I called in the morning and asked for my truck to be looked at. John went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed that same day!

Nashua Collision did an absolutely amazing job fixing my Chevy Equinox after a rear-end collision…read more My car looks brand new! Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding -- they kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and always checked in to make sure I was all set with everything involving my rental. They coordinated everything with Enterprise making sure I had transportation the entire time my car was being worked on, so I didn't have to lift a finger. When I picked up my car today, they went the extra mile by cleaning it inside and out, making it look and smell like a brand-new vehicle. I truly hope I never need collision repair again, but if I ever do, Nashua Collision will be the only place I go. I will absolutely be recommending them to all my family and friends. Mike and his entire team were fantastic -- every time I stopped in, called, or texted, they were incredibly professional, friendly, and positive. I cannot praise them enough!

Recently, they fixed the lower front bumper on my Audi A5 convertible after my wife scraped a curb. They gave me an estimate of $565, so I decided to pay out-of-pocket rather than go through insurance. When I picked up the car, the repair was perfect--it looked like it never even happened. They had also completely cleaned the car, which was a great bonus. The best part was the final bill. They told me the job didn't take as much work as they had first thought, so they only charged me $465--$100 less than the estimate! I was amazed by their honesty. I highly recommend them to anyone." The owner of this shop is a liar and untrustworthy. I was…read morerear ended this year and so I went to my car dealer and they pointed me in the direction of Mike for body work. When I dropped the car off with Mike, the only issue with the car was the physical damage on the rear bumper from the accident. Fast-forward to when my car was ready to be picked up. The first thing that went wrong was I was given an incorrect time to pick up my car and when I got there the shop was closed and nobody was there to hand me any paper work or my keys. I get into my car to find out none of the parking sensors on the car are working. Meaning a thorough inspection of their work was not done before handing the car back. I inform Mike and I am forced to bring the car back again during the week, which was a waste of time because nothing was resolved. Mike says to take the car back to Audi and they will have to fix the issue that Mikes shop created. Mike then told me he would try to get the cost of the fix covered through the original insurance of the person who rear ended me. If that did not work he told me to my face he would reimburse me. After Audi made the repair Mike was unable to get the insurance to cover THEIR mistake. Instead of reimbursing me Mike shut me out and straight up said he was not responsible. Because lying to the insurance did not work out for him, his front desk associate stopped picking up calls and never called me back and Mike stopped responding. In conclusion, if you take your vehicle here its not safe and I would record every instance with Mike as he tends to make promises he does not intend to keep.

My experience did not end up well with Broadside. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone who…read morelooking for a repair shop. We brought our car to them as they was listed as a Guaranteed Repair Network shop on Liberty Mutual (our previous insurance carrier, we ended up cancelled the policies with them) website. After the repair was done, we noticed there were still couple spots that were left off by them. Was not sure at first if they didn't see them or they intentionally left them unrepaired. They contacted us about the survey we did after the repair, because i mentioned the issue. They refused to do the repair on that area and the reason they gave us was "THE GUY WHO DID THE WORK ON THAT AREA (BEFORE THE ACCIDENT) DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB, SO WE ARE NOT GOING TO TOUCH IT. BECAUSE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE PAINT IN THE FUTURE, WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT BECAUSE OF OUR GUARANTEE ON REPAIR POLICY". So my car did not completely get fixed from the claim, but i understand that part of this was Liberty Mutual's fault too. However, Broadside could have been more professional and improve their customer service skills. The guy was kinda rude to my husband, he jokingly said to my husband about other scratches on the car too if we wanted to have all scratches fixed too because they were so small. He made my husband feel discriminated (we are Asian). If you looking to bring your cars in that related to the insurance claims, try somewhere else. They wrote the estimates really low (i think that's what the insurance companies like), and when it came to the repair time, they had a hard time request for more money when they found out there were more damages. Couple years ago i brought my 1 year old Acura RDX to them for an estimate (for the same Liberty Mutual policy) after i hit a deer, they wrote up the estimate for around $3,000!. I ended up brought my car to another collision center in Manchester (who specialized in Honda and Acura) and the repair cost ended up at around $12,000. Just to give everybody an idea.

This was by far the absolute worst experience you could have with a repair shop…read more My car was in an accident in February of 2015 and was not returned to me until June of 2015. Yes, 4 months! Chris, the company manager lied to me on a regular basis as to the status of my car. When we did get the car back we were forced to pay the bill prior to a test drive at which point we found that none of the electronics on the inside of the car were working including the lights! Clearly they never took the time to even test drive it before they told us it was finished. We also found that the passenger seatbelt was broken, the navigation was fried and the brakes has rusted out because the car was over wintered outside! And the worst part... The car went into the shop with 55,000 miles on the odometer and came out of the shop with 63,000 miles. NOONE in this shop can explain this to me nor do they feel the need to. I do not feel safe driving this car and I would strongly recommend that you stay away from this shop!
