I didn't think I could afford her, but to my surprise I could! We met with Heather in person. She wore a mask the whole time, which I appreciated. She listened to our ideas, we walked through our house, she gave recommendations, and then she went home and went to work. I did my own homework and shared my Pinterest ideas with her. After that, she recommended lighting, paint colors, and contractors. She recommended Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, which we loved and ended up installing. I was really undecided on a countertop. She took the time to FaceTime with me while I was at Bedrosians and helped me finalize my decision. We constantly moving and not able to receive notification right away. 1. the HOA system is very bad and it charges every quarter instead monthly, of which we did not go very well with the quarterly system. 2. this EBMC operation is very difficult to reach. We called and left multiple messages, but no one calls back. 3. in one of the notification letter, they sent a threatening message with many pages claiming that we would lose our property for $700 unpaid HOA fees to them with lien intention letter. For people that not reading carefully, or too old to read the details, or know nothing about legal matters, I bet you someone will sign that without a heartbeat and return back to them. This is a 110% scam. The letter is not stamped or written as a true affidavit but almost like an official affidavit format. Like I said, if innocent people sign and return to them, EBMC can easily file to the signed letter to court to have your property lien against. Anyhow, scary practice.

Faded out no numbers at all, causing confusion and conflicts.... Swimming pool and club house not maintained, looks like a swamp!! We need security fence to deter homeless individuals access to property! Broken windows and property damage happened already... EBMC response is worthless and HOA board is mismanaged to the point we suspect criminal negligence and fraud behavior! This property is not worth 480$ a month! Only high end and extensive amenities on site warrant dues like these! Groundskeeper is worthless too, buildings have tree debris on roof tops blocking gutters and posing fire hazards Grounds are unkempt in extreme need of maintenance.

Our project required multiple steps, including applying a skim coat, priming, and then installing the wallpaper. We chose a plaid wallpaper pattern, and because our walls are slightly uneven, some of the lines didn't perfectly align at first. We completed our detached ADU with A+ Construction ADU Builders this year and I had a great…read moreexperience. What I liked most about our process was how organized from the start. This started with the detailed proposal outlining all of the costs for all of the different elements of the detached ADU construction process. Throughout the construction of our 700 square foot building, I was able to track the spending on every individual item and there were no surprises at the end of the project. Our main designer Irene was excellent in tweaking the floor plan several times to meet our needs to have a suitable size of kitchen, bathroom, adequate storage and living area. After completion of the detached ADU I can honestly say that the way the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and storage all fit together is just right and I'm glad we went with her recommendations. The detached ADU was completed within six months of commencing the build. The setup of the utilities to the ADU and the inspections were all completed by A+ Construction which would have been a huge hassle if we were building a main house. Our project manager Nick did a great job in keeping us updated on progress and any other development through the entire process. Any issues or problems were resolved immediately by calling Nick and answering any questions. There were no long delays in returning calls to answer any questions or to resolve any problems. We lived in the main house of the property throughout the detached ADU's construction and the builders treated us with the upmost respect at all times. The builders kept a very clean work site throughout the building process. The detached ADU that we built is currently rented out and is doing well. The tenants are very happy and the layout works well for them. The finishes look very good and the whole structure feels very solid. A+ Construction ADU Builders is a very structured operation. We had a couple of minor change orders throughout the construction of the project, but this was expected with a fully custom project of this nature. We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. I had lots of questions and inquires about my project and they responded quickly and were very patient with me. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. I hope to update my master bathroom soon and will consult with America DreamWorks for that service.
