Took my old truck for alignment, to correct the issue I received an estimate of over $3500. Allen and James reviewed the estimate with me. I told them I was going to do the work and they said if you do the work, we'll align the truck for free, to which i said put in writting. Don't go here, scam! I never had a light come on in my car. They come to me with a CVS receipt of things I need done. I just went in for a simple oil change from them, two days later oil light and maintenance light comes on. I call them set up an appointment, they tell me there is a diagnostic fee of $100 plus. I told them it was something they didn't do correctly. I took my car Jiffy Lube, was told the wrong filter was used and cap wasn't on tight. They corrected it. Redid my oil and haven't had a problem or light come on since. Thanks Jiffy Lube! But do not go to Stress Free Auto Care. read more

I was already disappointed they didn't honor price on coupon. I saw once I paid home, but I was also suppose to get a tire rotation which was included in 1st time customer. Today I saw my tires weren't rotated. I have a pretty large scratch on one hub cap and it is in same position as yesterday. Made an appointment for tire rotation, balance, and will alignment 8 o'clock in the morning. Drop the car off: 8am and explain to them that we would need it back in 3 to 4 hours, Was told no problem we wI'll have it ready. Returned at 11:30 to find they had not even started our car and was told too many other people were ahead of me. Why they made the appointment for 8 o'clock and not when they could get to it quickly.??? What's the purpose of an appointment? After waiting another hour and a half sitting out in the parking lot, watching our car, see it on the rack, nothing being done. At 1 o'clock, I informed them that I did not have time to wait on the alignment, just rotate and balance the tires please. They brought me my keys and told me I was done?? I told them they had not rotated or balance The tires. was informed the tires were rotated? I told him that's not true. I could go out and show him that the tires were not rotated. I have been watching from outside.. was informed they were rotated and I took him outside and showed him that they weren't. Walked back to the shop came back and told me the service technician said the tires were too worn to balance rotate.. Not true the tires have over 50% of the tread on them. Very disappointed with the service and with the people after Greg sold out. I will not be back.! They outright lied to me about the appointment about the time and about the tires being rotated. The guy at the counter was not very helpful. The amount charged was $30 dollars more than I was quoted over the phone. The girl that scheduled appointment stated Cooper tire had $50 rebate. When I inquired about it while paying, the guy was clueless. I had to insist he call someone. At least that person knew about the rebate. I did not receive any paperwork about my warranty. I was working today in Terrell, Tx and I caught a flat tire . I went to this place for tire service & didn't receive any . The owner had me sitting in the waiting area for quite some time without even issuing his Technicians a service ticket for my vehicle . After waiting for maybe 25 minutes , another customer walked in and asked for assistance with their vehicle . And immediately , a service ticket was done and issued to a Technician and the customers car was brought to the service area for diagnostic . It was then more obvious that I wasn't going to be provided the customer service I deserved . I then asked was there any other tire shops in the area , & he / the owner quickly responded by giving me multiple options to other places to go . The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 53 years of life . I would never recommend this place to anyone ! read more

Dempsi and Eric are so nice and funny. All the people friendly and provide great service with quality tires. I bought a used motorhome and brought it here to replace the tires. They put tires on and theres no way I can get tire air pressure reading from one of the inside rear dually tire. I took it back 3 more times- they made a few suggestions that might work but no guarantee so they were not willing to do, so how am I supposed to get this done? For the price of tires and extra charges of labor, stems and fee for old tires, this should have been taken care of. I lost track of how many times I called to get this resolved. Still cant read air pressure from tire, will take it elsewhere. Also, I bought the extended warranty for all 7 tires as I plan on using it for traveling and was told its a nation wide program. Motorhome is clearly marked as 450 super duty, (1 1/2 ton), tire warranty only goes up to 350 (1ton) so that was not covered, I did get a refund. Very poor customer read more
