I'm rating just on the COVID test. I wasn't feeling well and wanted to get a COVID test before contacting my doctor and getting an appointment. I submitted a request on their website at 12:45. Got a call at 1:30, had my test same day at 2:45 and had my negative result at 3:00pm. They do the rapid and the traditional test. It's not fun cause your getting your nose swabbed twice but hey I have a 8 week old baby and I would rather not get her sick if I was positive. I also got to remain in my car at all times. Better then having to sit in the doctors office and wait. read more

I have been going here for a few years with my husband, mostly for bloodwork/well checks and the location. They have become progressively worse each time. I agree with some of these other reviews about Katherine Lijoi. How she is able to work in the medical field AT ALL is incredibly surprising. I had to see her, because all of the other good doctors were booked. After this last appointment we will not be returning because of her and the lack of accountability and care they have for their patients. read more

Front desk staff is very very rude and seem to have no idea of what they are doing. Schedule appointments incorrectly and then blaming you when you call to correct it. After speaking with front staff I asked to cancel an appointment they schedule without my authorization she did so then hung up on me. Will never go back to them!! read more

I would find something better even if you have to pay more. Honestly. I do not feel the commitment from them like they will take my co payment. They hear hoofbeats and think horses. They don't want to actually fix people. They couldn't even fully fix my wrist many years ago when I came. Now after I am having serious issues they drag their feet and seem to lack understanding of basic human needs. I'm starting to think this is honestly just the culture of medical services now days. Treat as many horses as you can, smile, and treat the next! Think hooves not horses. I am choosing to move from them due to the lack of concern in my health. read more

I want to start with a few positives. Everyone I met was very friendly/ polite. The doctor is someone I would probably be friends with outside of the patient relationship. However, with the increased incidence of military people committing suicide and the state of the world, I went here hoping for help. Instead, what I found is highly educated people who are too chicken to stand up for what they believe in and actually help some of the most desperate people who need their assistance. Even though the doctor told me he personally believes the help I was seeking was reasonable, he was unaware to help. We need to get politics, big pharm and finances out of the way to get people the help they need. read more

I was neglected in a time of emergency, and although people empathized with me and tried to resolve it, my dr did nothing to help, and as a result, I suffered in pain. I feel drs have an obligation to their patients, and a sense of care must go into it that disnt happen in my case and noone really cared. I will be moving my entire family and finding a new pcp and letting people know what happened to me. read more

I have been coming to this place since 2007, yes it's not perfect but lately, my last apt. I have been waiting for results and today they finally called but because I was with another important call, I expected them to leave a voicemail they did not. I called back 2 minutes later, the medical assistant wrote on my chart that she called I didn't pick up and she left a message which she didn't leave a message and now they won't get back to me. My mom is leaving this office. She sees Katherine Lijoi and she is rude, uncaring Physician Asst. My 82 y/o mom expresses that she feels unheard and unwelcome. I joined her at her appt and witnessed myself how unfriendly and a bit confrontational she is when we asked questions. She argued with us about what ED Dr stated and overall we could not wait to get out of her space as she made us feel like a bother, to obtain a referral. To later find out, we didn't even need one! We were hoping to just have one faxed over to specialty dr by phone call but no, she made my ailing mother in pain come in, despite my mom seeing her only weeks ago for same issue. Mom had Xray and they never called to give results. Then she ended up in emergency room. This PA needs to be educated on elder care and bedside manner. Mom noticed when we walked by her computer she was researching hair styles when she should be reviewing patient chart or educating herself on people skills. She argued with us that UTI's can't be diagnosed by urine dip stick which was performed in ED, and that most likely mom didn't have one despite her having all symptoms. We were too exhausted to agree with this person. We just wanted to leave. She argued with us the ED Dr gave her pain med and muscle relaxer and he should not have done that. That creates fall risk. Despite her prior appt was asked to get up on tall exam and get off on her own accord. I say that's a bigger fall risk. I'm not one to complain but my mom has complained so many times to me of her experiences at this office, I had to see for myself. She was spot on and we are moving to office that specializes in geriatric care. I'd seek better care elsewhere. Mom doesn't need to put up with that type of treatment. She is a sweet and kind lady. read more

