They finished 3 hours after promised, which would have been okay if they contacted us, but we came across town to pick up and then waited, left, came back again, repeat, and it ended up messing up most of our day. The original card was one-sided, and he wanted changes to that front side and also to add graphics to the back of the card, making it a two-sided colored-ink card. On one of the exchanges, RPS had taken the extra step of showing us an option we had not considered and ended up using. Both text and graphics are very sharp, even though some had to be made small to fit on the card. Customer service was always quick and courteous. If you need any sort of printing done, we highly recommend Reno Print Store. NOTE: Regarding the photo, take into consideration it's been saved to my computer in a few different formats and I had to use the snipping tool as well. In real life the images are very sharp and clear; I added the photo to provide an idea of the complexity of the work RPS can do.

Preface this with the sign I ordered turned out great. That was not the issue... I had a real estate sign made for a listing. I used a template from my brokerage that G.U. already had on file. When I sent my initial inquiry I asked a few very straightforward questions about the material of the signage, etc. (Since it will be placed outside of a home.) It took several back and forth emails get the answers I needed. When I was ready to place the order, I was told to call in with a credit card and given the total amount to have them charge. So, I did that. I then received an email saying that my total didn't include tax and I would owe more upon pick up. (Fine, but why didn't you just tell me that amount when you told me to call in with my credit card??) Then I was told I would get a call later in the week when the sign was ready. No call. So I emailed back two weeks later to ask when it would be ready. The woman who responded literally couldn't have been any ruder, telling me it was done and they had called. (No....no phone call.) When I went to pick up the sign this morning, I walked in like sunshine and rainbows...trying to just pay the difference in tax that I wasn't told about, politely grab my sign, and be on my way. The front desk woman was seriously miserably rude. I asked if they could create sign riders for my new signage at some point. She legit rolled her eye (like I had asked for something completely crazy) and said I could talk to someone else about it. I told her never mind because she made it so freaking uncomfortable to even be there any longer. I paid and walked out. You know those people who just hate their lives and hate that they have to show up to work, and take it out on everyone around them? That is who they have as the face of their shop, which is unfortunate because the work quality is good. As a local business owner, I really try to give my business to other local people and avoid big boxes when possible. This woman made it so unpleasant, I will definitely consider an internet printer (like VistaPrint) next time. What a bummer. I won't be back. read more
