The massage therapist, Joy, was fantastic but the front desk made me so frustrated I'm not sure I ever want to return. I had a loyalty card with 9 and 1/2 hours on it. At 10 hours, you're supposed to get an hour free. So I booked a 90 min minute massage for today at 4:30pm, expecting the last 60 minutes to be free. I tried to check this with the front desk in the start but I was told to not worry about it until the end. Apparently because I booked 90 minute sessions in the past on my card, those apparently only counted as 60 minutes for the purposes of the card. The attitude of the lady at the front desk made me feel belittled and ruined the experience. Worse yet, after I left and checked the time, I realized I only got 60 minutes. Basically I paid for a 90 minute massage and received a 60 minute massage when I should have paid for 30 minutes and received 90 minutes. I basically overcharged by $85 today... read more

Did a last minute appt for all 3 of my party to relax from a weekend trip of tons of walking. The full body massage was a good deal and they really work on the knots. The lady I had was very strong. They don't do too much feet massaging but you can get that done as a separate charge for full feet focus. read more

I booked a weekday night appointment for a 60min message via Classpass (20 credits). The positives: the message was solid (worked on my tight back and shoulders for the majority of the time and then at the end you flip for legs, neck and head - which I opted out of). They do ask if it is too strong or not. The space was relatively clean - on par with others The negatives: no air condition on a hot day. Also the "walls" are so thin whereby if the neighboring customers are loud (in my case), you can hear everything. Moreover, the staff is really really loud speaking to each other in their local language during the massage (in terms of organizing and assigning which staff member to work on which customer) - Not a peaceful and serene massage! $55 is the price for a 60min message with tip on top - I tipped 20% or $11 cash and the staff member seemed OK with that I will not return given the many options out there. read more

Solid. Called ahead to check availability for a walk-in. Sounded like they were busy but after confirming that I could be there within 10 minutes, I was set for a 60 min body rub. Arrived in 9 minutes and was shown to the first room on right immediately. Felt a little warm in the room at first but it was comfortable once I was on the table. Confirmed medium pressure but was not asked for focus areas. However, credit to the masseuse for identifying the tightness in the upper back and traps and giving them extra work. They were also responsive when I groaned when they hit the problem spots, checking to make sure pressure was ok. Would have preferred some more work on the calves (which ended up being uneven with much less pressure on side). Definitely make an appointment if possible, otherwise I would highly recommended calling ahead at least, as there were people walking in that were turned away. It's not luxury but it's clean and comfortable. Happy to have a moderate cost option in the neighborhood. Looking forward to returning. read more

This place is filled with scammers. I got a 60-minute foot massage which was advertised as $45. They could tell I was a tourist from the start so they told me the foot massage was $55 for 60 minutes. I kept pointing at the sign and the website that showed $45 so they finally agreed to $45. They charged other guests $2 for credit card payments. They charged me $4 for a credit card payment. The foot massage was fine at first then the lady was falling asleep starting from 20-minutes in. She kept waking herself back up or a noise would jolt her awake. I can sympathize with being tired and working long hours but if you can't provide the service then pass it on to another coworker or politely cancel my appointment, no problem. But they didn't do that. When I got the bill, I left a little over 15% because it was a terrible massage but I know 15% is standard and bare minimum. But then the masseuse and another worker told me that I had to leave 20% and they wouldn't let me leave. They kept pushing the receipt and pen at me and saying "write 11 for tip, write 11 for tip." they forced me to leave a 25% tip. They wouldn't let me leave until I left an $11 tip for a $45 service that was barely rendered because the associate was napping and they were yelling at me to change the numbers on the receipt. Tried All Seasons (again) after my favorite cheap massage place in the area on 34th and 3rd closed and they told me that their business moved into this location/merged with the existing massage place. While making an appointment, I asked the receptionist to confirm that the same masseuses' from my old place had also moved because I've tried All Seasons several times before and always found their massages lacking (either in pressure or consistency). I was reluctant to try All Seasons as the times I've tried them several years ago, I found the masseuses' generally just did not know what they were doing. One actually got on top of me and walked on my back at one point (she was more than half my size)... it did not feel good. And I generally found myself walking away from the massage feeling unsatisfied whether it be because they didn't use enough pressure on my back (even though I requested the massage to be harder a few times) or because they didn't focus on any of the issues I note at the beginning of the massage (like very tight and knotted shoulders). Even so, I decided to give this place one more try especially after they promised the same masseuses moved to this location. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again on my visit. The massage was fine but not good by any means and I didn't walk away feeling like any of the knots or tightness in my back/shoulders were worked out at all. I won't be back and really hope I can find a place to replace my 34th and 3rd st massage place ! read more