This specific location is HORRIBLE. I've been here twice and yet again this time I asked myself who do I even bother to come here. I was seen by Sabrina, who throughout my visit spoke to me like I was a 16 year old child. She continuously rolled her eyes at me, gave me no explanation on any of her answers to my questions. This "clinic" is a SCAM!! Since Julie Zafuto left; all the gloss and polish came off and I now see this place for what it is. A joke of a healthcare facility. I was blatantly lied to about my insurance coverage as a way to get me in for more services. I was told I would be charged $45 and my insurance would cover the rest. After 3 appointments, paying my co-pay at the time of service.. I promptly received a bill for $364. They specifically told me they had reached out to my insurance and knew exactly what coverage I had. I was very tentative about seeing a provider because of the cost I would incur. They unethically manipulated the conversation in order to get me as a patient and charge me on the back end. Another visit ordered by my PCP brought me in for an ultrasound. Unbeknownst to me, I was supposed to be charged for a co-pay on that as well. Low and behold, I get a text 4 months later saying I owe money.. when I call to inquire I'm told they've sent me several bills, none of which I have received. Yesterday I called Redirect (my PCP) to request a COVID TEST. I let them know a close coworker of mine was tested positive on Sunday (3 days ago), I'm now experiencing symptoms and require a test before I can return to work (in healthcare). I was told I would need to do a virtual visit first and that person would decide whether I needed testing. It feels to me they just wanted to get the copayment from me and then turn around and charge again for another appointment where they would test me. It seems like that's why they won't set up a direct testing appointment even if you have been exposed and are experiencing symptoms. I ended up going to an urgent care (AS A NEW PATIENT) who did an intake, Rapid Test, and called me with results in less than 2 hours from check in to results. This place is an absolute travesty to healthcare, as well as an unethical, lying, manipulative, money hungry, non recovery oriented, non person first oriented "clinic". DO NOT FALL FOR THE MULTIPLE PROVIDERS THEY WILL NO DOUBT INVOLVE IN YOUR HEALTHCARE FOR NO REASON BUT TO GRAB EXTRA MONEY!! BE SURE TO WATCH OUT FOR THE REFERRALS TO OTHER REDIRECT PROVIDERS. If I could leave NO stars, I would. My mother (80 years old - very healthy and physically active) went to Arrowhead Health because she hurt her back. She was in so much pain, she was fainting. They not only ran unnecessary tests (probably to bill Medicare for all they could) but they let her walk around with a COMPRESSION FRACTURE for three months. They finally sent her for X-Rays after multiple visits and never let her know the results. She finally went in after months of pain - frustrated because she wasn't getting better - and they told her AT THE END OF THE APPOINTMENT that, "Well, you do have a compression fracture on your L2". Isn't this something that you'd expect to hear from your "doctor" when the X-Rays came in MONTHS ago (2 to be exact)? This was an afterthought for them. How can you expect quality care when they don't care at all? She never went back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I have been going here for many, many years. I absolutely loved having Dr. Crooks as my Dr, and Victoria was the absolute best P. A. EVER. But Arrowhead health somehow managed to lose them both. I have seen V (The ABSOLUTE WORST) P. A. That I've had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting. I'm currently trying Julie out as my P. A. But dear god this pain clinic has gone from great to horribly bad in such a short time. So if you want to go here and  1. Want to be judged ()  2.Talked down to like you're dumb ()  3. The staff is empathetic, professional, and easy to work with. I've been coming here since adolescence, and continue to drive across town now as an adult in my early thirties. Dr. refuses to write me a refill for my prescription unless I come in for a check up. I drove an hour to their office in Glendale because i work during the week and it was the only location open on Saturday. I was 15 minutes late and the doctor refused to see me or refill my medication. I have severe asthma, and now I have to wait another week to get my medication. They were not sympathetic to the fact that I desperately need this medication refilled and did not make any effort to try to accommodate me. read more

