    Massage room for 2
    Andrea S.

Enjoyed a nice massage here! It was very relaxing and a good value! I recommend coming here! However, be aware that there are no completely closed rooms, as the rooms have an open top. We could hear a couple moaning repeatedly in the room over. It was good that the masseuses helped me tell them to be more quiet, but they continued to make loud sounds so it was hard to relax.

Fantastic massage every time I come here! Clean consistent! Highly recommend their Swedish massage!

Beforehand: The shape was all the way off

The shape was all the way off, the color was great but there was gel powder under my nail clumped up and she didn't apply the dip closer to my cuticle. I went back, and she did "Try" to fix it so I'll give her that but it just wasn't giving. The only words they seem to comprehend is cash and tips. For some grown out looking nails should've thrown in a free pedicure I might've (probably not) came back. My friend was getting a massage during the duration of my nail appointment and they took as long as possible to get the most $$ out of us and my nails are uneven. $200+ she didn't even use the UV light the first time so they can take longer First they said $55 for gel nails, then I assumed for tips and they said $80 then when I got them a little longer $85. So massage $90 + Nails $85 + $25 tip. Totally not the vibes, the turn on the AC for you and give you a hand massage then stare you down for a tip like girl I was going to tip you regardless, anyone else would've just ran off after the tip glue burning and the lack of ventilations.

    Thank you!

She set me up with some calming tea and brought me to a private changing area with a locker for my belongings. Everyone in the vicinity checked in to make sure I was doing ok. I was worried that because I had arrived late, I would eat up some of my massage time. No siree! They moved my massage to start when I was ready to begin. I booked the 90 minute Nuansa classic massage. You know how some places start the clock before you've sat down and finish the massage early (aka you pay for an hour and it's only about 45 minutes)? Well! That's not the case here! I got all 90 minutes of my massage. The massage itself: not to be believed. Lukkana started by saying "time to relax". And boy did I. Let me tell you one thing about me - I have the most ticklish legs of anyone I've ever met. Usually, when I have my legs massaged, I kick a hole in the wall and the masseuse files for a lawsuit (this is an exaggeration). Well! Somehow, Lukkana was able to work the muscles in my leg without triggering my dainty ticklish reflexes. I was astonished! Then, you know how sometimes you ask for a firm touch and you get jelly hands? Or the other way around and you're walking out with bruises? WELL - Lukkana made me feel immensely relaxed WHILE ALSO really working the tissue. What a novelty. She finished up with a scalp massage, which is truly the way to my heart. 11 out of 10. Would recommend. Thank you so much for making my day.

Fifteen minutes into our 90-minute couples deep tissue massage, I saw my husband's therapist, Lydia, typing on a lit smartphone while leaning over him. When she realized I saw her, she hid the phone under the sheets. There is no version of this that is acceptable. Texting during a paid massage is blatant misconduct. It didn't stop there. My husband repeatedly asked her to focus on his neck and shoulders and avoid his feet. His requests were ignored. The technique was lazy and mechanical - repetitive forearm circling with little to no pressure, despite requesting deep tissue. He left feeling like he didn't receive a massage at all. When we raised the issue, the owner acknowledged the behavior was "unacceptable" yet offered only a 25% discount - as if actively texting during a massage, ignoring repeated client requests, and delivering a substandard service were minor inconveniences. This wasn't just a bad massage. It was a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We will not be returning.

Not only did we have to deal with the FDNY, a traffic situation which our car presented, angry commuters, and a hefty tow price, we were charged for a service that was not provided due to an emergency situation. The manager on duty, was much more professional than the initial associate who responded. While, we understand we were no shows, we were dealing with an unforseen situation. I am so disappointed at Oasis-we used to take our Mother there for many years. The lack of human understanding towards people who are literally dealing with an emergency is so disappointing after having been customers of Oasis for so many years.

Yuni definitely knows what she is doing because I didn't need to tell her about my problem spots she hit them right away! I was surprised at her strength and she literally almost had me so relaxed, I could have drooled while on the table. She did full back, legs, hips and arms. She didn't have me flip over but I got exactly what I needed so I felt no way about that. When she was done, she thanked me and I proceeded to get dressed and be on my way. A 40% mandatory tip posted on the wall. A "cash is better" front desk. A masseur who had to be yelled for like a dog. Real physical pain a full day later. Read this and run. Walked in at 5:35pm for a 90-minute foot massage. Walked into dark room where masseur was sitting in dark, chilling. Told to sit down. Sat 10 minutes while the masseur walked away. First red flag. He came over to start with shoulders, which is standard for Chinese reflexology. I declined and asked for feet and legs only. He dropped my feet in a basin of hot water and disappeared again. Unprofessional from the first second. Once the massage started, it was clear this man has no technique. Zero. 90 minutes of brainless squeezing, yanking, and grinding like he was aggressively scrubbing a pot. No skill. No rhythm. No pressure control. He seemed nice enough as a person. This is just not the job for him. I have hairy legs and he used so little product the friction was unbearable. It felt like rug burn. I told him during the massage. He kept going. I asked for less pressure. He kept going. I asked for more product. He barely adjusted. It is now past 11:15 the next morning and my legs are STILL on fire. Every hair follicle feels inflamed and yanked at the root. Skin feels raw. I woke up in pain. That is not a massage. That is sanding someone's legs down for 90 minutes. Hygiene was vile. He repeatedly plunged his bare hand into an old communal jar of product, smeared it on my bare feet, and dunked right back in. Over and over. No spatula. No pump. No scoop. Just bare hands, bare feet, and one shared open jar collecting skin oils and dead skin from every client before me. NY State requires massage establishments to keep equipment and supplies in a clean and sanitary manner, and double-dipping bare hands into shared product between clients?! This is exactly the kind of sanitation issue that gets businesses written up. The front desk woman seems sweet for 30 seconds. Then, unprompted: "yeah, cash is better." Universal red flag for no paper trail. Combined with everything else, the place is shady. Tipping policy is insulting. Posted on the wall: $20 per hour of service. On a $75, 90-minute massage, that is a mandated $30 tip. 40%. For service this horrible. That is a shakedown, not a tip. After the massage, he vanished again. No thank you. No water. No goodbye. The front desk woman had to yell for him like she was calling a dog. And this is the man collecting a mandatory 40% tip! When asked how it was, and I told her the massage was honestly bad, she did not even ask why. No follow-up. No apology. No concern. Just blank indifference, like complaints are a daily occurrence. She was already pressing the elevator button and standing at the door, ready to flush me out before anyone overheard. I have had hundreds of massages in dozens of countries. Hotel spas, neighborhood shops, luxury resorts, at random beach cabanas, night markets, and even sessions with blind therapists whose technique was extraordinary. This was an able-bodied man with full use of his eyes and hands, and he managed to deliver the worst massage of my life! Every glowing review here and on Google is a lie. Fake, planted, or written by people who have never had a real massage. No honest person walks out of here and calls it good. Take your money and your dignity literally anywhere else. AVOID. RUN.
