My print job involved a complicated process: 300+ pages, 18 report chapters with custom-printed divider tabs to be inserted, and color-specific covers/backs + a large size spiral bind. But these components were the easiest part of the project that Debra and team tackled! My client's last extremely last-minute edits to the report (one day before Debra was scheduled to be out of the office and the client was scheduled to leave the country), is where Debra's team displayed superhero customer service. A project that we mutually agreed would need 3 days to print, insert tabs, and assemble, was all accomplished in 24 hours. I fully expected to arrive at Allegra's office in Reno (45 minutes from my office) to pick up all the separate components that I would manually put together myself because of the last-minute edits. When they brought out the box of fully assembled reports, completely ready to go, I literally got teary-eyed. I couldn't believe the lengths that Debra and her team went to, to get this project over the finish line, given the extraordinary circumstances. I was looking at a day of stress and scrambling to assemble the reports and then find someone who could spiral bind them so I could meet my client before they flew out that same day. Instead, I had the exact opposite day. And I fully expected to pay double what I was charged - just based on the pain in the butt factor of this project! I had my printed label in hand and needed tape and scissors. Mr. Bill said, not too worry that he'll take care of everything, but made sure I knew FedEx already picked up for the day. That wasn't a problem. I appreciate good service and Mr. Bill is that in this Office Depot. I buy my school supplies for my kids here and my office needs. I will make copies and use their printing center for same day pick up. Their prices are fair and their locations are organized and easy to get around. My husband had a business card on file from a previous purchase, but he wanted several changes and RPS was up to the task. The original card was one-sided, and he wanted changes to that front side and also to add graphics to the back of the card, making it a two-sided colored-ink card. There were several back-and-forth emails to confirm exactly what he wanted and to look at proofs. On one of the exchanges, RPS had taken the extra step of showing us an option we had not considered and ended up using. Both text and graphics are very sharp, even though some had to be made small to fit on the card. Customer service was always quick and courteous. If you need any sort of printing done, we highly recommend Reno Print Store. NOTE: Regarding the photo, take into consideration it's been saved to my computer in a few different formats and I had to use the snipping tool as well. In real life the images are very sharp and clear; I added the photo to provide an idea of the complexity of the work RPS can do.

I guess I hadn't realized how much simple name badges had gone up in price since purchasing several years ago. I remember the last time I purchased from a company that was local and unfortunately owners have retired, so that's no longer business option. Previously badges were between eight and $10, today the estimate was around $22 apiece. Now that's quite an uptick, especially for a nonprofit, to be coming up with for 13 badges. i went ahead and placed the order, because we do need the badges. But I think I might shop around further if I need another set made.