Pain mgmt PA "V" had her ma I guess call me left a voice mail on a Friday at 2pm to tell me I had until 4 pm to get to the office that day for a urine sample and pill count. Because I was at work I was unable to get time off to run in there so I didn't go. V ended up discharging me, no tapering or anything. I was transferred to her after Julie Zafuto left, I should have trusted the reviews but I was scared to change and look what happened anyways. They called me later that month for my appt reminder and I called them back to remind them they discharged me, Because of this discharge they said I was selling my pills (yeah right) and to this day I can't find anyone to see me. read more

To Arrowhead Health: Too bad you haven't listened to your patients here on Yelp. Because this way all of us patients can see we are not alone in our perceptions. 2018 Ok so I tried again. I was in real trouble, so sick I had 3 different conditions but not one got diagnosed here, they didn't even catch my bad reaction to meds they gave me on first visit, (4th condition). I never saw the doctor that I have called my Primary Care Physician for 22 years, only PA's. On my 3rd visit in 5 days the PA asks with a laugh , "is it really that bad? Maybe you should go to a hospital and they can run tests there." No accurate communication between staff: my blood work from 1st visit showed I needed iron. On my second visit I was told I needed iron and went and bought some. On my third visit I asked for meds to help and the PA said "oh, okay, okay...and when I picked up prescription it was iron! WTH? I wasn't even aware of the other four pages of blood work that didn't get discussed and when I got copies I had questions. I asked for someone to call me and explain a couple tests. So I got a call from a girl who said "you wanted to know if your result would ever change and No, it will not ever be different." I hope she's proud because that wasn't my question...that would have been a stupid question, and she couldn't answer the questions I did have. Says it should have been discussed in the office and now I need to come back to have the "Doctor" go over it with me? What for??? She didn't care to see me when I needed her and I still am dizzy with blood pressure 30 points lower than normal with no idea why, and no doctor to tell me what to do. I feel so foolish entrusting my health to these folks as long as I have, especially knowing all along how money became their main focus, even selling their own insurance...to their "patients". I know what Arrowhead was 20 years ago, yes they had a great history...but that's history. Now it's more like 1st do no harm, 2nd do no good, 3rd charge an arm and a leg. I'm going to request all my 22 years of records and start going to replace Arrowhead with urgent care for better care. read more

After waiting over an hour for a med refill, I was told that they could only "bridge" the medicine and I would need to see a specialist. The same meds I have been on for 7++ years, the same meds a dr. In their practice at another location refilled...... hmmmm Needless to say I'll be looking for another doctor. Five stars to Jen Sutton! She is wonderful and supportive. Not sure how I landed her as my PA, but I'm thrilled. I'm approaching 60 so I have lots of questions about this aging body! My only concern is the back office. I received a call to go over blood work and after 3 days of leaving messages and I asked to see Jen in person to review my results. My blood results are nothing life threatening, but something I need to get more info on. I do believe the support/operations team works as hard as they can with such an overload of patients and flu season. There is so much compliance with medicine - so many processes. Process takes time and lots of prioritizing. You have to be your own patient advocate. You have to research, question and question some more. All in all, I'm very happy with this practice. read more

This rating is specifically for the Osteoarthritis Center at arrowhead health comedy particularly Dr Vossler. This program is amazing for people who have osteoarthritis in their knees. I had a basketball injury many many years ago and have not found any relief or comfort since. They do these knee injections, a series of 3 to 5 and I have never felt so much relief over the past 15 years as I do after completing this program. Dr. V is an expert in this practice and they use state of the art technology including a camera to see where the needle is going in your knee. This is a great alternative to need replacement surgery. I highly recommend it to anyone who is suffering from knee pain due to osteoarthritis. read more