While visiting NYC stopped in this reflexology/massage spa. The location was great staff is friendly and greeted us as soon as we arrived. The reflexology/ foot massage was amazing by far the best foot massage I've had. They take extra care of making sure you're good with the pressure and are comfortable. The spa is very clean and there's an area towards the back for body massages which also was amazing. Overall highly recommended. read more

this has been my go to massage spot for about two years. Their pricing is super affordable and nine out of 10 times you will get an amazing massage. the downside is that the staff constantly speaks to each other during your massage. When I visited this last time, my masseuse took a phone At the very beginning of the massage while giving me a one handed massage. their phone proceeded to vibrate throughout the duration of my massage. They left me about five times to go to the front to speak to co-workers and customers. I finally made a comment then they focused on me. My muscle we're all twisted and tight, it was uncomfortable to sleep.. the lady really worked on my knots and I could have asked for a better hour! I'd definitely recommend it. I actually paid double at a massage place in the area a few weeks back and this was much better I would give them 6-7 stars if i could. I ended up leaving $400 headphones in the massage room. By the time i realized there was another massage in session. You know how some folks are in Nyc, so I had to make sure they got my headphones out of the room asap. I get massages pretty frequently when I'm in Chinatown but glad I stumbled upon this place since it's in the neighborhood. Some comments before said the massage was too firm or were getting into intimate spots. But its a full body massage - almost every full body massage I've gotten both at high end and casual places will massage your inner thighs or side of your chest. This is pretty common and did not alarm me even though I'm a female and had a male masseuse. Was definitely looking for a firm massage to get all the knots out of my back and this was just what I needed. Will be back! read more

Went here this weekend because I thought the price was good. Like some other reviews I was surprised I wasn't asked whether or not I wanted a guy or girl masseuse. I was given a guy (I am a woman) and I thought maybe it would be ok. But overall it was very uncomfortable...it was a "full body" massage, but I felt like the masseuse was careless with where he put his hands / wasn't sure why certain areas needed to be touched. Like inner thighs or even the sides of my back that were pretty much the sides of my chest. It was one of those weird situations where I didn't know if I should say something or if it was just normal. Had a great couples massage here today. Everyone was in masks (including us), they did a temperature check upon our arrival and had hand sanitizer ready to go. The massage was great, we were on our stomachs the whole time, I'm assuming so that we would be faced away from the masseuse, which was very smart, and the massage was wonderful. I had a good run with this place for 1+ year. My husband and I come at least once a month. They have been really good. But since the beginning of the year, the masseuses were really bad. I doubt they have a license. They (a few of them that we've had) was pressing on my bones rather than my muscles. And it almost felt like they are pressing it as hard as they can until you can't take it anymore. But a great massage is not about how hard you can give/take. And interestingly, they never have the same masseuse almost every time we go there. We seen a guy and a woman pretty often, but the other masseuse just come and go. I wonder if they come on visa. That's when I thought maybe they don't even have a license. That's pretty dangerous, they can break my bone! What really annoy me is they have been doing the $35 for 45 min and $45 for an hour special forever. And I have been coming here for a year. But EVERY TIME they act like their price is higher and then when I mentioned what I paid last time, then they were like ok. Also the receptionist who's been there forever have this arrogant attitude. If you don't want to be there, don't be. You are a receptionist, you are suppose to be warmed and welcome your guests. That's not how a business should be run.
