She listened to our ideas, we walked through our house, she gave recommendations, and then she went home and went to work. I did my own homework and shared my Pinterest ideas with her. After that, she recommended lighting, paint colors, and contractors. She recommended Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, which we loved and ended up installing. I was really undecided on a countertop. She took the time to FaceTime with me while I was at Bedrosians and helped me finalize my decision. Stacked washer/dryer is located near the kitchen for easy access by tenants. The bedroom is good sized with ample storage in the closet. The unit is very bright and open. The exterior of the unit is very modern and sophisticated in color. It's understated and does not look like it has been over-accessorized. This will be used as an investment property and I'm very happy with how the unit turned out. Anna, Olga and the rest of the A+ team were great to work with and I have no complaints at all.

It's not huge, but has plenty of room to move. The full kitchen is complete with plenty of cabinet space and room for all full-size appliances. The additional space for a washer and dryer was also a wonderful addition. One of the main items I wanted to complete with the new space was to bring in plenty of natural light. The numerous windows complete the simple yet very functional new space. My team consisted of Alana who handled permits, Anna who was my project manager, and Nick who was my construction manager. They were all great to work with, always returned my calls and emails and answered any of my questions along the way. There are a million decisions when you are building something from scratch. It was so appreciated that there was someone to explain things to me and make decisions with me along the way to help make it less stressful. Dinis, Alex and Ben worked so hard, long hours and they were precise with the install and had high standards for the final product.