This is possibly the worst doctors office in Phoenix. I sat in the lobby while a lady who answers the call with her headset on tell a customer calling to please hold because she had a customer in front of her. There was no customer she was talking to someone about something that happened to her. Once we saw the doctor they asked my wife if she'd like an ace bandage for her sprained ankle. She said yes, once we went to check out they tried charging her $10 for a $3 product. Told them to keep it and the doc said nothing about charging for it. Normally they've always given this away as we have full coverage health care and this has never happened before. Awaiting a call from the doc your better off dead. They never called, we called them 3 times and still no response. This place has gone to crap over the last couple of years. read more

I have never left a negative review in my life but since they sent me this link asking me to review my visit, here it goes. This review is mainly in reference to the GLENDALE office as the scheduling error that was made for the surprise office was a miscommunication and a minor inconvenience but couple it with the awful dr visit and it was truly the visit from hell. Started out getting called 30 mins before my morning appointment to tell me the provider I was seeing couldn't prescribe my particular medication, so they rescheduled me for a few hours later. not a huge deal. got to that appointment to be told it was actually at the glendale office (I didn't even know they had a glendale office and somehow missed that during the conversation) again, annoying but not a huge deal. was rescheduled in glendale for an appointment 15 minutes away. Told the receptionist my GPS showed a 20 minute drive and she assured me it would take 10, it took 20 so as anticipated I was late. Apologized and explained the situation to the receptionist and the medical assistant (who were super sweet) and assumed it was going to be better from there. WRONG. I have never had a doctor make me so small. From scolding me for being late (after I explained the office scheduling issue) to making me feel like a criminal for trying to refill a prescription i've been on FOR YEARS. I have NEVER done drugs or miss-used prescriptions i've been given but felt like i was being treated like a druggie trying to do something illegal. I literally left ugly crying because I was so frustrated. If I could give 0 stars, I would. 10/10 DO NOT recommend. read more

This place is horrible. They advertise same day and next day appointments on their website but it usually takes a week or more to get in. Years ago when I started going here it was great, not sure why the change. The staff are not friendly at all. I'm transferring my business to Honor Health. 5.22.17 updated review: yet again this place reminds me of why I'm transferring to another doctors office. I schedule an appointment a week ago for blood work and when I arrive, I'm told my orders expired after 6 months and I'm a week over so I have to schedule an appointment to see a doctor before I can do blood work. How the heck to you schedule an appointment and not know that? And why can't their be a courtesy reminder that I am close to the orders expiring? I complain, advise them of my intent to transfer out of this horrible unorganized business and within a min they "found" the orders and will do blood work. How can one minute you say they are expired and the next they were just lost???? So they screwed things up yet I still wait 45 min beyond my appointment time to be seen. It's always something with this ridiculous business. 5.26.17 updated again: after posting my latest review on 5.22.17, Doug messaged me saying a manager would contact me that day to address my concerns. Well, it's Friday and still no call. Gotta love a business that doesn't follow thru or care enough to address an issue. I've been going to Arrowhead health or some facet of it since roughly 1998, off and on. Dr. Johnston is a great physician...unfortunately, it's not easy to get in to see her. I've never minded as any other clinicians I've seen have always been helpful. Recently, I went in for a physical and also to have a knee injury looked at. The PA ordered an ultrasound for my knee and I was able to get in the next day. I was told it's a quick appointment, 30-45 mins total, so I planned to go on my lunch break. When I arrived to my appointment, I waited nearly 30 mins after check in. Someone whose appointment was after me was seen before me; I know this because she had stated she was very early for her appointment and stated the appointment time. I finally said something to the front desk ladied and they got me in right away. The ultrasound Dr. didn't seem to know anything about me coming in but was able to do an ultrasound very quickly and was nothing but polite and warm. I was told I'd get the results within 2-3 days and the PA would follow up. I checked in after the 3rd day then a week. After a few calls, I was given very vague information regarding a small meniscus tear and told to see a PT. I had asked if I should come in to review the ultrasound and they said it wasn't necessary. I waited another week for my US to be available so I could start PT. Called back in, got passed around and after a few calls, I was told that it looked like I might also have an ACL tear and needed to see a specialist. It is now a month after my ultrasound and I've made countless calls, been redirected (oh, now the name makes sense), left messages with MA's and often received no call back. I decided to finally go in to get my medical records as they were needed for the specialist and I couldn't wait any longer. I know this is a lot of detail for a lot of "minor" service infractions but it's a big enough build up that my take away is simply I didn't matter enough to them. I was continually passed off and disregarded. If that wasn't the intention, it was certainly the outcome and perception I am left with. It must be mentioned, the ladies at the front desk were always nothing but polite and wanted to be helpful often with their hands tied. I spoke with them about my knee injury way more than I did with the physician. Ultimately after a month, I was able to obtain my records as needed but that was only because I was my own health advocate and kept pushing. This is why I am writing this review; it's not enough to assume they will be that health advocate and informant. read more

