Not only is this place super cheap compared to other massage places ($55 for a 60 minute full body massage), but it is also very well organized, modern and super clean. It is a spacious too with a large number of private rooms where the masseuse will massage you. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. When I did a quick search of massage places -- determined from the nearby Times Square hotel where I was staying, I randomly picked Renew York Spa. I chose Renew York Spa, not only for its catchy name, but also when I called their main number, the receptionist immediately answered and said I would be able to see a masseur right away. The massage -- which notably was given by a young masseur -- was simply fantastic. He concentrated on the knots I had on my neck, shoulders, and calves. His massage technique was firm when needed and light when appropriate. The massage prices are VERY reasonable. I highly recommend the Renew York Spa, not only because it was clean and efficient, but making an appointment here was super easy. I LOVE getting massages here. The male and female masseuses all are very strong, but adjust the pressure as needed. As a performer in the area, it's been really lovely to come here after rehearsal or before a show to make sure my body is in order to perform at an affordable price. horrible stay away but cheats and scammers they charge you for one hour massage but don't start until 10 to 20 minutes later. The massagers are worse than the females when it comes to foot massages because they set the timer and walk away and then come back stay away. There are a scam or if you insist on going to start a timer and for every minute under 60 seconds or under your time, take a dollar away from their tip and let them know. read more

Just a warning, they work on your pressure points. It's pain first, then relief. Keep that in mind! My masseuse was super! She spent 30 minutes on my back and 30 mins on feet. They truly needed some tender loving care. I've been abusing my feet over the past two days. This is what I totally needed... relax, recharge, and reenergize! I'm ready for more steps!!! Let me start this review by saying I'm not the type of person that usually spends a Saturday getting a massage, but after my experience at Renew York Spa I might change my mind. My feet had been hurting after a ton of walking so after doing some searches I found out about Renew and decided to give it a try. When I walked in I was thrilled to see things were just as pictured online and the prices were incredibly reasonable. I started off with a 20 minute foot massage and then was so relaxed that I added on a 20 minute body work massage afterwards! The chairs are comfortable and the private rooms are clean. One thing I noticed is that while this location is in a fairly busy area I couldn't hear a single car honking or siren once I stepped inside Renew. The whole staff was super friendly, and everyone there is certified and professional. I have a feeling I might become a regular here! read more

Came in for a lymphatic massage and it was beyond half ass. Only came here bc I needed something close to home. As for the massage, they only do the arms and legs on one side of your body and at the bare minimum don't even do the stomach. the whole point of the massage is to increase circulation towards lymph nodes and debloat/detox the body. I asked the masseuse if she would at least do the stomach which she tried but it was clear she didn't know what she was doing. She was sweet and tried though. The front desk person was the worst part. I expressed my feelings about it and how it should be noted on the site or upon booking and he just looked down and ignored me. I ended up telling him "oh okay so you just don't care or want to pretend to care" and he puts on a fake smile and offers a $10 reduction. I paid it and walked out disappointed wasting $65 coming out feeling no different than I came in. I would suggest anyone interested in that massage to go to Chelsea Healing instead! Each massage takes place in a private room with an actual door and their massage beds are super brand new (and wide so you're not gonna fall off) so they're not like super flat and hard like everywhere else you go... they had brand new knee and neck pillows/face cradle pillows.
