radiator and realized it after he cracked it but this is a scenario that can't be proven. The mechanic is a dishonest individual and I will no longer do business with them. I'm a fair individual and can work with the truth but I can't work with dishonest people.

Every few weeks they would call to say it was fixed but it resumed misfiring before getting it home (Eighteen miles). After three months the misfires were fixed but the vehicle lacked power. They tried twice to give it back "fixed" with the O2 sensors out as a solution to the lack of power. Ended up taking my vehicle to another shop which had it fixed in two days. They will say they guarantee their work, but you will be continue to pay. Wouldn't trust these guys to air up my tires.

I believe every one of these bad reviews…read more From my experience, they will replace parts that don't need replacing or SAY they are replacing parts but DON'T ACTUALLY DO IT, dodge your phone calls, never return your messages and flat out lie to your face. I brought my truck to them and they said I had four bad injectors. I trusted them and told them to go ahead and replace. I finally had another mechanic look at them and they are the EXACT SAME INJECTORS that were on the truck when I brought it to them. I paid them more than $4000 for NOTHING. I'm gathering evidence now to sue. (Someone already reported them to the Better Business Bureau for the same thing.) Another example: They told me the oil had already been changed, but when I came to look at my truck, I saw the oil filter was still the old one. I said, "I thought you changed the oil?" The response was, "Oh, well, I think we did." I said: "Really? Then why is the old filter still on it?" He just looked at me and didn't say a word. Had I not caught it, it wouldn't have been done at all! When I first got there, I watched them fill out a work order with everything I wanted done. When I finally picked up my truck SIX MONTHS LATER, the work order was gone. So, they actually brought me a blank sheet of paper and said, "okay, now what did we do on your truck?" Seriously?? I am absolutely not joking, exaggerating or dreaming. It actually happened! What another reviewer said is absolutely correct: they DO NOT HAVE qualified mechanics there. I will add that they also have totally incompetent office staff. They are completely unorganized, deceitful and otherwise dishonest. Trust me, you don't want these people touching your car! Hopefully, they will be out of business within six months. Then, the unsuspecting public will be a lot safer.

He fixes one but found another with the lines leading to the turbo. Apparently they were covered in JB Weld and something else so he could see it for sure. I told greens and that asked that I bring it by so they could look at it. I had to wait a couples weeks till I went on a business trip. I called today to check on it and they acknowledged the shoddy work done while with previous owner. New owners kept the name and some of the employees but will not warranty the work under the old owner. Takes this review however you want but im not happy.​