I went to this office because some family members went there. I liked that there was an on-site lab, chiropractic care upstairs and an x-ray facility in the same building. Well, it started about a year ago when I called to make an appointment. I'm a teacher, so as you can imagine, I get sick frequently. I was told there were no appointments available for 2 days. I thought that was odd, but figured it was flu season. Well, since then I have NEVER been able to make a same day or even next day appointment. I've had to go to urgent care numerous times because I was so sick and couldn't get into my own dr. How can you be a Dr's office and not have same day sick appointments? I think this office is much more concerned with money than with actually helping patients. I will be finding a new office. read more

I've been looking for a Primary Care doctor in Glendale. I've had issues with physicians not paying attention to me when I'm describing my symptoms and then jumping to conclusions. I went to see Courtney, a PA at Arrowhead. I got the feeling that she was not hearing what I was saying and didn't make the connection that I think is necessary in a doctor/patient relationship. This is just my opinion and please don't base your decisions based on my review. She said I should get X-Rays of my ankle and an ultrasound in my shoulder. When I left, I got instructions on getting the X-Ray, but nothing on the Ultrasound. I still haven't had it and got no followup. I had to call them for my X-Ray result. Doctors are busy. I get that, but it seems, in general, they're so concerned about getting onto the next patient before 15 minutes or so, they don't pay attention to what patients are telling them. The facility was very nice. The staff was just ok. I spoke to someone on the phone who called me at work while I was on a conference call. I asked her to call back but never heard from them again. I have nothing against Courtney, but I'm looking for more personalized care and a practice with processes that guarantee closure and some form of satisfaction after an appointment. I was left in limbo on my shoulder problem and I really can't play phone tag. I'm busy, just like they are. I need a doctor who will own the problem just as I do in my line of work. read more

Love my Doctors at AHC, both Dr Morton (PC) & Dr Vosler (Pain Mgmt). However, I cannot clearly express my frustration when dealing with the support staff there. Between my wife & myself we have spent countless hours on the phone with Aetna- Arrowhead Health Center-Frys Pharmacy trying to get 2 prescriptions filled over past 2 weeks. We ended up paying cash for medication because it was needed. We finely got the auth and Frys refunded us. 2ndly, I had blood drawn at the Glendale facility on July 23, 2015. It took 4 phone calls & 3 WEEKs to get those results. That was 2 weeks ago & I am still waiting for AHC to provide Aetna with correct info so will authorize the medication. Throughout these situations my wife has left 4-5 messages for a Supervisor to call her back regarding these challenges. As of my writing this review she has not received one return call. I did receive a call back from Dr. Johnston, (one of the owners of AHC) after I physically went to clinic. I must say I was not impressed with her response to my issues and we are 3 days post her call & still no medication........... That's my recent experience at Arrowhead Health Centers...... read more

I was having a problem with my shoulder and someone suggested going to Arrowhead. He performed an ultrasound and told me I had a torn rotator cuff and a torn bicep tendon. They sent me to an ultrasound meanwhile it has been 6 weeks and they have not taken any action not even to call me about my MRI. I had to go to another position get another MRI and he diagnosed me with something completely different my suggestion is find a different place to go I could not even schedule an appointment before two weeks the doctor is two weeks out that's not very good when your shoulder hurts read more

I would think twice before using Arrowhead Health Centers. I went on a trip to TN, prior to going one of the PA from this company gave me Meds for an infection, the problems was it made things worst while I was vacation I was miserable call Arrowhead health centers 3 times to request help the phone service did a great job with my message for the DR's to help me out left my contact number every time no DR. Called me back at the number I supplied, they called my home which was no good because I was not there. So for 5 days I was in pain when I got back is when I got the message which was toooo late. 2nd issue I had was I sent an email per their website Jan 5th for an appointment as of Jan 8th never heard back from them. So finally called them back. The thing is they do not care about their patience it just a money maker for them , it is not to be helpful to patience. I would put them on a list of do not call or switch to a different doctor. They do not have your best interest in life. read more

Recommended by a friend I tried this place... Hours and availability has been fairly decent for my needs. However the NP I was paired up with, Theresa Pascal, has been more than disappointing with every interaction, from visit to old portal messages to my most recent attempt to get a call back, daily for 3 days and I'm still waiting for a prescription that was suggested at the visit and apparently undocumented! A message now waits with another provider to pick up the pieces, hopefully he doesn't ignore me too. People who use an inhaler, need it. I work in the medical field and have worked in a doctors office for 20 years now. I know a good provider and practice when i see one. This place has also since my first visit merged with another company, still no reason to get lax on patient care, now is still a time to be checking, and double checking to make sure things are running smoothly. read more

Let me start out by saying my wife and i really like Dr. Joel Morton. When my wife moved to the valley a couple of years ago we did a lot of research to find a doctor she trusts. Unfortunately, Dr. Morton has semi-retired and moved whats left of his practice, along with his JERK Physicians Assistant Anthony Nelson. She recently went in for an examination and to talk about menopause. Dr. Morton is impossible to schedule with due to his reduced schedule so she made an appointment with Anthony. He was rude and didn't want to address any of the issues my wife had on her agenda, he made it all about Him. He wanted to lecture her on weight loss instead of address her questions, she knows she needs to lose 20 lbs and is on weight watchers, but that's not why she went to see him. The facility "Campus" is very sterile and they treat you like a number, nothing like when Dr. Morton had his own practice. We are back to searching for another informed, polite, respectful and attentive doctor. read more

My first experience was very positive so I started going back, but the last experience... The doctor made a brash diagnosis, prescribed a handful of drugs without evidence to support the condition. I was never notified of any of my test results. When I called and asked if they could at least tell me the outcome of the xray that I took a week prior, they told me I should call the imaging center and get the xrays myself. They said they would have the doctor call me- he never did. Again, I called and told them that none of the medicine helped me- they said the doctor would call me again. He never did. I will NEVER return to this place. I'm having difficulty breathing- I still don't know what is wrong and they don't even show the professionalism of following up on test results or returning calls. I'm incredibly disappointed, angry, sick... I'm not sure how to find a good doctor that cares about patients rather than drug pushing- Serious, when I leave a place with 5 different drugs for a cough with all normal test results- I feel like I just visited a drug dealer, not a doctor. My body is not a science experiment- it's not about feeding me pills and keeping your fingers crossed. read more

Dr. Nelson has been my provider for years. My family & I have been seeing him since he started with AHC and we won't see another provider unless we really have too. He's thorough, listens to your issues and concerns, doesn't rush appointments, & really cares for your health. It's unusual nowadays to find a provider who actually cares about your health and not just money. If you are looking for a doctor who knows what he's doing and cares about your well being.... well, Anthony Nelson, (PA) is your guy! read more

Fantastic! I came here as a new patient on a referral from my employer who is a personal patient. I was trail running this morning and as my AirPod flew out of my left ear I twisted- reached and stepped all wrong and ended up straining my back. I am a new patient and they got me in within an hour of calling. The office staff was welcoming and efficient. The chiropractor-Dr Byrnes was knowledgeable, compassionate, and created a safe and effective care plan. He recommended the roller table and tens unit to start- what a great way to start to relieve the pain- then I went on to massage where a professional Massage therapist targeted my specific pain points, I finished with seeing Dr. Byrnes and he was able to adjust me without contributing to the pain. I recently had to choose a new internal medicine physician because my doctor left her practice. I made the switch over the phone and was given a link to log on and fill out the new patient forms online, which added to the ease of the transition. My appointment was Nov. 19th in the morning. The entire process once I checked in was easy and the staff very welcoming. I didn't have to wait long before I was taken back for my vitals and the medical assistant entered my diagnoses and medications into the computer database. I waited probably 10 minutes for my new doctor to come in and see me. His name is Dr. Chander. He is thorough and has a great bedside manner. I feel fortunate to have found him via my insurance companies website. Check-out was simple and I was given the option to take a survey upon my check-out. Dr. Chander suggested I go to the second floor and meet with the chiropractor for an evaluation. I was escorted up and asked if I could return after lunch by the helpful staff. I returned after lunch and my consult was with a staff member and then with the chiropractor. He is very good, friendly, thorough and efficient. He worked on my back, then gave me feedback. I then had physical therapy and massage therapy. The entire staff is wonderful in the chiropractor, physical therapy and massage department. I felt so much better after I was done. I will be returning for more adjustments. I feel very well cared for here and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good group of physician's and medical staff. read more

Many, Many things to discuss here... I drive every month from South Scottsdale to BFE to come to Arrowhead Health. And getting in with them was harder than necessary. The girls in billing became super rude with me, threatening to cancel my initial appointment because Cigna had transposed my birthdate, and although it was in the process of being fixed, that wasn't good enough for them! Once I finally got there, it was pretty great. Their facility is beautiful and big! I make the drive and dealt with the attitude because I know how awesome Dr. Craig Phelps is, my mom has been a patient for a long time. I went to see Dr. Phelps because I suspected I had ADD, and he actually listened to me and had me go through the necessary channels to be correctly diagnosed. We schedule an appointment with Dr. Brues (also uber awesome!!) and between our medical 3-some, we're all on the same page to tackling what other doctors have either a) ignored or b) tried to tell me was just depression. The office staff is wonderful, and they're accommodating to the point where they are able to draw blood on the premises instead of sending me to wait at Sonora Quest for 2 hours! If you live in the area, definitely check your insurance for their doctors. Heck, even if you don't live in the area, I'd recommend Dr. Phelps. He is definitely worth the drive. read more

Worst experience every! I have never given a review for anything due to the amount of cry baby's in this world but this clinic really earned it. So I had an injury on Saturday night and called to make an appointment the following Monday. I Found out my normal physician was no longer with them so I took the next available doctor which was Jennifer Sutton N.P. At my appointment Jennifer came in (who I've never met) and asked the typical questions, then asked me to remove the bandages on my left leg. While removing my own bloody bandages she made sure to keep her distance and seemed very appalled. It really made me feel like I was scum or disease ridden and I'm a very clean cut gentleman and take pride in that. She then told me she would give me a steroid shot and will rewrap my wound. Are entire conversation lasted no longer then five minutes. Then came the nurse who gave me the shot, then I sat there for twenty minutes with open wounds. The nurse returned to give me a paper on how to treat my wounds and said I was good to go. I was so upset I wrapped my open wound with my ace bandage, no gauze and left without my prescriptions or a follow up appointment. Don't waste your time and money like I did and seek help else where. read more

Went for my first in office drs visit today at arrowhead health which is I believe the redirect clinic. Beautiful office and great staff. I really haven't liked my regular physician over the past few years and have been wanting a new dr anyways so for me it was a nice change. Check in process was smooth, the dr was super welcoming and listened well. We addressed my concerns for that day and she recommended a physical just to get everything checked. You do have the option to go wherever you want with redirect, however I think that their clinic provided a better experience than I've ever had elsewhere. I just can't believe I didn't have a copay or deductible you really can't beat it. read more
